My family was comfortable staying at Allan's airbnb. Allan is responsive to our queries. It's good value versus other high cost airbnb places in the area.

Picfures on airbnb are exactly as what you will see. The house is huge and we were able to use all 4 bedrooms! The entire house has air-conditioning, amenities as described are complete. The perfect house to host my son's birthday celebration which can accommodate 4 families! 😊 Near subic attractions, too! Will surely book again for our next get together.

Highly recommended!👍🏻👏🏻♥️😄 Sarah is very responsive, very friendly, thoughtful and kind!😍 She gave us Senior and PWD discount! 👍🏻She even helped us find a laundry shop even if it is past dinnertime. She provided us with everything that we need. The place is safe and is in the heart of the town proper which makes it accessible to anything. The place was spotless, smelled so good and there were split-type aircons everywhere! Sarah even made us try Bataan's specialty: dried and smoked fish! More importantly, she let me cuddle her Shihtzu pup which made our stay even more meaningful! 🤩😍 Will definitely stay here again if we visit Balanga again. We love you Sarah and Maui!♥️♥️♥️

Our family had a great time staying here. The location is conveniently located near the highway and is easy to locate. The hosts are nice and friendly. The house and amenities are good. Both adults & kids enjoyed the place. There are very minor things that can be improved but are not deal breakers for us to rate the listing anything below perfect. We’ve already recommended the place to our relatives and we look forward to booking the place again.

Our stay in Subic Villas was great! It got some clean beddings and we slept pretty well! The bathroom was very clean, and the kitchen looked nice! We experienced an American style interior. The property has a good vibe to begin with. Community is peaceful, property is clean. We were able to sleep well, beddings were fragrant 🫶🏼

The place was amazing. It was very close to a river if you want to do some light fishing. It was also walking distance from the beach, you can see it from the front door. The host was very responsive and accommodated us very well. It had full amenities, the beds were clean and prepared, there were some toiletries and towels, the kitchen was well equipped , they had a fridge that was easy access from the dining area and a freezer that was easy access from the kitchen. There's a karaoke machine and the bedrooms were airconditioned. Overall a great stay for the price! Will definitely be back

5 Stars! We had an amazing stay at Hotel Beach! It si so spacious and has 4 rooms and a great living area. The kitchen is impressively clean and fully equipped with everything you need—an air fryer, oven, stove, a big fridge, pots, glasses, and more. If you love to cook, this place will be a treat! They even have a griller available—just remember to bring your own charcoal, fire starter and Ice tube if you want to start drinking as soon as you arrive. The rooms are fully air-conditioned with centralized cooling, which made our stay super comfortable. The beach is just a few steps away and can even be seen from the 4ft pool—such a relaxing vibe. Don’t miss the rooftop deck—it offers a panoramic view of the entire beach, perfect for chilling. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend this place for a peaceful beach getaway!

A few highlights of the property: 1) Private pool - need I say more? There are even jacuzzis for a relaxing soak 2) Pet friendly - pets are allowed but do take note that there are cats and dog around the property. You still have to be a responsible owner 3) There is a separate shower and comfort room AND another combined shower and comfort room. There is no problem with waiting for a long time for your turn to take a bath or use the toilet. And all toilets are equipped with hands free bidets! 4) There are grills available for use and basically almost anything that you would need since the host lives nearby on some days. All you have to do is ask nicely. 5) It’s a wide property and you can experience real farm life. The sunset is truly breathtaking. 6) Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar is about 2km away only. 7) Very attentive host who constantly keeps up on your needs.

The place is very conducive to relax after a long drive - hassle free check-in, all areas are air-conditioned and clean. Accesible to stores, gas station due to its location near the highway. What we like most is the serenity of the Altierra. We definitely enjoy morning walks around the area. Moreover, the host is very responsive and accomodating to our inquiries. Thanks George! This place is amazing and ideal for family or group getaways! It offers the perfect mix of privacy, relaxation, and space for small gatherings. The rooms are SPACIOUS—two of my kids stayed with my husband and me in one of the rooms, and we still had plenty of space to spread out. There’s a convenient sari-sari store right in front of the property, so if you need anything, it's super easy to grab. A great win-win for guests and local businesses! The pool with its waterfall feature was a hit with my kids—they couldn't get enough of it! We’re excited to see the host become a Superhost because everything was top-notch, and the whole staff was incredibly friendly. We definitely look forward to returning!

It was our first time in bataan and mostly there are no hotels near the port and I found this listing which was perfect for our family. 3 bedrooms with ac, a kitchen where we can cook freely, and an outdoor seating to cool down the night. Feels like home because it was almost complete (except groceries) which was very convenient for us with a baby. The parking was perfect also for our car.

Our stay at this Airbnb was fantastic! The host and her husband were extremely responsive and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The location is perfect—right in front of a supermarket and next to charming coffee shops and tea houses. The apartment itself was spotless, well-organized, and thoughtfully equipped with a smart TV, kitchen utensils, fast Wi-Fi, and even toiletries. Everything we needed was provided! This is a gorgeous spot! Wonderful for large groups. Celina and Ms. Julie (the property manager) go above and beyond to meet your needs. Despite being in the middle of the forest, the team on-site works hard to ensure that the property remains clean and beautiful at all times! As a large group of Americans traveling abroad, this stay provided great accommodations for our entire group. Air conditioning? Check! Restrooms with toilet seats and toilet paper (which is uncommon in this area)? Check! Mini fridges in every room to keep our waters cold? Check! Would definitely recommend. Just make sure that there are enough beds for your group before you book.
