Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con patio en Zrmanja

Byl jsem ubytován se svým synem na 4 noci. Vše bylo v pořádku. Byli jsme spokojeni s čistotou a vybyvením bytu. V kuchyni snad nechybělo nic co by člověk očekával. Jde vidět, že hostitelka přemýšlela při vybyvení kuchyně a dalších prostor, jako by sama byla host. Za to velká pochvala, protože v jiných ubytováních máme opačnou zkušenost. Komunikovali jsme s otcem paní hostitelky, panem Zoranem, který byl velmi ochotný. Za to moc děkujeme. Naprosto nadstandartně nám bylo umožněno si zapojit do sítě a nabít náš elektromobil, nabízel jsem za tuto službu peníze, ale hostitel odmítl. Takže jsem vděčný za ochotu a přístup. Ubytování je velmi blízko od centra, kde jsme chodili na večeře a přitom není rušeno hlukem. Doporučuji využít tohle ubytování k vašemu pobytu. George

Ante picked us up from the bus station which was very appreciated. He was responsive with any queries prior to and during our stay. The apartment and everything was clean and new. Lovely decor as per the photos. Lots of storage space. TV in both bedrooms and living room. Great flatscreen TV in lounge. It was a great location. We walked to the old town and restaurants most days (about 20 minutes) with a local grocery shop and Lidl close by. I joined local gym and we found lovely local coffee / drinks bar ‘The Bar’. Both fab. Felt very safe. We found Ubers easy to get and use. Zadar is a beautiful place and Antes place is a great place to stay. We would absolutely return.

great host, very welcoming. the house is just perfect. Very clean feels home from the beginning. well equiped. Zvjezdana is the most generous host, she welcomed us with fresh fruits from the garden. All the essentials were complete and like new. More than the essential food items were provided in the kitchen including extra pasta, salt and pepper and other herbs. Perfect family home. highly recommend! big thank you to the host!

Ana jest po prostu przecudowną kobietą i gospodynią! Bardzo dba o swoich gości, częstuje dobrym domowym winem i różnymi smakołykami. Mieszkanie czyste i zadbane. Okolica jest bardzo ładna, blisko do plaży, autobusu i różnych restauracji. Ja jestem bardzo zadowolona i najchętniej bym tam jeszcze została. Ja polecam Apartament Ana.

Die Wohnung ist top! Matej und Nena waren perfekte Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, sauber und genauso wie auf den Bildern und in Wirklichkeit sogar größer, als es darauf aussieht. Vom Balkon und durch die Fenster von Wohnzimmer und Esstisch hast du einen wunderbaren Ausblick aufs Meer. Obwohl die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss liegt, ist es dank der Klimaanlage auch im Hochsommer darin nicht zu heiß. Bei unserer Ankunft (bei 39 Grad!) hatte Nena uns die Wohnung bereits klimatisiert übergeben, was nach der langen Autofahrt erst einmal eine Wohltat war. Außerdem war der Kühlschrank mit Getränken für uns befüllt und kleine Snacks standen bereit. So einen Service haben wir vorher noch nicht erlebt! Waschmittel, Kosmetikprodukte, Spülmaschinentabs, alles bereit da! Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß 5 min, mit dem Rad brauchst du in die Altstadt vielleicht 20 min. Restaurants und Supermärkte sind direkt in der Nähe der Wohnung. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Sjajan apartman okružen lijepom prirodom i izuzetno blizu NP Krka, bez problema sam našao mjesto, ostavio kola na parkingu ispred i proveo noć spavajući na vjerovatno najudobnijem krevetu u mom životu. Željko je odličan domaćin, čekao me je do kasno uveče, pošto sam kasnio zbog nevremena i udesa na auto-putu, ljubazno mi pokazao apartman, preporučio vožnju brodićem i obilazak okolnih atrakcija i stavio se na raspolaganje za sve što bi još zatrebalo dok sam tu. Sve preporuke!

Ha sigut una estada d'una setmana, en l'apartament tal com l'imaginàvem amb els serveis enunciats, barri molt bon localitzat per accedir i sortir a la carretera fàcilment amb el cotxe, l'aparcament davant l'apartament totalment gratuït que ofereix l'Ana també s'agreix molt. Espai gros, i còmode. Gràcies Ana per haver deixat allotjar-nos al teu apartament.

We had the best time in Zadar and Luka and Leti really helped with that. The flat is lovely, super clean, great light and view of the sea from the balcony. The flat is in a peaceful alleyway and less than 5 minute walk from the beach. The hosts were super responsive and even sent us great recommendations for things to do during our stay, great tips for places to eat, the best nearby beaches and nice sightseeing in the area. We loved every minute! We highly recommend staying here and hope to be back. Thank you so much Luka.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus. Es war alles wie auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung. Der Pool war gut beheizt, so dass er auch im Oktober noch super benutzt werden konnte. In der Nähe gibt es schöne Strände, Orte und Restaurants.

Meget imødekommende og gæstfri vært, som er interesseret i at vi som gæster føler sig velkomne. Vi har intet at påpege på vores 10 dages ophold, end at vi kunne ønske at vandet lå lidt tættere på. -det kunne dog nemt løses ved at køre i Uber. Huset og værten får vores varmeste anbefalinger.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb in Kroatien war perfekt! Die Unterkunft entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung – modern, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht es hat wirklich nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war ideal, nur wenige Minuten von einer großen Stadt entfernt.Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit und gab uns tolle Tipps zu Restaurants und Ausflügen in der Umgebung. Besonders die kleinen Details und die gemütliche Einrichtung haben uns begeistert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in Kroatien suchen! Es ist nicht in Worte zu fassen wie begeistert wir von allem waren .

