Peaceful retreat down gravel driveway 15 min from Mayo Clinic. Enjoy your own apartment with private backyard walkout entrance to the lower level of our home. You will have a bedroom, living area, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven (no conventional stove/oven), bathroom w/ tub & shower, pingpong table, laundry, and patio with fire ring. You may hear piano music weekday afternoons, since I give lessons (usually 3-6 pm; a bit earlier in summer) NEW HEATED FLOORS w/thermostat

Relax with the whole family, plan an ice fishing trip with your buddies, or enjoy the lake between clinic appointments. Large lawn with 160ft lake front perfect for swimming, kayaking, fishing, or just relaxing by the water. Full kitchen, laundry, 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, 2 queen beds and twin bunkbeds in the main house. A second, separate building referred to as the "Bunkhouse" features 3 double beds upstairs and a 2 double beds in the lower level. Within 20 minutes of the Mayo Clinic.

It's a scenic 45-minute drive to Rochester. Head down the road and enjoy Lake Pepin. Bring your water toys and enjoy the day

The Corn Crib Cottage Barn or Villa is a luxurious and rustic 1100 square foot space. The Corn Crib originally used to dry corn and animal housing. This is a very rare historical building built in the 1920's The villa has a 2 person whirlpool jacuzzi , rain shower, beautiful full kitchen, fireplace and next to the 550 acre Washington County Cottage Grove Ravine regional park reserve.
