Ein traumhafte Villa. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Lage und Ausstattung Top. Bis auf ein paar kleine fehlende Ausstattungen die wohl durch eine Vorgänger Gruppe zerstört worden waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Bilder halten was sie versprechen und die Kommunikation war direkt und freundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad bij Villa Marija. Het is een erg mooie villa, rustig gelegen. Heel mooi uitzicht. We konden eerder inchecken, dat was erg fijn. We kregen nog goede tips voor restaurants in de buurt. Al met al een hele fijne vakantie gehad!

Magnifique propriété, avec prestations parfaites. Résidence très propre et soignée. L’accueil est exceptionnel, l’hôtesse très professionnelle, sympa et aimable; toujours à notre écoute, très efficace et de bons conseils. Un petit plateau de bienvenue ainsi que les courses de première nécessité nous attendaient. Lieu idéal pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Un grand merci à notre hôtesse 😊

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit hier. Smilja ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, gut zu erreichen und das Haus ist wunderschön. Absolute Empfehlung, gerne wieder!

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

We had a lovely week here. the pool was really well appointed and got the sun all day. The bed was extremely comfortable. it's a very peaceful area and quite rural and so a car is definitely needed.

Pobyt w Villi Gina był znakomity! Po przyjeździe czekał na nas uroczy apartament z widokiem na morze, winko na stole oraz kawa. Kuchnia jest bardzo dobrze wyposażona, jacuzzi działa bez zarzutu, w pokojach również znajdowały się wszystkie niezbędne dodatki. Apartament ma niezwykły klimat oraz wystrój. Chętnie odwiedziłaby ponownie! Gospodarz jest niezwykle miły i pomocny, zapewnia zawsze szybki kontakt. Lokalizacja fantastyczna, w odległości 10 minut spacerem znajduje się plaża, sklepy, miasto. Idealny wybór jeśli ktoś chce odpocząć w pięknym miejscu, polecam!

Tatjana und ihr Mann sind sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter. Das Haus war in einem wunderbaren Zustand und sehr sauber. Tatjanas Mann kam fast jeden Morgen um den Pool zu reinigen. Das hat uns auch keinesfalls gestört, denn er war sehr respektvoll, freundlich und man bekam meist nichts von ihm mit. Die Kommunikation mit Tatjana ist wirklich herausragend. So etwas habe ich vorher noch nicht erlebt. Sie ist hilfsbereit und hat uns bei Bedarf z.B. auch frische Handtücher gebracht, obwohl man in der Unterkunft auch waschen kann. Uns hat hier nichts gefehlt und wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit im kleinen Örtchen „Sopot“. Wir würden es jederzeit erneut buchen.

Ivana is a great host very reliable and probably the best tourguide in town ! the house is amazing and has all things you need with stunning views/pool/amazing balconies and sport opportunities beaches in walking distance . thank you so much !

Luka war super freundlich & hilfsbereit. Es war eine herzliche Begrüßung und er hat uns eine gute Einweisung zum Haus und der Umgebung gegeben. Die Villa ist bestens ausgestattet, alles war sauber. Auch der riesige Garten mit dem Pool war optimal für eine größere Gruppe. Nur zwei der drei Schlafzimmer sind etwas kleiner als erwartet. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen:)

Excellent stay. We were well looked after and every effort was made to ensure all our needs/communication was responded to swiftly. Appreciate the effort made for us, including providing an last minute parking spot, meeting and greeting us much later than expected due to the vehicle hire delay. Everything needed is on your doorstep. The sunrise boat trip was mesmerising, with great restaurants, lovely beaches and easy-to-drive to various locations too. The A/C was spot on, everything needed for cooking and washing clothes was available. The courtyard is a lovely space for a large group to sit. Have been to Croatia before (Mlini - Dubrovnik - Cavtat) and am glad we stayed in Murter too! Sincere thanks! 🙏🏼

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und erhielten klare Anweisungen, was den Aufenthalt von Anfang an angenehm machte. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle Poolbereich, der uns viele Möglichkeiten bot, Zeit voller Spaß zu verbringen. Das Gartenhaus mit der gut ausgestatteten Küche war ebenfalls ein Highlight. Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten und bietet sehr viel Freiraum, was besonders angenehm war, da wir eine Gruppe von 9 Personen waren. Die fünf Toiletten und drei Bäder waren ein großer Pluspunkt und machten den Aufenthalt für alle sehr komfortabel. Alles war sehr sauber, und es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht – von A bis Z stand uns alles zur Verfügung. Wir hatten großartige fünf Tage und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Villa bardzo ładna i komfortowa, duże sypialnie, salon, część jadalna, taras. Czysto i przyjemnie. Lokalizacja ok. Niestety w czasie naszego pobytu trwał remont ulicy co niestety powodowało że było dość głośno. Gospodyni bardzo elastyczna i przyjazna. Ogólnie oceniany wyjazd bardzo pozytywnie.

