This unique place has a style all its own. Built in 2023, this boutique two ensuite bedroom apartment, with each room individually designed and decorated has every comfort. Park at your own entrance to this ground floor accomodation, with outside dining area & bbq. Opens up to field area to exercise your dog & family alike (please note, as shows on pictures, this area is not fully fenced). Within the immediate area are stunning walks & cycle routes. The Shipping Container, Springwell

An ‘Amazing Spaces’ inspired shipping container conversion, set in a peaceful secluded wildlife friendly garden, at the foot of the Pennine hills. The container is a 5 minute walk from the picturesque Talkin village which has a friendly pub serving food. A woodburning stove (logs supplied) ensures the container stays cosy in all weathers. It makes an excellent base to explore Hadrian's Wall, the North Lakes and the Eden Valley.. or a perfect stop off point on your way to or from Scotland.

WINDY HALL - Secluded luxury with stunning views

Windy Hall is somewhere very special. High in the Pennines it offers one of the most magnificent views in England. You may want to stay and enjoy the peace & quiet, but we are ideally placed for trips west to the Lake District, east to the magnificent cathedral city of Durham, and north to Hadrian's Wall. It's unusual in that you have to walk the last 240 metres to the house, though we will bring up your luggage in our 4WD. But don't let this put you off; please just read our reviews!

Beautiful 2 bed Lodge with woodland + stream view

The Hide Lodge is a stylish space, designed with relaxing and retreating in mind. It is cosy and warm with underfloor heating. The open plan lounge and living area has full width bi-fold doors, which allows the space to be fully opened up to feel like part of the woodland beyond. The main bedroom boasts sliding french doors, also overlooking the woodland and stream, with a bath placed to enjoy this view. There is a private terrace and patio area to enjoy al-fresco dining or star-gazing.

Our kitchen has a log burner so you can unwind in a cozy atmosphere. This cottage has a private entrance and each room has a beautiful aspect overlooking the countryside. And you could choose to dine in our restaurant. Please check opening times as we do not open every day. Booking is also advisable.

Stunning views across the rolling countryside hills and a short drive to the famous Carlisle - Settle railway, local pubs and restaurants and plenty of local walks and cycle routes nearby. Please note there is no oven, however there is 4 ring hob, microwave, slow cooker and health grill.

La'al Cabin, junction 43 M6 7mls, A69 4mls just 2 minutes walk to The Pheasant Inn. La'al Cabin a home, with all you need for a self-catering holiday. The double bed was designed especially for the cabin, higher then a normal bed with a large storage. The kitchen area has good-quality appliances with a two-ring induction hob. Microwave, large sink. hot water. under-counter Swan retro fridge. Ensuite shower room.

Skiddaw is perfect for romantic, cosy nights away and to explore the beautiful picturess mountains right outside your door! This takes Glamping to a new level. Head outside to the private dining area overlooking Blencathra which is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine after a day of exploring or a soak in the hot tub reading a good book.
