The lodge was stunning, beautifully decorated and furnished, lots of space. The kitchen was lovely to use and the lounge area very comfy. The porch area was well furnished with a choice of seating areas. A lovely place to stay.

A delightful and charming one bedroom cottage, beautifully decorated andlocated in the heart of Helmsley, minutes from the main square. Louise and her partner were the perfect hosts being both friendly and attentive to our needs. The cottage is attached to the main house and the garden shared with the owners but this was not a problem for us. The kitchenette contains a kettle, toaster and small oven/grill (not really big enough for cooking a main meal - but Louise said she would happily put something in her oven if needed). We would definitely stay again.

Loved our stay in Judy’s place. We made last min plans for our York break. The comms were prompt and very clear. The house itself is private & yet just 20-25 mins to drive into York. We could reach all local attractions quite easily. The rooms are tastefully done & my family enjoyed our stay. The welcome cookies & bottle of milk is highly appreciated. On the last day my kids got to play with their friendly family dog which they will surely cherish for a long time . Totally recommend Judy’s house & we will surely return.

Stunning location, incredible walks both from the house and short drives away. House was cosy and warm and the underfloor heating was lovely to come home to.

Woodview cottage is located on a working farm, amidst open fields and woods which are host to birds and wildlife. There are lots of opportunities to walk, and you would be sure to see hare and pheasant on your rambles. I counted close to 20 species of birds in the woodland. The peace and quiet was wonderful, as was the opportunity to observe the workings of the farm. The cottage was well appointed and warm. Jane and her family were amazing hosts. Highly recommended for guests looking for a taste of authentic country life in the UK.

We had a lovely couple of days away in Lincolnshire, the house was well equipped with everything needed. Stewart met us on arrival and ran through some information on the property. We enjoyed exploring the area and very much enjoyed some relaxation in the hot tub!

It was the first time we booked a caravan, and we felt right at home. It was clean, family friendly, with all accessories including smart TV and free wi-fi as per description. We would highly recommend for friends and family, and would strongly consider coming back in better weather. Thank you Jane!

We stayed there for 2 nights to explore Lake District , it was great stay , Anna was quick on all query and place was so clean and spotless , my 4 year son loved the place , very peaceful and easy to access , highly recommended

Located 10 minutes drive from Pleasure Beach this beautiful lodge is tucked away in a quite location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with amenities, a Smart TV in both bedrooms and lounge, large hot tub and a garden there was plenty of space to keep my boys entertained during our stay. The lodge is clean and exactly as seen in the pictures. Adele is very hospitable, answers messages immediately and happy to help. Thank you for a great break!!

Caravan was great. Had everything you needed fabulous sitting outside on the decking had three sunny days. Lovely scenery and walks.resturant and bar five minutes. Beach ten minutes. had agreat time will return soon. Thanks dave.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful lodge! The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to comfortable bedding. We especially loved waking up to the serene view by the lake and enjoying our morning coffee on the deck. The host was warm, responsive, and very thoughtful throughout our stay. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and we felt genuinely welcomed. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and charming retreat. Anita is a great host! Responsive and so helpful! We had a lovely stay and there is so much to do just short drives from the caravan! The caravan itself is so spacious, clean and you feel so at home the moment you step inside. It was lovely and quiet on the park too :) overall a great stay we would love to return!

Fab location, just on the edge of the village, place is lovely and perfect for families. Feels spacious and has everything you need, standard check in is a little bit late but the caretaker was flexible when we asked. love the decor and feel of the place!

We had a delightful stay at this charming stone cottage which was perfect for two adults — cosy, beautifully finished, and well laid out. Giles was excellent throughout, with prompt and helpful communication. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed: top-quality fixtures, a lovely private garden for morning tea among fresh herbs, and views over a peaceful pasture with sheep and lambs. The nearby village of Wray was equally charming. Highlights include the quality of construction, the serene location, thoughtful layout, and easy access to stunning countryside. A wonderful stay — highly recommended.

Came with my girlfriend for a wee get away. Love the lakes, been to Hawkshead before and this was definitely the best place we have stayed. Can’t recommend enough! We will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay in Matlock, the home was picturesque and a peaceful break from the city. We all adored the stay and made beautiful memories. Caroline was amazing and I hope to come back again!

We had such a lovely stay! The house was massive! Such a big space it felt better in person. The house was extremely clean with a modern kitchen, a cosy living room and a massive bed it was everything we wanted and more. The host were extremely helpful and friendly, it was lovely and quiet and I felt super safe staying there. It’s in a great location and I will definitely be returning!
