Ernst ist ein sehr guter Gatsgeber . Er reagiert sofort und Hilft immer .Alles ist sehr gut Organisiert.Die Hilfe vor Ort hat er sehr gut geregelt. Es ist immer ein Ansprechpartner da.Vielleicht mal über ein Notstromaggregat nachdenken......Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand , nur wenige Schritte zum Meer.Absolut Ruhige Lage.Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit dort.

2 weeks in this house was really peaceful and nice. The general manager Mudy and also Anna were very proactive. The house is situated in a very quiet environment and we could walk 15 minutes to Kendwa beach. Otherwise we took moto taxis. I really recommand this place

Unser Aufenthalt in Rainers Airbnb war einfach großartig! Die Unterkunft war genauso schön und sauber wie auf den Bildern – alles war perfekt vorbereitet. Der Ausblick war atemberaubend und hat unseren Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an Baraka, der eine unglaublich große Hilfe war! Er ist nicht nur äußerst zuverlässig, sondern auch ein wunderbarer Mensch. Auch Cecilia war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, sodass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Ich kann dieses Airbnb nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

We stayed at Fumba town for 5 days and the place was brilliant. Thanks to our lovely host and area the place was worth it. Bathroom and rooms looked better than in the picture.

ici tout est OK ! un emplacement comme il y en a peu je pense , ayant voyage en avril , nous étions proche de la plage privée ! l équipe est au top ! le breakfast en face de la mer est copieux ,préparé et servi avec soin par Rama et son équipe. Vous pouvez également leur faire confiance pour ce qui serait de l ordre des divers centres d intérêts.Poir ma part bois avons nage avec les dauphins ,organisé par haji ,un membre de la team .Vraiment cool et d un bon rapport qualité prix ! Entre une mer magnifique et un village authentique ,favorisant les échanges avec les locaux .franchement au top !je recommande sans hésiter !!!

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay! The accommodation was clean, modern, and had all the appliances we needed. We were looking for a quiet place and this was it. We basically had the pool to ourselves and Julie was on hand to answer our many questions at the onset. She even provided the first breakfast as well as a huge watermelon and bananas, which was much appreciated. The guards made us feel extra safe, even though it's a very safe area already, and sometimes we got a visit at the pool from the nearby cat or dog, which as animal people we loved. We will most certainly be returning! What a little paradise. (PS Being able to arrange a lift from and to the airport was also really handy.) Thank you so much for a beautiful work-cation/holiday!

Zoe is a pleasant host, she was flexible with check in times and greeted us personally. Apartment is nice, it's close to the main road and boda will take you for 2-3k shillings to Kendwa or Nungwi beach. Wi-fi worked good during our whole stay. Quality of shower is very good. Zoe solved promptly one small problem that we had with stove. She even helped me with some meds when i was sick. Things for improvement: there is water pressure pump for house but sometimes it didn't work, so sometimes pressure was low. Zoe said that she has a plan to change water pump, so i think she will solve it for future guests. As per listing, there are no AC units, but there are ceiling fans in every room. Also washing machine would be nice add on for future guests, although there is a house helper who can wash your clothes for 20k shillings per wash except underwears, that you need to wash yourself. If you don't mind those small cons, you won't go wrong with Zoe and her place.

We loved our stay at Carola & Mado's place! The villa was very clean and spacious with everything we needed to cook inside. There is a big balcony with sea views and nice breeze. We felt cool with the fans even though it was hot season. Carola was proactive and gave clear instructions. Salum was available on the property and responsive. Very easy communication. The beach is a 2 minute walk away and town is also a 2 minute walk away where you can buy basic groceries, water and snacks. There is also an affordable Italian resturant nearby that serves tasty pizzas! Our favorite part of the place was the pool surrounded by beautiful plants and trees. We will definitely stay here again when coming to Kiwengwa.

hey, its a great place to stay. ann was very actively involved throughout to make sure we are well acquainted. best part was the pool. ann helped us with all the necessary details around the place like tuktuks, local taxis, tour guide, medical assistance etc. Thanks ann and team 🫶🫶 I would recommend this place and surely visit again.

the apartment was clean with beautiful surroundings. Odette is super friendly and responded quick to any of my questions. it was worth the price, although we didn't have free wifi as the it shows that here, however, I would say that this apartment is even more beautiful than what is showing in the pictures here, the pictures doesn't do it justice. I stayed for 10 days and it felt like home. would definitely book the place again whenever I'm visiting Fumba again.

