A Perfect Escape in Nature! This property in the game reserve is an absolute gem! Surrounded by breathtaking nature, it’s the perfect spot to unwind and connect with the wild. The natural pool is a highlight—so serene and refreshing, it feels like it’s part of the landscape itself. The walking paths are well-marked, making it easy to explore without worry, and the abundance of wildlife is incredible! From curious Zebras to colorful birds, there’s always something exciting to spot. Lawrence was welcoming, and Rachel was very prompt in responding to messages. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway immersed in nature! Will definitely be back!

Our stay at Kingfisher House was a fantastic experience from start to finish. It's even better than the photos! the property is stunning – spacious, clean, and incredibly well-maintained. Muftau's communication was great! always on hand to make sure our trip went smoothly and he provided excellent recommendations. Thanks to the housekeeping staff too for ensuring the house was always clean and providing warm hospitality. If you’re looking for a luxurious and peaceful home, Kingfisher House is the perfect place to stay in Livingstone, super close to the airport and only 20 mins from Victoria Falls. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area – it’s truly a gem!

I booked Roan House for my mom and two aunts, and the host showed them amazing hospitality. They went above and beyond to make their visit comfortable and memorable. They were attentive to their needs, provided local recommendations, and their overall warmth made a significant difference in their experience. A definite 5 star experience for my mom!! Would highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Anthony's place! Anthony was incredibly responsive and always available to assist, which made the stay even more comfortable. The housekeeper, Sharon, was a superstar—she was on-site every day, proactively managing any issues before I even noticed them, such as organizing a plumber to fix the washing machine. The house itself is quiet and private and had enought space for the entire family, which we greatly appreciated. One standout feature was the backup power system, which kept all amenities running smoothly during load shedding—a huge convenience! I highly recommend staying here and would love to return.

We had a fantastic stay. Donald and Irene are such helpful workers on site. The house has so many great areas to relax in and it's super spacious. Great for big families, couples travelling together or a bunch of good friends sharing a holiday house.

I had a very good stay at Bernadette’s place. The home was just as described — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant visit. The location is lovely, with plenty of nice places to eat nearby and several farm shops where you can pick up fresh produce, which was a great convenience. One of the key benefits was the solar panel setup. Despite the current power challenges in Zambia, there were no issues with electricity during my stay, which was a big plus. Bernadette and her siblings were very responsive to all our requests, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the stay. It made the experience much more comfortable and hassle-free. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful place with easy access to amenities.

we have a great time away in Emily's home from home. Even through plumbing, power and water issues (through no fault of Emilys) we still had a comfortable stay. The pool was a highlight and we loved spending time on the porch.

I had a fantastic stay at Ethel’s place. The apartment was just what I was looking for and really comfortable. All the staff on site were so helpful and approachable and help to make the stay what it was, nothing was too much trouble and any queries were always responded too quickly. The walk into town is really easy but still with the benefit of being out of the main noise of town. The additional solar energy was a real plus for those moments when power was scarce. ( Due to the ongoing issues nationwide) so this was a real bonus. The garden area is so peaceful and well kept, and the additional housekeeping and laundry service was much appreciated. I always felt safe due to the excellent security service provided, where access was always well managed. I would definitely like to return again. This really is a unique place with lovely people. Thank you for such a great time!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay. The apartment was so comfortable and had no issues with load shedding. This was the second time we rented the property and I will come back again and again.

This place exceeded my expectations and more! host was super amazing and helpful in every sense of the word, always willing to assist and east to get on with it was almost like staying at a relative's house☺️☺️..location was very central to the city centre and prominent malls but also out the way to enjoy some peace and quiet..you will not be pressed with finding any activies to partake in without having to travese too much..cannot recommend more!

The apartment was extremely beautiful and clean, all the necessary amenities were there and more. The host was so lovely. We had the best time at the Ebenezar apartments and we would love to go there again.

I really enjoyed my cosy stay at Nsamwa's place. I loved the personal decorative touches and the soft bed that made me never want to leave! I could tell she cares about the place and about her guests' experience, which is why I would love to go back one day. I had space to work and cook. The bathroom is also quite spacious for a Lusaka studio apartment. The small garden out back is so well-kept and peaceful. There's a lovely space to sit and relax or read. Nsamwa is a friendly and professional host. She checked in on me and was proactive in her communication. Her two dogs are so lovely and friendly too. The area felt safe. I did have some challenges with the WiFi, so I relied on my portable one. Other than that, everything as great. I had such a good feeling staying here, I think you will too! :)

Также есть средства от комаров. Wi-Fi работает хорошо. Иногда были проблемы, но мы заранее купили замбийские сим-карты (мобильный интернет дешевый), поэтому всегда были на связи. В Замбии есть проблемы с отключением электричества (load shedding), но в этом жилье предусмотрен бэкап — в случае проблем владелец, Маркус, включает бензиновый генератор (genset). Маркус оказался доброжелательным хозяином. Помог нам организовать сафари с носорогами в Mosi-oa-Tunya NP и сафари со слонами в Chobe NP. Еще он дал нам множество полезных советов! Например, как пользоваться share taxi в городе и сколько оно реально стоит. Еще Маркус решил нашу проблему с утренним трансфером на автовокзал, за что большое спасибо! Нам кажется, жилье Маркуса — одно из лучших для длительного проживания в Замбии.

Barbara's place is a nice cozy place near everything you need. You can walk to the ShopRite, restaurants, shops and pharmacy. Aside from this place being very nice, Barbara and her people were even nicer: One day when I wasn't feeling well, they sent their man Philip to the store for my necessities! THAT is above and beyond! Thank you Barbara, see you upon my return to Zambia!

Phoebe, Brian and the rest of the family were great hosts who were very welcoming and friendly, always keen to ensure we were comfortable and lacked nothing. They supplied fresh fruit and yoghurt on arrival and smoked chicken sausages one evening. The farm house style guest wing was adequately furnished and situated in a lovely green garden complete with swimming pool. It was a very peaceful environment. A word of warning to those relying on Google maps to direct them to the location. It led us by a route through a neighbour's yard which was blocked off by a fence. But Phoebe was on hand by phone to help direct us. Despite the acute Zesco lead shedding while we were there Phobe was able to ensure that we had fans and lights etc t from alternative power sources. We would definitely recommend Phoebe's place to other Airbnb users.

Joan's place is beautiful ,the garden and surrounding is a little paradise.Joan is very helpful with all info you might need and goes extra mile to tip you how to cut costs in the expensive tourist town of Livingstone.I can recomend this place to anyone at anytime.
