Beautiful house. Really nicely done for comfort and quality. Really welcoming and very helpful host. The lounge is a little cosy for more than three people, but we (four) made it work well enough and there's plenty of space otherwise. Some lovely shops just down the road, very easy to pop out to buy breakfast etc. Just a few minutes walk from Tram 5, which goes to the Spice market. Very firm beds which we liked, lots of little extra touches, such as slippers, exfoliating pads, napkins, bottled water. Made it feel quite lux! Loved it - would definitely go back!

Wir haben uns in Omers Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist äußerst großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage der Wohnung im Viertel Balat ist extrem schön. Wir fanden es eines der interessantestdn Viertel Istanbuls. Bei kleinen Schwierigkeiten war Omer immer sofort erreichbar und hat das Problem gelöst, die Kommunikation war angenehm und schnell. Wir würden jederzeig wiederkommen!

Great 3 floor house in Balat. 15 minutes from the center. Balat is super nice hipster neighborhood with lots of coffee places and local restaurants. The house had 5 bedrooms, all clean and organized. Super nice decor. Comfortable beds and in the 3rd floor you have a living room and dining room with a small kitchen to gather together. We were 8 adults and had lot of space.

Genialt sted at bo! Meget charmerende og cool sted midt i Balat. Tagterrassen er helt fantastisk med flot udsigt over byen og Det Gyldne Horn.

Highly recommended. Location is perfect. Balat is different from the usual Taksim, Galata, Sultanahmet and the like. Hosts are extremely responsive. Would come here again. Very good value for money. Thanks

2 bedroom apartment (one bedroom upstairs in a loft style), renovated and in a great location — not far from the main attractions and surrounded by local shops, businesses and a mosque down the road. The hosts are very responsive and helpful, responding quickly and proactively! Excellent stay.

Everything is this apartment is just perfect! Let's start with the amazing view from your living room with french windows. There are 4 bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and 4 baths, so it's convenient for all the guests. There is everything inside for your stay. Fast wifi network that is very rare in Istanbul. The place was very clean and worm when we get inside. Host was friendly and help us with free parking for our cars and overall stay. So the conclusion is that this was one of the best airbnb's that we've stay in Istanbul. Highly recommend!

During our week in the Soil Balat apartment we had a wonderful time. The apartment is quite small but functional, it is located in a trendy and hip area of Fatih, Istanbul. There is life in the restaurants around, without being too disturbing. Soil Balat was very helpful and reactive to all our requests. Clear recommendation.

We’re so glad we chose this apartment, as there’s so many to choose from. It’s in a great location, easy public transport nearby and lots of places to eat, very close by. Would not hesitate to recommend it!

Le logement était propre et parfait à tous les niveaux. les equipemenzs et ustensiles de cuisines étaient de qualité professionnelle. la literie était très bonne. faudrait penser à la longue de remplacer les oreillers pour les besoins de personnes désirant des oreillers plus ferme.

apartment was very cozy clean and sweet. location is too good , tram and bus station is in 30 mtr. oguz was very attentive and always in touch. The house was perfectly clean, I have never seen such a clean bathroom and toilet in all my travels.

Certamente foi uma das melhores hospedagens que estivemos. O apartamento é espaçoso, moderno, aconchegante e muito bem equipado. A localização é estratégica, perto de Balat e da cidade antiga, porém não tão próxima a ponto de incomodar. A estação do tram fica a poucos minutos da casa, sendo possível chegar a vários destinos rapidamente. O anfitrião é excelente, muito gentil e proativo. Recomendo para famílias viajando com crianças.

Apartment is located very close to galata tower. The location is perfect with sunset view from the roof. Lots of restaurants, cafe and bars around. Apartment is located on4th floor and building doesn’t have elevator so a good source of workout. Warm, quiet space with loads of windows. I felt at home. Fully equipped with amenities.

Thank you so much for this wonderful apartment. We truly felt at home. Ksenia is very responsive and always available if we need anything. The place is perfect for both short and long stays in Istanbul. Outside the apartment, the building is also clean, and there’s a store open until 3 AM with very reasonable prices. The pool and gym were great, and not too crowded during our stay. The apartment’s decor is very well thought out. It’s also well insulated from outside noise and equipped with various types of heating and air conditioning.

Benny ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und reagiert sehr schnell auf Nachrichten. Er hat uns persönlich empfangen und sehr gute Tipps gegeben. Das Apartment liegt perfekt für einen Besuch von Istanbul. Obwohl sehr nahe an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße ist es ruhig. Die Bushaltestelle ist sehr nahe, so dass wir überall sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln hinkommen konnten. Die Gegend ist noch eher einfach, das Apartment fällt hier sehr positiv auf. Das Apartment ist über eine etwas enge Treppe zu erreichen und liegt auf zwei Etagen. Unten sind zwei Schlafzimmer und eine Toilette, oben befindet sich ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt und würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful two-level apartment. The space is thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and a cozy yet modern feel. One of the highlights was the lush garden—perfect for morning coffee or just relaxing in a peaceful, green setting. The balcony upstairs offered lovely views and added a great touch of privacy. The location is very secluded and quiet, ideal for anyone looking to unwind, but also felt incredibly safe and secure throughout my stay. It truly felt like a little hidden oasis. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway.

C’est avec grand plaisir que nous avons séjourné une semaine chez Erhan. L’appartement est au calme et agréable à vivre. Nous avons adoré la vue depuis les chambres ! Le quartier est populaire, pas tellement de touristes et c’est ce que nous recherchions. Vous trouverez facilement boulangerie, supérettes à proximité et nous vous recommandons l’épicerie en haut de la rue Tepabasi (la rue lorsque vous sortez à droite de l’appartement) qui a ouvert sa table : c’est délicieux ! Erhan est aux petits soins, extrêmement proactif il vous donnera multitudes d’informations très utiles avant votre arrivée et aussi pendant votre séjour. Merci pour tout Erhan, nous reviendrons !

This was one of my favorite Istanbul stays! Both the location & the house were amazing & so we enjoyed going out & staying in in our cozy space. Very stylish & smart design. The host is super responsive & very helpful. We truly enjoyed this stay & definitely coming back ✨

너무 편안하고 경치도 좋고 숙소도 좋아서 더 있고 싶었습니다! 하지만 일정때문에 더 머물지 못해 아쉽지만 나중에 근처 방문하게 되면 믿고 다시 예약할 수 있을 것 같습니다