A gorgeous gem of a place located a minute walk to the beach, yet tucked away from the hustle & bustle. This place really offered a sense of serenity nestled away… The apartment was spacious with an open plan kitchen, dining area, and veranda where you can sometimes see the kites flying, and was a great place to chill with friends. The dogs are adorable and made the place feel like home. With so many activities in Paje this place was a miracle find to be so central to all the tours and sports on the island 🏝️. Thank you 🙏

Fumba itself is calm, secure, and beautifully laid out — ideal if you want a break from the tourist buzz. What really sets this stay apart is Hashim himself: kind, respectful, and incredibly helpful without ever being intrusive. He genuinely wants you to feel at home, and it shows. Whether you’re creating, healing, or just needing a safe, quiet space — this is it. I left feeling more grounded and clear than when I arrived. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

Very nice apartment, very friendly host and it’s very close to the beach! I had enough space to do Yoga on the terrace, the Wifi connection was good and the apartment is very clean! The kitchen is big and has everything you need. Everything is new, clean and working well. I will come again! Thanks a lot!

The place excellent and sport less, internet was perfect, the kitchen was ready to make a meal which came in handy since we had a little child. The host was ready to act when we needed something. However, upon arrival, the person who received us told us they don’t allow children under 10years. We would have liked to be told this before we arrived.

Really nice place for a family of 4-5, place was close to many local things to do such as the beach being 8-10 minute walk, local restaurants that were a few minutes walk that were recommended and were really good and the items available for you to cook at Home utensils and such,Washer/Dryer to clean your clothes and the host was just responsive and kind !

Mamdali is a great host of helpful , always trying to provide the information and any help possible. it was a great time for me in Zanzibar 🙏♥️

I can't say enough great things about this place, and if we're ever lucky enough to return to Paje we will absolutely stay here again! The place is an apartment in what is really more like a gated community but it's also super close to everything so it's the best of the both worlds - We loved having the pool, communal working space, cafe, parking for our rented scooter, and laundry available and felt super safe because of the security. It was also really nice having a real space to make our own for the week, with a living room + tv, kitchen, and extra bedroom. The beach is a short walk away and there are tons of restaurants on the main the street that are actually better and cheaper then the beach restaurants. If you're only in Paje for a night or two and want to stay steps away from the beach or be right in the middle of the party scene, this might not be the place for you, but we saw a friends room at one of the beach clubs/hotels and were so happy we were staying here instead :)

Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Auch wenn man mittig von Jambiani und Paje liegt, finden sich viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Auch lokale Verkäufer und ein Supermarkt sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Strand ist nicht weit weg, und abgesehen der Algen auch schön. Die Anlage selbst ist sehr grün, weshalb man viel Privatsphäre hat. Und durch zwei Pools ist es auch nie "voll". Das Frühstück war super, mit Obst, Ei, Saft und Joghurt und Paola war immer erreichbar für Fragen. Wir haben über Paola eine Tour und einen Shuttle organisiert bekommen und hatten auch sonst eine schöne Zeit in der Nyumbani Residence. Die Unterkunft selbst hat nur eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer, weshalb manchmal der Wohnraum etwas warm war. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Besonders Highlight sind die süßen Katzen von Paola!

The staff was the best part of the stay. They were amazing, especially Dan. The property is next to the beach and in the middle of a village. Seeing the African culture and way of living mixed with paradisiac views…was riveting. Several descent restaurants in the area as well. Will definitely book again.

I have already started recommending Christine’s place to others I met on a boat ride and will keep doing so. I wished I knew of her place earlier I would have stayed there the entire time. So worth it. Lovely place

Really lovely apartment with wonderful outside space and air conditioned en suite bedrooms. I loved being able to nip to the beach for my early morning swim and then come back to relax in the pool which, although it's small, was great for cooling off. We managed to have all 4 of us (2 adults plus 2 full sized teens) in at once. Sonia was really welcoming and very helpful, always responding quickly to queries both before and during our stay. She also gave us handy info about local restaurants who we could message and have deliver to the apartment which was perfect for us. Eating on the terrace every night was great. All in all a lovely week in a beautiful apartment with a great host. Thank you

Mon mari et moi avons adoré notre séjour. nous avons passé plus de 7 semaines. La piscine lagon était très parfaite, la propreté était partout. Nous avons apprécié la femme de ménage chaque semaine. La seule chose difficile à été d'aller à la plage. Les routes sont horribles et pas évidentes et pleines d'eau quand il pleut. Trouver de quoi manger aussi fut un peu difficile, manque de produits. Nous avons trouvé d'excellents restaurants. Dans l'ensemble nous avons eu une excellente expérience.