Wir hatten einen herzlichen Empfang und eine brillante Kommunikation während unseres Aufenthaltes. Es wurde direkt geholfen, wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten :-) Die Lage des Hauses ist in der schönen Natur Vranas und man kann dem Trubel entfliehen. Der eigene Pool trägt dazu bei. Zudem hat man einen Außengrill, um die schönen Abende abzurunden. Des Weiteren ist ein neues, zusätzliches Badezimmer vorhanden, welches auf den Bildern noch nicht erkenntlich ist! Es wird aber dringend ein Auto empfohlen, um Supermärkte, Strände usw. zu erreichen. Alles in Einem, war es ein super Aufenthalt und wir würden wiederkommen :-)

We had a great time throughout the stay. The place is beautiful and clean and located very close to the center. It had all amenities that are mentioned in the description. The place could use better wifi for streaming.

We had an amazing stay at Marin’s place! The house was clean, nice spot the terrace for the sunset, and equipped with everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and welcoming. What it really made our stay special was the wonderful neighbor, who treated us like old friends. We had a nice short time with her, sharing grapes and figs, She truly was the icing on the cake!

Die Unterkunft war Blitz sauber. Das Haus ist sehr modern und schön. Der Außenbereich und Pool auch sehr sauber. wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt mit 6 Personen insgesamt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr gut erreichbar. Alles in Allem war es rund um ein toller Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft. :)

We stayed at this villa in a group of 9 people. The place was spacious, there were enough rooms, private bathrooms and 3 kitchens to host all of us. All the amenities mentioned were working and in perfect condition. We especially enjoyed the evening views form the rooftop of the villa. The pool and jacuzzi are both overseeing the town and the sea. The location is private and away from the town fuss, however, to get to the Old Town we had to rely on Bolt/Uber as its not a walkable distance to do daily. There is a shopping centre 15mins walk away from the villa with restaurants, supermarket and clothing shops though. Overall, it was an incredible experience! Definitely recommend this place for group holidays 💯

I highly recomand this place. The view from the tarrace is stunning! The kitchen is very well organized, it was a pure pleasure to prepare diner and breakfast here, there is every equipment you need and even more. The beds are comfortable, the whole apartament is very clean. The Island has a lot to offer and a lot of beautiful small beaches are nearby. You don't need to have a car to reach the apartament from a ferry. Altough I recomand to rent bikes and visit far locations. We'll defenitely come back soon :)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Michelle. Nous avons été accueilli par Andreas qui a été très accueillant, attentionné et toujours de très bons conseils. L'appartement est conforme à la description et l'emplacement est idyllique pour des vacances paisibles loins des lieux bondés de monde. Je recommande cet appartement allez y les yeux fermés...

My family stayed here for four weeks. Mirjana's house was perfect for a long stay because the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. You may find more supplies than you expect. Since we are Asian, making Western dishes isn't always easy, but the kitchen tools made it much easier. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and her sister, who lives on the floor right below, was always ready to help. The house is near Borik Beach, which is great fun for kids. We'd love to come back here someday. Thank you 😊

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Easy and helpful communication. Apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean comfortable and cozy. The location, especially the balcony and private water access was so nice. There are a couple of good nearby restaurant options (including 1 next door with boats of tourists coming by the waterfront access most days). Really lovely and kind hospitality from Vedrana’s mother, Jasna, including welcome fruit from the property and drinks. The only possible critique is the internet is a little slow, but steady and functional for most things. Highly recommend! Thanks again!

Ich würde die Unterkunft jeden empfehlen und jederzeit wieder buchen. Man ist tatsächlich gleich am Strand es sind höchstens 2 Minuten geh Zeit. In der Nähe befindet sich die Promenade an der Beach Bars und Restaurants waren, man konnte auch überall Hunde mit nehmen. Preis Leistung war super

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Gut gelegen für den Nationalpark Krka. Freundliche Gastgeber, saubere Unterkunft.

Ho soggiornato nell'alloggio di Iain And Joyce una decina di giorni in agosto. Direi tutto perfetto, la location è bellissima direttamente sul mare nella proprietà privata del residence quindi senza macchine o traffico ti godi in pieno la natura. L'appartamento arredato in maniera essenziale ed è un valore aggiunto per una casa vacanza, luminoso e spazioso. Noi eravamo in tre e le dimensioni erano perfette. La terrazza è magnifica per cenare e vedere gli splendidi tramonti. Si trova all'interno di un residence dove si può usufruire di tutti i servizi dai vari ristoranti al market. Il contatto con i padroni di casa nonostante non siano presenti in loco è sempre stato immediato. L'unico difetto è che è talmente rilassante che passa la voglia di muoversi dalla location. Super consigliato !

I can’t say enough about Kristina and her Mom. They welcomed my family with treats for the kids and a cold beer for myself. The place was amazing and the view even better. If you’re reading this review and thinking of booking the apartment don’t hesitate. Great restaurants within walking distance and the ocean directly across the road. We had such a great time.
