Great last minute booking to get out of the heat. 1 minute walk to the private beach, 2 pools to use, great space inside with a pull out sleeper couch if needed. Highly recommend and will be back again. We live in El Dorado County so stay in SLT often and this is one we will put at the top of the list with the beach access and amenities

Great place! Only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed longer.

RnR rentals at Lakeland village #107 was a great place to stay for a couple. The heavenly bus route is across the street and takes you to the California lodge. The free public bus stop is there as well, making after ski visits to the town a breeze. The fire pit oven was awesome. The bathroom is a little small. RnR was great via texting. The amenities by the lake are nice to sit at. There’s is a hot tub and gas fire pits you can turn on. Overall would definitely go back.

We have been going to Tahoe for over 25 years, and this was it! Beach a short walk, food and stores a short walk. Place was cozy! My family enjoyed the pool and spa. It was a bummer they closed it down the last 2 days for repairs, but we enjoyed it the first few days. Staff were friendly and overall, we really enjoyed our experience. Thank you for the amazing vacation. My daughter’s had a blast!

Walking to lake front but not sandy beaches (those are just a short drive). Clean and quiet place. They added additional towels since we were 4 guests. Note, the bed in the other room is a double bed (as described in the listing), which is a full size bed smaller than queen. Worked for us, but something to keep in mind. It creaks just a bit when you get in / get up. Kitchen was well stocked with basics -- oil, salt, spices, utensils etc. Bedding was ample and comfortable. We went when it was cool, the heater worked well. Some things that could improve: we found soap/shampoo in the closet, but may be provide conditioner and lotion as well, this seems to be a standard in airbnbs. I generally carry some when traveling so this wasn't an issue for us.

Great condo overlooking the river. Just the best! And the pool is amazing. We were there every day of our stay.

Beautiful place! Ally was excellent and very communicative. The pace was even better than the pictures. We did have a small problem with black ants in the kitchen. However, we are in the Forrest so not unexpected to have critters visit here and there. Ally was responsive in resolving the problem.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was exactly as described - clean, cozy, and perfectly located. The check-in process was seamless, and host was always quick to respond to our messages. The property itself was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was amazing. We also appreciated the little touches, like the fresh towels and toiletries. Friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay. We can't wait to come back! We had a wonderful time staying here for our family weekend getaway! Host was timely and consistent in responses with a ready-made guide to local attractions, resources, and clear check-in/check-out instructions - never felt like I was left hanging whenever I had questions. Full view of the lake from the back deck and dining room window which is stunning, made my amateur photographer father very happy! We stayed in February and really appreciated the thoughtful winter-ready amenities like space heaters in the upstairs rooms, extra quilts, and heated mats on the walkway leading up to the front door outside. EV charging a plus as well. Parking a bit tricky with a small driveway (have to park back to front if more than one vehicle) but honestly with all the pluses, this shouldn’t be a dealbreaker. Overall a family-friendly Airbnb for kiddos and older family members alike, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Jennifer’s place was just as described, perfect for our group of 5 for everyone to have their own space. Great location right on Lake Tahoe and 5 min drive to the mountains and village. Amenities were close and accessible and perfect for winding down after long days in mountain. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again when we are back in town!

Nolan's place was great! There is a bit of paperwork to do, but that might be normal for the area. The remote key was nice, it's in a quiet location, and really a nice home. Thank you Nolan!

We were visiting Lake Tahoe for a wedding and found Linda's place - it was absolutely perfect for our weekend! Super clean, had everything that we needed, spacious enough for our family and close to most places so we walked. If we go back to Incline Village (which I hope we do!), I'd love to stay here again!

It's a beautiful place in a great location--a 5 mintue walk from Boreal, and a very short drive to other ski resorts, such as Royal Gorge, where we went. the layout of the condo is nice, with the public spaces on a separate floor from the two bedrooms. The amenities were all very nice; in addition, Lisa and Jason were very responsive when we had questions about miscellaneous things. The whole complex was very quiet as well.

Great place for skiing at Palisades

Anne is a wonderful host — we felt right at home the moment we arrived. The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring charming pottery for olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and spices. The house is spacious, very comfortable, and located in a peaceful complex just a short walk from the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay. When my son wasn’t feeling well after skiing, Anne kindly extended our check-out time so we could get some extra rest — we were very grateful for her thoughtfulness and generosity. With grocery stores and restaurants nearby, like Safeway, it was easy to cook and enjoy meals at home. We highly recommend this lovely place!

The place was perfect for what I needed and the hosts were very responsive. It was a great location! The bed is super comfy. The place is a bit dated but it had most of what I needed. If you like it dark, there are vertical blinds, but no curtains as pictured or blackout shades and it was a bit bright from exterior lights and the sun in the morning.

Great location and great views from the unit. Private access to the beach was awesome (no need to worry about parking at King's Beach).
