The place was nice. It's in the city so nose should be expected, but I found that the loft was a little quieter than downstairs. the blankets were very warm. I enjoyed the view from the back balcony😊

Romeo and Wendy are extraordinary hosts! Would give them 10 stars if I could! We were able to meet them in person and they are lovely, warm people. The apartment is beautifully decorated with bright guatamalen style colors and beautiful artwork. The kitchen is well equipped, bed very comfortable, and plenty of hot water for showers. There is a private balcony off the bedroom that is great to enjoy the morning sun and the cool evenings. Orotava villas, beautiful grounds and wonderful staff. Nice heated pool. Many nooks to relax and enjoy the quiet, calm atmosphere. It is a very secure, safe property with a security gate and guard. The location is superb… walk to edge town is only 10 and to parc central about 20 minutes. There is a complimentary shuttle you prefer. Antiqua a wonderful city full of charm and warm people. If you visit Antiqua Romeo and Wendy villa is the place to stay!

Lovely home in Antigua - with great proximity to easily walk around town. Perfect for short or long-term stay. Would highly recommend

Great place To stay in guatemala especially if you need to be around this area of the city. The flat was lovely! Felt at home. Great distribution, internet connection and has all you need. Furthermore it really felt like the host picked up everything as if it was for herself - very different from other Airbnb flats that feel like the minimum is bought to mee the criteria. Second stay with these amazing hosts and it was as perfect as the first stay! Extremely clean apartment, cozy, welcoming and everything needed for any length of stay. Very safe building with lots to do around the area. The host is the best, most friendly and kind host and she is always fast to communicate and respond. Easy check in/check out, detailed welcome message and host is very helpful and accommodating. For any guests looking to book this apartment- you will not find a more extraordinary host than she is and definitely won’t be disappointed in your stay! I highly recommend this apartment and host! Alejandro’s place was very nice, had all the amenities listed, he also had extra items for use, he was extremely responsive and helped anyway he could, I will definitely stay here again soon on my next visit to Guatemala and I will recommend it to everyone to also give it a go, such a good spot ! And beautiful view.

Extremely convenient near the airport. The apt. was clean, modern and comfortable. The host was very attentive and quick to respond with any questions. The building was very quiet. Overall, I would highly recommend based on location, value, and a great host.

Willy war sehr hilfsbereit. Hatte immer gute Tipps zu diesem und jenem. Seine Wohnung ist besonders gut, prakrisch und mit ausgesprichenem Geschmack eingerichtet. In einer Stadt mit soviel Geräuschpelgen, war es für uns wie zu einer StilleOase heimzukommen. Danke für alles.

A peaceful place to stay away from the noise of downtown. Walkable and public transport available to downtown. Every time I’m going to the city this will be forever a place I will stay and recommend!

El alojamiento está ubicado en un excelente lugar, es privado y no hay ruidos. Oakland queda a 9 minutos caminando, hay restaurantes y tiendas locales muy cerca y Madai fue una excelente host. Definitivamente recomendado!
