My place is 10 minutes from downtown La Crosse, close to the airport, but you'll feel a world away. You’ll love my place because of the peace and quiet, but mostly THE VIEWS. All the modern conveniences of dishwasher, microwave, shower and stove/fridge, washer & dryer. You'll never see the same sunset! My place is good for two people or solo adventurers.Full list of amenities available, but worth noting here that coffee is NOT provided. There is a drip coffee maker, as well as a spot for kpods.

Historic Wykoff Jail Haus

Come explore the Historic Wykoff Jail Haus. The Jail Haus was built the late 1800’s and is owned by the city of Wykoff. Bike trails, trout fishing, Forestville State park, and cave exploration. There is kayaking and tubing 10 minutes away. Open over the winter months for snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, hunting and other winter activities. Playgrounds, restaurants, convenience / gas station all within walking distance. Located 40 miles south of Rochester in a town of 450 people.

Peaceful retreat down gravel driveway 15 min from Mayo Clinic. Enjoy your own apartment with private backyard walkout entrance to the lower level of our home. You will have a bedroom, living area, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven (no conventional stove/oven), bathroom w/ tub & shower, pingpong table, laundry, and patio with fire ring. You may hear piano music weekday afternoons, since I give lessons (usually 3-6 pm; a bit earlier in summer) NEW HEATED FLOORS w/thermostat

Vacation rental on Lake Zumbro will offer you a spectacular view of the lake. Fenced in yard, landscaped steps, and beautiful gardens will lead you to a 2 bedroom cottage with covered porch, outside dining/bar area. The cottage is quaint, cozy, and has comforts from home complimented with a beautiful lake view and lake access. There is a large floating dock to accommodate relaxation and boating if you choose to bring your own. Bonus game/ TV room for extra sleeping space or indoor dining.

Our property is just a 40min. drive from the Twin Cities--close to everything, yet wonderfully removed. Ride your bike or UTV on the county roads, or explore nearby towns with restaurants & activities, including Ellsworth Creamery's famous cheese curds and historic Red Wing, MN. But, you might just want to stay put and soak in the stillness--it's that relaxing!

Zumbro Valley Getaway

Enjoy your stay at our bright two-bedroom+ apartment! Located in the beautiful Zumbro River Valley, you are near the Zumbo River, popular for kayaking, tubing and fishing, and many scenic roads for biking and cruising. Rochester is 30 minutes away as is the Mississippi River and its river towns. A long, but gentle boardwalk takes you up to this apartment. Wonderful location to spend time with family and friends, or to getaway and enjoy the beauty of the driftless region.

Rush River Cottage & Gardens hosted by Phil & Kay

Milkhouse Cottage was rebuilt from the original Milkhouse built on our farm in 1906. Nestled in a peaceful valley across the road from the Rush River. Amenities include one queen bed, 1 queen sized comfortable queen sofa bed, air conditioning, private deck, private fire pit & 38 acres of private hiking trails and snowshowing trails. For larger groups we have another cottage on airbnb called the Trout Haus. Check on Airbnb or contact us regarding renting both houses.

Hygge House | A Cozy Guesthouse

The Hygge (pronounced hyoo·guh) House is a tiny taste of Scandinavia in Southeastern Minnesota. What is Hygge? In short, it's a Scandinavian way of living that focuses on hunkering down and creating a safe, comforting and warm place to while away. My husband and I hand built the Hygge House with your comfort in mind. We love being cozy and having space to spend together so when the opportunity arose to renovate our studio, we wanted to share it!
