We loved our stay! The hosts were so friendly, very welcoming and helpful with everything. It is a place to relax, with the beach right in front. We used the beach chairs and sun umbrella everyday, and while watching the flying flamingos at sunset. The village is a short walk away. We’ll miss our long walks on the beach, the quietness of this place and our kind hosts. We hope to be back!

So happy we booked this unit. Very spacious , clean and amazing view from the bedroom and living room window. We left wishing we had stayed longer. The amenities ( kitchen/ in unit washer and dryer/ safe/ tv/ full size dining table/ balcony ) made it very convenient! The gym is right below and although small we were up early and able to enjoy. The air conditioning worked extremely well and having blackout curtain made it easy to sleep at night. Overall we were extremely impressed with how clean the building/grounds and pool were. Stunning beach that was very well cared for daily and lots of huts available and fresh beach towels every day. Good security on the property . Overall we were very impressed. Place was amazing, couldn’t of asked for anything better! Hot water, cold ac, tv, washer/dryer, everything was perfect. Ricky was super responsive, gave recommendations, and even let us check out late so we wouldn’t be waiting at the airport forever. Wouldn’t hesitate to book with Ricky again! If you’re looking for a really nice place to stay in Belize Ricky’s place was perfect!

had a great stay at Kelley Michelle's. the apartment is walkable to Centro but a little further south to be a bit closer to my dive shop at Marina Fonatur. Kelley Michelle was very responsive and helpful, the right door was a little tough to find but once I was in everything was as described and great. Internet is very fast (200+mbps down/100+up), no issues with Teams meetings all week.

Victor was extremely responsive to our requests and provided a wonderful place to stay. We were very pleased with our experience. I especially enjoyed listening to the live music across the street from the rooftop at night. We were also very pleased to have bottled water provided during our trip at no extra cost.

Due to a/c issues we were unable to stay in the original unit listed. Diego had found a replacement condo in the same building for us even before arriving.Diego was extremely communicative and found several ways to ensure our stay was still great! Our family enjoyed staying at La Amada as it is very family friendly!

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house hosted by Sonia and Rene, and I can honestly say that this was one of the best travel experiences I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Sonia, Rene and their exceptional staff, who went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. The property itself is stunning. It is beautifully decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. Every room was immaculate and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was ideal, offering breathtaking views and easy access to local attractions. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Rene and Sonia for being such wonderful hosts. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made our stay truly special. They were always available to provide suggestions and recommendations for our trip. And a special thank you to our Chef Rangel by far best chef I’ve had in all my trips.

Nous étions en famille avec 3 jeunes enfants. La maison est très agréable, sur une plage de sable fin, au calme. Merida est toute proche et offre plusieurs visites intéressantes notamment le musée du monde maya.

Gianella's home is beautiful, spacious, safe, artistic (incredible paintings), and inspiring. The beds are comfortable beyond our expectation. The waves lull you to sleep at night. All bedrooms are on the second floor, all have AC. The master oceanfront room (green bedding) has it's own walk-in bathroom and shower, and an additional sink and area for luggage and storage. The second king size oceanfront room (mosquito net and wooden bed posts) shares a bathroom with the quaint spacious library with the double and twin beds. All rooms upstairs stay cool with the AC. Downstairs gets warm, but the ocean wind helps. There were ample beach chairs and umbrella, as well as beach mats to lie on, and the private beach and gentle waves with perfect turquoise water was like a dream. Highly, highly recommend. Gianella was flexible with us as we had elderly family members, and a later departing flight, very kind, good energy. Safe, gated neighbourhood. Alarm system.

Martin y su esposa son muy amables. Los perritos de la casa son una adoración. La playa es una maravilla hay peces en la orilla se puede nadar y disfrutar la arena maravillosa los kayak se disfrutan mucho. Recomendamos ampliamente visitar la casa.

This place is magical. It's beautifully decorated with the blues and greens of the sea. The photos are a great guide, and it's even better than it looks in them. The windows in the master bedroom facing the sunset are glorious - there are only palm trees between you and the sea. There are two balconies, both with a really fun selection of hammocks and really comfortable chairs, swing seats and even swing beds. Perfectly positioned for watching the sunset, and with outdoor plugs so you can plug in a fan if it's too hot. The other rooms are also gorgeous and full of character, with really comfortable beds. Also - beautiful bathrooms! And a well-equipped kitchen. Although the property is close to bars and the Split, the island shuts down early on weekdays - everything was quiet by 8.30/9. The Saturday we were there was a bit noisier with people partying at the swimming spot outside the house, but on the whole we found it a really peaceful location.

This condo was exactly as advertised. It was very well stocked with all we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Extremely clean, very comfortable beds. We love the Palmar complex. This was our second time staying in the building and we felt right at home. Easy parking, friendly security staff, excellent beach bar and snorkeling right across the street. We dove two days and we were able to board our dive boat at Sunset Beach pier. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Hola toda la estancia estuvo muy bien, estaba limpio solo hubo un detalle en unos de los baños te bañabas y el agua se salía de la regadera lo cual ocasionaba que que el piso del baño quedara todo mojado

Couldn’t have asked for a better location in Caye Caulker. The proximity to the water taxi, restaurants, and activities was such a plus. We used and enjoyed all the amenities, loved the views and slept comfortably. Five stars, will definitely stay here again in the future.

We loved the White House! It was our first time on Isla Mujeres and I'm so glad we chose to stay in a neighborhood home, rather than a hotel downtown. La Patrona restaurant is one black away and has amazing food & drinks. There are little bodegas around for anything else you need. House was comfortable and clean, we especially liked the patio/balcony in the evenings. Marco was great, excellent communication, very helpful! Thank you!

Loved this spot! It’s kind of right in the middle of the island so convenient for both playa Norte where the party / crowds are, as well as punta sur. Isla village is right beside it and has good restaurants and cafes etc… the pool is awesome, beds are huge (very firm), and the cleaners came mid way through the week which was nice. Would definitely stay again

This place is a gem! It was very clean, spacious and we felt right at home. There were plenty of towels and beach towels. There's also 2 bikes for use, however, we didn't get around to biking. The area is good for jogging or a nice walk. We used uber to get over to the main strip for about $150 pesos ($7-8 USD). The cafe downstairs was a nice place to get a coffee and a quick bite to eat. It's quiet and a great place to unwind. It's very safe. There's a security checkpoint just to get inside the neighborhood and another security checkpoint to get inside the building. I would definitely stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at this condo in PA! The location was absolutely perfect—right in the heart of everything, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The condo itself was beautiful, stylish, and exceptionally clean with a comfortable and relaxing environment. The host was fantastic, always responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. I truly felt taken care of throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a wonderful place to stay in PA!
