Up to three double-bedrooms (each with private shower/WC) can be used. The private south-side balcony ensures a unique, breathtaking view over the magnificent alpine scenery of the Stubai Glacier and the beautiful natural surroundings.

Unser Chalet befindet sich in ruhiger, idyllischer, sonniger Lage in Kirchberg. Vom Zentrum ca. 6 Minuten Fahrzeit. Das Rustikale dennoch gemütliche „Häuschen“ verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer befindet sich auf der Galerie, sowie ein Zimmer im untersten Stockwerk, Skiraum, Abstellraum für Sportequipment. Überdachte Garage sind vorhanden. Eine Terrasse mit Liegefläche und ein herrlicher Ausblick über sämtliche Berge lässt so manche Herzen höher schlagen.

Genieße den Blick auf den Bach während Du in der Zirbensauna den Tag ausklingen lässt. Die Unterkunft lädt mit sehr hochwertiger Ausstattung zum gemeinsamen Kochen ein. Der Mix aus Design und Antik erzeugt sofort Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Der Achensee, als größter See Tirols ist 10 km entfernt.

Wir vermieten unser Blockhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage mit herrlicher Aussicht und äußerst gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Es wurde liebevoll renoviert. Unseren Gästen steht zur Verfügung: großes Wohnzimmer, neue Küche, sonniger Wintergarten, Schlafzimmer, kleines Schlafzimmer, Vorraum, Badezimmer, WC. Weiters: große Terrasse und großer, zu benützender Garten im Osten des Hauses. Wir informieren unsere Gäste selbstverständlich gerne und stehen meist persönlich zur Verfügung.

Magdalena Hütte

The Magdalena Chalet is located on the Schwendberg at 1,000 metres above sea level. It offers fantastic views over Mayrhofen and the impressive mountain landscape of the Zillertal. You can drive directly to the chalet. During the skiing season, the free ski bus takes you directly to the Moeslbahn or Horbergbahn cable cars in Mayrhofen. Winter or summer, the beautiful Magdalena Chalet will be the perfect base for your next, unforgettable adventures in the mountains!

Lovingly renovated in 2024 with wooden floors and ceilings, and custom-made Swiss pine (Zirbenholz) beds that offer both authentic character and a touch of luxury. The Bluebird Base is a cosy mountain house. It offers space for 10 people and it is located at 1200m in the Zillervalley. The rooms have been furnished with great love for detail. The house offers a well equipped common kitchen. Located high on the mountain, 12 min by car on a mountain road to the center of Zell am Ziller and 7 min with the free shuttle bus to the slopes of Zillertalarena.

With its 75 m² the house can accommodate up to 6 people. A fully fenced garden, ideal for dogs and families, and a terrace with roof can be used by our guests exclusively.
