Gianna and Brian's place was an amazing oasis for me in Merida for 10+ days. It is a very modern smart apartment with everything connected with smart buttons or Alexa controlled. It has everything from an instant pot to a robot vacuum for people to feel right at home. The WiFi is very fast and there are enough places in the apartment to work from. The bed is extremely comfortable. The neighbors are extremely friendly and were very happy to share a meal with me. The public transit to centro is a very easy 10-15 min bus ride from near the Airbnb and it is well marked on Google Maps. A big Plaza (Plaza Oriente) is about a 10 min walk where there are numerous grocery stores, banks, mobile shops etc. All in all, it was a great stay at Brian and Gianna's apartment, and I can't wait to return again in the winter.

Minerva has been a wonderful host! Location is convenient and amenities is as listed. The building has a gym and a longer pool as well.

We stayed two weeks with our 1 year old. The place was perfect for our stay. Great location, walking distance to the beach, 5th St. and numerous restaurants. The place is a lot bigger than the pictures suggest. The internet was fast and never went down. The hosts were great and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Nos encantó! Las fotos no le hacen justicia a lo bonito del departamento. El edificio está muy limpio y moderno. El departamento está muy cómodo y limpio. La zona bonita y con muchos restaurantes y cafeterías cerca. Volvería a hospedarme sin duda.

Lugar tranquilo y muy bien equipado, a unos 10 min del centro en auto. Los anfitriones siempre atentos. Había un bidón de agua listo para utilizar, y podíamos solicitar más si se nos acababa. Nos dieron una cuna para nuestro hijo. Y otro plus es que dispone de lavadora, lo cual es conveniente para poder lavar la ropa que usábamos en la playa. Si buscas tranquilidad luego de un día agitado recorriendo y conociendo cenotes y playas este es el lugar indicado.

Mike es bastante atento y pendiente de todo, el alojamiento es limpio y tiene todo lo necesario. Nos la pasamos muy bien.

Lugar fiel a la descripción. Placentera la estancia en general. Las amenidades en buenas condiciones y muy accesible con vías de transporte público.

I think the most outstanding feature when I compare to other properties in Mérida wAs the layout in terms of privacy for three couples (or small families). It was a very spacious and pretty space and was a lovely place to return to after our adventures, both inside and outside of Mérida You will have to walk a little bit to get to the main action, but we were up for that and wanted to be in a neighborhood. Eduardo and Fabiola were very responsive.

Great place in Valladolid for our short stay during Yucatán vacation tour.

Excelente alojamiento, tal y como se describe en la pagina. fuimos mi esposa, mi hijo y yo, la pasamos excelente, siempre atentos a los mensajes. Nos dieron indicaciones para comer que estuvieron excelentes. Sin duda me volvería a alojar en esta casa

This place is a hidden gem! We loved that it wasn't right in the city center, but a very easy taxi ride or drive to it, giving us the privacy we wanted but the action when we wanted. The pool is clean and beautiful, the kitchen is well stocked and came with surprise fresh fruits for us, and Ana was exceptionally helpful throughout. All in all a fantastic stay and wish we could've stayed longer!

This apartment was a great choice for my stay. It was well-kept and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable experience. Any issues that came up were promptly resolved, thanks to the attentive host. The location is perfect—just minutes on foot to 5th Avenue, the beach, the supermarket, and restaurants. I would definitely recommend it to others.

I researched a lot before finally landing on this place. First things first the LOCATION is spot on if you are someone who is wanting to adventure out each day. 5 minute walk to 5th avenue (shopping street), 2 minute walk to a large grocery store (which surprisingly had the best ceviche we tried all trip) , 8 minute walk to the beach, seriously it was great! The place itself smelt like a newly built home (very clean), my partner and I discussed how it was perfect for us two but anymore than that would feel crowded, it was stocked with all the cooking utensils for cooking. After being out in the hot sun all day it was very nice to come home to a lovely shower and well working AC unit. The dimmable lights really set the mood and were a nice touch. The key setup for entry to building/room was very easy to use. We peaked at the roof top pools and man it’s more amazing than photos! We unfortunately opted to spend time at the beach but for any of you who enjoy pools you will be shocked!

This condo was exactly as advertised. It was very well stocked with all we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Extremely clean, very comfortable beds. We love the Palmar complex. This was our second time staying in the building and we felt right at home. Easy parking, friendly security staff, excellent beach bar and snorkeling right across the street. We dove two days and we were able to board our dive boat at Sunset Beach pier. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Espacioso apartamento en un condominio residencial, familiar. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones, muy bien equipada. Muy sencillo y claro el ingreso. Además tiene un estacionamiento bajo techo para un vehículo. Quizás la ubicación observación es que la playa está un poco alejada para ir caminando; aunque se puede ir en bici.

À beautiful condo, felt like home. Had a hot water situation but it got fixed right away. Would love to stay here again, and will definitely recommend. Great location, beautiful place :) thanks again for everything

Our family left this vacation so relaxed! We took a red eye flight and got to Takh early in the morning. We were expecting to leave our luggage and take an Uber into the hotel zone to grab some food, but to our surprise, they accomodated an early check-in which helped us get settled quickly. The staff and security downstairs were so lovely - we felt safe the entire time. Although there was air conditioning, we loved having the balcony doors open with the ocean breeze cooling our space down instead. We ate breakfast outside daily, and the view was perfect for peacefully starting the day. The second room had two beds, so even though our sons had to share a room, they liked having their own bed. 3 full bathrooms is such a plus! The pool upstairs was easy to access and clean, however, my family and I ended up walking across the street to the beach more since it was so close. Thomas was so helpful and responsive! Thank you for such a great stay.

L’appartement est dans un des coins, donc vis à vis restreint. Balcon/terrasse très agréable au niveau du salon/salle à manger. Vue sur intérieur avec la piscine. La terrasse avec le jacuzzi est également très sympathique. Nous y avons passé de bons moments en famille!!! Bref apparemment très bien conçu, bien aménagé, bien équipé et conforme aux photos et descriptions. Nos hôtes ont également été impeccables avant et pendant le séjour!
