We stayed for just one night, but it was an unforgettable experience! The apartment was beautifully designed with so many unique details that gave it a stylish and cozy vibe. The rooftop was spacious and perfect for relaxing it felt like our own private oasis in the city. The highlight was definitely the jacuzzi it was clean, comfortable, and made the stay feel extra luxurious. The hosts were incredibly responsive and always available if we needed anything. We'll definitely be coming back the next time we're in Athens! --- Want it to sound more casual, romantic, or professional? I can tweak it.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Stocked with everything you need to cook. The backyard was a peaceful oasis to relax after exploring in Athens. The neighborhood had a great grocery store and a fun playground just a block away. 100% recommend.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben mit schönen Einrichtungsdetails, vielen praktischen Geräten und Dingen. Auch der Außenbereich war sehr schön und lauschig gestaltet, wie eine kleine Oase. Etwas näher am Strand, dann wäre die Wohnung perfekt.

Το σπίτι φαίνεται πανέμορφο από τις φωτογραφίες, αλλά από κοντά είναι ακόμη πιο όμορφο! Καθαρό, με όλες τις παροχές, άνετο, με καλή διαρρύθμιση του χώρου και ο host πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικός και ευγενικός

Οτι και να πούμε είναι λίγο!! Πήγαμε στην Villa Emma,και η Κ.Εμμα μας επέτρεψε να κάνουμε τον αρραβώνα μας εκεί καθώς και κάναμε έναν μοντέρνο αρραβώνα /Παρτυ . Ή Κ. εμμα μας υποδέχτηκε μέσα από την καρδιά της,γλυκύτατος άνθρωπος μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν να ήμασταν στο σπίτι μας . Για οποιαδήποτε απορία είχαμε ή χρειαζόμασταν κάποια βοήθεια ήταν εκεί .Απλα υπέροχη!! Το σπίτι χάνει πολύ από τις φωτογραφίες με το πως είναι στην πραγματικότητα , είναι απλά ένα ονειρο!! Είναι φανταστικό σε σημείο αρκετά ήσυχο !! Το σπίτι είχε πραγματικά τα πάντα ήταν φουλ εξοπλισμένο τερααστιο & πεντακάθαρο! Όλος ο κόσμος την ημέρα του αρραβώνα εντυπωσιάστηκε από το πόσο όμορφος ήταν ο χώρος , καθώς και οι οικογενειακοί φίλοι που φιλοξενήσαμε . Ψήσαμε στο barbecue που έχει καθώς είχε όλον τον εξοπλισμό δεν χρειάστηκε να πάρουμε τίποτα εμείς από το σπίτι μας και το ευχαριστηθήκαμε.Δεν φτάνουν αυτά που θέλω να πω μα το μόνο σίγουρο πως θα το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε καθώς μείναμε άναυδοι και υπερευχαριστημενοι

Simply incredible. One of the most beautiful spaces we have ever seen. The design was unique, and the atmosphere was perfectly cured. The lighting, architecture, and every single element cultivated a true sense of well-being. The location was also amazing, being 2 minutes away from the Ancient Agora and 10/15 mins from the Acropolis! Furthermore, Ioannis was an exceptional host, and provided clear and helpful tips for navigating the city. This is the absolute number one spot to stay in Athens, believe me!!! Thank you to Ioannis and Anna for an unforgettable experience.

Exceptional Stay! This is the kind of place you'll want to return to—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the iconic treasures of Athens, which we did each evening. Just steps away from shops and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful escape from the city's buzz. High end home, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, blending in historical Athens with modern comforts. It had that WOW factor when we walked in the door. Everything you could need for a short or extended stay has been carefully considered and provided. The hosts were amazing—clearly passionate about both their city and this stunning property. They were quick to respond to any questions and offered fantastic recommendations upon our arrival. They even helped us book with a trusted local company for both our arrival and departure. Juste exceptionnel Panayiotis a été un hôte comme rarement rencontré durant tous nos voyages. Il est d’une gentillesse extraordinaire. Le logement est parfaitement propre rien à dire. La piscine très bien pour nous rafraîchir les fins d’après midi après nos visites d’Athènes. Panayiotis nous a fait livrer une délicieuse glace le jour de notre départ et il s’est occupé de nous ramener à l’aéroport pour notre départ alors qu’il s’était déjà occupé de notre arrivée. Il m’a conseillé d’utiliser ChatGPT du coup c’est ce que je vais faire désormais. Nous reviendrons à Athènes et c’est sur nous logerons chez Panayiotis dans aucune hésitation. Promis Panayiotis je vais apprendre le grec avec ChatGPT 😏😊 encore mille fois merci d’avoir fait de notre séjour un excellent voyage grâce à l’ensemble de vos conseils. À très bientôt.

The villa was absolutely stunning and Kyriakos was an amazing host! He was very helpful, friendly and informative. The villa is exactly like the photos and the views are outstanding from every window! 10/10! Would highly recommend and would love to come back in the future!!

My family of eight stayed at the residence. Great accommodations, good location and within easy walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Anna (host) was very friendly and very responsive when we needed assistance. The house is multi story with plenty of stairs, but it did have a lift for family members who could not navigate the stairs easily. Overall, it was a great location and house worked well for our family. Highly recommend if in need of a house with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms.

Definitely worth it for a group trip! Lots of beds and rooms, the host’s caretaker Fotis and his wife made great food for our group one night despite short notice for that request. Tennis court and rackets not wimbledon class exactly, but worked for the purpose of shooting some balls back and forth for casual fun. Hot water a bit tricky to get running, but otherwise everything worked out great. A bargain, especially for a group of ~10. The host Kostas was friendly, accommodated requests and answered promptly.

Wir waren 4 Tage in Athen, in Stavroulas wunderschöner Villa, um Verwandtschaft zu besuchen und zwei mitgereisten Athen Neulingen die Stadt zu zeigen. Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus lässt an Ausstattung und Komfort keinen Wunsch offen und wir haben besonders die gemütliche Terrasse mit nebengelegenem Pool und den schönen Garten genossen. Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge in die historische Innenstadt ( fußläufig ca 20 min von der Metro, die einen in knapp 30 min an den Monastiraki bringt ), einer Fahrt nach Marathon ans Meer oder einer Erkundungstour in nahe Stadtteile wie Maroussi oder Chalandri. Stavroula ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und hat uns mit Snacks und Getränken empfangen, sich regelmäßig versichert, dass es uns gut geht und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns wohl fühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Zisis and George were very polite and responsive. A house is clean, all furniture is comfortable. There are 3 bathroom, big living room. Amazing view for the sea and the mountains! I recommend!

This place was great! Exactly what we were looking for... near enough to Athens to go into the city, but it's own peaceful place next to a park with beautiful views! The house was amazing! Lots of space. Very clean. All the little amenities. Fully stocked kitchen. And lots of fun things for the family to do together... hot tub, billiards, foosball, ping ping, board games, outdoor space. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend!
