The trip can be customized to your wishes, from specific island you would like to visit or activities you would like to do, choosing from swimming in beautiful island bays or snorkeling with the fishes, exploring the inside of desolate islands or other adventures. At the end of our journey we will navigate close the old town peninsula, believe me, you haven't grasped all the beauty of Rovinj if you haven't seen the view of the old town from the seaside. Exiting to shore directly from the boat is possible only on islands where there is a safe place to do so, at other islands we can anchor in bays and swim our way to shore. I will introduce you to the world of organic olive oil production. You will experience the whole process how is produced one of the best olive oil in the world (FLOS OLEI-from 2013 to 2024, BIOL 2017-best croatian organic olive oil, extragold medal at BIOL 2017-2023 ) from visiting the olive groves and getting acquainted with the world of olive growing, to the professionally guided olive oil tasting in our tasting room. Since I'm a Chef, I will teach you how to combine different sorts od olive oils with different food.

Kayaking & snorkelling near the rocky beaches and cliffs in Pula, exploring the city from the seaside. We start from Valovine beach with the basics of kayaking and safety rules, after which we continue our sea adventure where we have a lot to experience. Except kayaking, it's also possible to snorkel on the beach where we make short break (about 30min), to explore the area by foot and/or to just enjoy in the sun and sea. On the last part of the adventure we go with kayaks into the cave illuminated with headlights and admire the beautiful sea colour created by the sunlight. Other things to note Groups are small, up to 8 people! We'd like to keep it cozy :) It's good to have at least basic physical condition and swimming skills. I'll teach you everything about olive oil: what are the different varieties of olive trees, how the oil is made, what are the important characteristics and flaws and how to detect them, all this through tasting several different varieties of olive oil we produce. We'll discuss about organic production and its specificities, about cuisine and pairing of oils with foods, about their health benefits and more! Most of the time we will kayak near the coast, at sea depth around 4 to 8m so that you can watch everything that is going on at the sea bottom. After meeting at the beach, we will start with the basics of kayaking and safety rules. Since this is a night activity, we need to make sure that every participant is a good swimmer and is able to follow detailed instructions. We kayak along the coastline with illuminated kayaks which allow us to see the underwater, enjoy the night sky away from the city lights and all the crowds. Highlight of this unique experience is kayaking into the 30m long cave. Underwater lamps on the kayaks give a special feeling since the cave gets completely illuminated with different colours! Groups are guided by up to 3 guides and group size is up to 16 participants. More lights on the water means more safety, but we enter the cave in smaller groups so everyone gets to enjoy lights spectacle.

In the afternoon, and in 3 and a half hours of the tour, we will ride an electric or mountain bike around the indented coast of Cape Kamenjak and the southernmost point of Istria, a stunning mosaic of pastures, trails and forests immersed in the sea. The experience is planed as a different point of view on my hometown. As we have rich industrial history I would like to take you on time-machine tour where you will see dark and abandoned side of the city but also enjoy in possibilities and ideas of the past times. We will discover together parts that you will never discover folowing the map. Meeting point is "Mc Donalds" in the center of the city from where we are heading trough underground tunnel to the main industrial street in the town. After some informations about the city past and casual talking we will reach the big industrial factory where the real adventure is going to start. Tunnels, abandoned rooms, industrial halls, machines, dusty places and a lot more. You will be living for some time beautiful past of my town and experience different things than casual tourist. Good photo shoots guaranteed :) Other things to note You should bring clothes that you can dirty up, sneakers are much better option than flip flops. As place is full of ruins and unfenced stairs be careful if you are taking kids.

Before our program,everybody walks to the Sopot waterfall which is 2 minutes from the tavern. Best time for visit the waterfall is spring and autumn. Program starts with introduction of Floricic Family and sightseeing of our property and Tavern which is more than 400 years old. Telling the story of our way of life, our culture and gastronomy. Introduction of meals which we will prepare and taste. Involving you in the process of cooking and serving meals. We will prepare only very traditional meals like istrian raviolli and another types of homemade pasta, traditional sauce, manestra, sweets like fritule. Every meal is tasted and combined with wines or juices (for children). Tasting homemade drinks, serving everything on oak tree tables.
