We spent one week in Athens at this apartment. The area is lively and very close to the subway, restaurants, bars and there is a park on the hill, which only takes around 20 minutes by foot. From there, you have a marvelous view to the sea on one side and the acropolis on the other. Athens is a great city anyways and spending some time in this area was perfect for our visit. The communication was very friendly and super easy going, helpful and flexible.

Lovely top floor unit with a huge balcony and spacious balcony that has views to the North and East. The bed is soft and A/C unit is quiet at night should you need it, but we were surprised how cool the apartment kept despite being 4 floors up. The living room is spacious with a lovely view of the sea and a decent kitchen set-up. The bathroom might not be for everyone as the shower is small and not completely enclosed, but it was not problem for us. Giorgios kindly left us a basket of fruit and a bottle of wine and he allowed us to check-in early, which was a big help for our schedule.

Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα του Aris ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη και ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ άμεσα ανταποκρίνονταν σε όλες τις ερωτήσεις μας. Μας επέτρεψε ακόμα και να κάνουμε check out αργότερα. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ευρύχωρο για 6 άτομα, δύο ζευγάρια και δύο χωριστά άτομα, η τουαλέτα και το επιπλέον WC καθαρά, ωραία επιπλωμένο με όλα όσα θα μπορούσαμε να χρειαστούμε. Υπήρχε καφές , ζάχαρη, λάδι, αλάτι, πιπέρι, κλπ στα ντουλάπια, πολύ χρήσιμα αν θέλει κάποιος να μαγειρεύει...και η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη. Η περιοχή κεντρική, με κάποια προβλήματα, αλλά γενικά ασφαλής, με εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της πόλης και στα σημαντικά αξιοθέατα και το μετρό 1' λεπτό από το σπίτι....επίσης τρόλεϊ και λεωφορεία που σε πάνε παντού πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι.....Και θα το συνιστούσαμε αλλά και θα πηγαίναμε ξανά..... Ευχαριστούμε πολύ Aris!!!

Excellent base to explore Athens. The smell of the orange blossom was magical, the location perfect...a residential area with lots of bars, bakeries and restaurants. It felt like we were living in the real Athens with the tourist area only a stone's throw away. Nothing was too much trouble for Daphne both before and during our stay, including buying some groceries on our behalf as we arrived on a Sunday when the grocery shop was closed. The apartment was bigger than expected and immaculately clean. We couldn't have found a more perfect place, thank you Daphne

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour chez Penny qui s’est montrée toujours disponible. Le logement était impeccable, pratique et confortable. Le quartier était parfait avec une rue très tranquille et juste à côté des restaurants et bars très sympa. Nous avons pu faire une grande partie de nos visites à pied et nous reposer entre deux sorties. Merci 🤩

We loved our stay at this apartment in Kolonaki. It is exactly as on the pictures and is the best equipped rental apartment we have ever stayed in. Kolonaki is a very nice and safe neighbourhood, close enough to be able to walk to all major sights. Communication with Regina is effortless. She showed us great cooperation when we ran into a medical emergency, because of which we were unable to continue our sightseeing. We will come back to Athens to visit those sights and hope that the apartment will be available when we do. Thank you Regina!

unser ursprüngliches Airbnb war dreckig, laut und als dann auch noch abends der Strom ausfiel haben wir fluchtartig das Apartment verlassen und sind durch Zufall auf das Apartment von Apo & Irene gestoßen. Es war schon spät, dennoch haben die beiden schnell reagiert und wir konnten umziehen. Ein super schönes und großes Appartement. Obwohl es an der Schnellstraße liegt, ist es ruhig da es doppelte Fenster gab. Es war sauber und alles ist gut zu Fuß in der Nähe zu erreichen. auch Bushaltestellen und Metro sind quasi direkt vor der Tür. Ein großes Dankeschön nochmal an der Stelle für die schnelle Reaktion und die tolle Unterkunft! definitiv zu empfehlen.