Antonio was a fantastic host and exceptionally helpful. The apartment was beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. Each bedroom has an en-suite which made a massive difference to our group. The kitchen was well equipped and the coffee machine and pods were such a lovely gesture from the host but the pool and patio area was the best bit for us. We used uber to and from the town most of the time as it is a reasonable distance to walk.

We had a fantastic week using Marin's place as a base to explore the area. The property was superb and the kids loved the extras like the pool, hot-tub and games area. The shower is amazing! Marin was welcoming and communicative. This was a hidden gem in a tranquil and secluded area.

Ana's place was perfect for our family of 8. We had two pre-teen girls in the living room and it worked out perfect for them. The bedrooms were for the rest of the family. The highlight was the pool. We all needed a day of rest from our travelling and this was the perfect place to read, swim, and enjoy life for the adults and the kids. In the late afternoon, it was a quick taxi-ride to the city center where we enjoyed the sea organ, the Roman ruins, a beautiful dinner and an even more beautiful sunset on the Adriatic. Ana was quick to respond and take care of a wasp issue by the pool when we first got in. We all recommend this home for your stay in Zadar!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus war einfach fantastisch! Das Haus war makellos sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und bot alles, was wir brauchten. Der Pool war ein absolutes Highlight – perfekt, um sich nach einem Tag voller Erkundungen zu entspannen. Der Blick auf die Berge war atemberaubend und sorgte für eine herrliche Atmosphäre. Mit dem Fahrrad war der Strand schnell erreichbar, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal für alle, die Ruhe suchen, aber dennoch in der Nähe von Strand und Natur sein möchten. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Wir waren insgesamt 4 Jungs und hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Natalija und Ihr Mann Mate sind super freundlich und tun alles um einen den Urlaub zu erleichtern. Dadurch dass wir früher einchecken durften und am Abreisetag sogar entscheiden konnten, wann wir auschecken möchten, wurde der Urlaub noch einmal entspannter. Mate hat uns sogar noch zum Flughafen gebracht. Das Haus ist (bis auf die Liegen am Pool) genauso wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt so ziemlich alle Küchenutensilien und zudem auch Gewürze, Kaffe, Kaffefilter und vieles mehr. Das Haus ist recht abgelegen, aber mit einem Auto dennoch gut und schnell zu erreichen. Ohne Auto ist es jedoch schwieriger, da zumindest außerhalb der Saison kaum ein Bus fährt und es keine Fahrpläne gibt. Insgesamt war es ein super Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ana’s vila is amazing! The vila is very spacious, perfect for a big group. The pool and outdoor is great, as well as the outdoor kitchen and bbq area. Ana is also great in communaction, responds quickly and was there to greet us when we arrived. Would recommend this vila!!

Prachtig huis met fantastisch uitzicht, smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Verschillende terrassen op verschillende levels met lekkere loungesets met kussens en ligbedden. Veel comfort. Inventaris was zeer compleet. Wifi werkte alleen niet goed tijdens ons verblijf maar zelf geen problemen door gehad ivm 4G. 10-15 min. rijden naar Staringrad, dichtstbijzijnde plaatsje met aantal winkeltjes en restaurants. Kleine supermarkt bij camping aan hoofdweg op paar minuten naar beneden rijden. Lopen is wel flinke klim. Huis is het laatste aan de weg dus geen voorbijgangers, heel veel privacy!! Heerlijke tijd gehad!

10/10 stay, the place was just as described and shown in the photos. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely aim to come back in the future. The host are lovely and very responsive with lots of local recommendations. The rooms were perfect and the activities in the villa were amazing. Highly recommend

Klare Empfehlung für jeden, der in ruhiger Gegend mit Familie oder Freunden eine gute Zeit verbringen möchte! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation mit Damir und seiner Frau war sehr einfach.

Wir haben uns im Haus super wohlgefühlt! Alles war sehr sauber und wie beschrieben, wir hatten sehr guten Kontakt zu Marija. Ihre Mutter wohnt nebenan, auch sie ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich ums Haus (z.B. hat sie die Polster untergestellt, als es geregnet hat). Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!
