Loved our stay! Whole house had airconditioning. All fixtures of the house was well thought of and was super clean. Would definitely book here again for my next subic stay 😊

This place was great for our family get away. We checked in at the stated time but they weren't finished cleaning. Fortunately, We were compensated for the inconvenience. Asides from that minor hiccup the stay was great! The walk to the beach was super quick and virtually and untouched beach! We were literally the only people there one morning! It was beautiful! The resort across the way reminded us that pathway and beachfront wasn't the one affiliated with the Sunlit villa though. Even though the lot beside it was empty lol! Apparently, the Azura Resort allows 5 people to use their amenities free of charge. We just walked through the resort to the beach the following day. If there is elderly with mobility issues the stairs up to the living area maybe challenging. Sleeping area is on the bottom floor and the living area is upstairs. I would definitely come back if we ever visit the Philippines again! We also found a local place to order food and have it delivered..Crissas Delights!

She provided us with everything that we need. The place is safe and is in the heart of the town proper which makes it accessible to anything. The place was spotless, smelled so good and there were split-type aircons everywhere! Sarah even made us try Bataan's specialty: dried and smoked fish! More importantly, she let me cuddle her Shihtzu pup which made our stay even more meaningful! 🤩😍 Will definitely stay here again if we visit Balanga again. We love you Sarah and Maui!♥️♥️♥️

5 Stars! We had an amazing stay at Hotel Beach! It si so spacious and has 4 rooms and a great living area. The kitchen is impressively clean and fully equipped with everything you need—an air fryer, oven, stove, a big fridge, pots, glasses, and more. If you love to cook, this place will be a treat! They even have a griller available—just remember to bring your own charcoal, fire starter and Ice tube if you want to start drinking as soon as you arrive. The rooms are fully air-conditioned with centralized cooling, which made our stay super comfortable. The beach is just a few steps away and can even be seen from the 4ft pool—such a relaxing vibe. Don’t miss the rooftop deck—it offers a panoramic view of the entire beach, perfect for chilling. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend this place for a peaceful beach getaway!

the place was well thought out and designed beautifully. We had an issue with the AC on our first day and our host transferred us to their larger casita as soon as we told them. The beach is a few minutes away from the Casita, but you have an option to be shuttled to and fro by the caretakers. We all had a great time! thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Angelica last April 19–20. The location is just perfect—not too far from where we live—which made the trip super convenient. We absolutely loved the place! The house is beautiful, the rooms are cozy and well-kept, and everything was so clean and complete with all the essentials you'd need. My children and grandchildren had an amazing time! The 6-foot swimming pool and jacuzzi were definite highlights. One of the best parts of our stay was the movie night—they set up a projector and even asked us what movie we wanted to watch. Such a thoughtful touch! Another bonus? Their WiFi is powered by Starlink, so we stayed connected without a hitch. The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure we felt right at home throughout our stay. We also ordered our meals from Maxcel—the boodle fight dinner and breakfast were delicious and very affordable. Special thanks to Ate Cecil and Angelica for making our vacation truly memorable.

The place is very conducive to relax after a long drive - hassle free check-in, all areas are air-conditioned and clean. Accesible to stores, gas station due to its location near the highway. What we like most is the serenity of the Altierra. We definitely enjoy morning walks around the area. Moreover, the host is very responsive and accomodating to our inquiries. Thanks George! Great place! We can’t bring our dog inside Anvaya so we had to look for other options. Luckily, this house is just 5 mins away from Anvaya. We had our driver stay here with our dog kaya mabilis lang siya makabalik ng Anvaya when we need him. wifi and air-conditioned room is a plus!

Our family had a great time staying here. The location is conveniently located near the highway and is easy to locate. The hosts are nice and friendly. The house and amenities are good. Both adults & kids enjoyed the place. There are very minor things that can be improved but are not deal breakers for us to rate the listing anything below perfect. We’ve already recommended the place to our relatives and we look forward to booking the place again.

Will %100 be staying here again. My fiancé loved this place. And it’s in good location; close to everything but peaceful at the same time.

As much as I wanted to gate keep the place, I just know that people has to recognize this airbnb. At first we were hesitant to book this place since there are no reviews yet in airbnb although their reviews in google maps were okay. We’re glad that our experiences turned out great. The place is exactly as advertised, host was very nice and responsive, even the caretakers were friendly and helpful. If you’re the private type of person then this airbnb is just the right place for you. Will definitely come back ❤️