We had such a wonderful stay at this villa! The owner has been very welcoming. She provided a bed and a chair for our baby which we greatly appreciated. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. Having a private pool was the highlight during our stay! The location is perfect to visit the prefecture of Chania. We would go back again without hesitation! Thanks for the treat, it’s really appreciated 😊

We had a lovely stay. Evi was a friendly, genuinely caring and generous host. She gave us good instructions in advance, texted us upon our arrival, and always replied swiflty to messages. She welcomed us with oranges from the adjacent field (where we picked more), avocados, biscuits, and raki, and lent us a giant bag of beach toys. The apartment was spotless. It is very quiet and the bedrooms can be made completely dark. The kitchen was very well equipped. There was a generous supply of everything needed: coffee capsules, olive oil (from their field), toilet paper, washing capsules, etc. The home is located ca. 800 meters away from an entrance to the main road along the north coast of the island, so many attractions including beaches are as accessible as they could be by car. In April, some attractions were closed (Samaria Gorge) or not accessible (Balos Beach) but there was plenty to do. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful place, nice rooms and bathrooms! Good location for the beach and alnear some nice cafes and restaurants. Old town is easily accessible by drive. Manos was super helpful from start to end, even helping us wash our clothes as the washing machine was not working. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

We have just spent 3 nights at Envangelous apartment. We cannot rate this highly enough.. Costas with whom we liaised is charming, an example for all air bnb hosts. He met us at a privately provided and secure parking spot, and escorted us into the old town. He personally introduced us to the duplex apartment which is spacious ( has 2 bathrooms) and stylishly renovated in the heart of the old town. Located in a pedestrian eating zone, one is spoiled for dining choice. We breakfasted on our sunny balcony. Excellent insulation and air con ensured a good nights sleep. Recommended without reservation!

We had a fantastic stay at Mario’s! The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, but the real highlight was the view—it was absolutely breathtaking. Whether I was sipping coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening, the scenery made every moment feel extra special. Mario was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. This was our first multi-family international trip, and staying here was definitely the right choice. We explored several of the nearby smaller port towns for dinner, and everything we wanted to see and do was easily accessible by car. One day, we even stayed local and enjoyed the beach, which was just a short walk from the house. Everyone in the neighborhood was so friendly—even taking the time to show my parents how to look for wild asparagus! It was truly a perfect trip and the perfect place to stay. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat

Everything was fine, lovely place ideal for a relaxing holiday with beautiful scenery. The hosts were nice and so was their lovely cat.

Wir können uns den begeisterten Berichten nur anschließen. Constantines Airbnb ist in jedem Detail perfekt, von den hochwertigen Betten über die voll ausgestattete Küche bis zu den blitzsauberen Badezimmern. Professionell und freundlich war auch die Kommunikation mit Constantine und seinen Mitarbeiterinnen. Kurzum: Wenn ein nächstes Mal Athen, dann definitiv wieder hier!

Stavros ist ein äußerst freundlicher Gastgeber und die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Loved the location, a few minutes walk to the Metro Station in one direction, and to the supermarket in the opposite direction. The parking space was useful when we didn't want to drive out. The entrance lock was high-tech. Lots of power sockets around the place, and lots of extra towels provided. Yannis was kind enough to give us an early check-in and a late checkout, which was much appreciated. The place was very spacious and comfortable and Yannis even provided bedroom slippers and a sewing kit. We were met by his associate at check-in, who showed us around. There were bakeries and cafes around the area. Would definitely recommend the place.

Veldig fin plassering i forhold til gamlebyen, Plaka og akropolis. Smakfull innredet koselig leilighet. Litt vanskelig å finne parkering for leiebilen, men det ordnet seg. Vel verdt våre to netter i Athen. Anbefales!

It was a great stay for our family of 3. Everything was clean, hosts were responsive, and the place is walking distance from main attractions in the city, but you can't beat the magnificent view of the Acropolis from the balcony - the perfect spot to end each day with a glass of wine.

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben. Vor allem die tollen Terrassen haben uns gefallen und das tolle Design der Unterkunft. Binnen 25 Minuten zu Fuß ist man im Zentrum, aber auch in der Nachbarschaft gibt es eine Vielzahl an tollen Restaurants.

I had a really late check-in around 1:30 and Dimitris was there to open and show me the apartment along with insightful instructions for the area.The apartment was clean, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and peaceful at night. Our host was responsive, friendly, and made also check-out flexible. We had a great stay and would definitely book again!

Nice apartment, area felt safe, short walk to metro and a few stops to the centre. All good.
