Condo was as described in the listing. The condo is part of a timeshare property but the staff only made the timeshare pitch once (<3 minutes) and took no quickly and respectfully at checkin. If you are visiting the triangle with family or a large group (colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown) and Busch Gardens, you can’t beat the location and value. Unlike other airbnbs, no cleaning required on checkout which is a pleasure on vacation.

She was able to get us in the same day! It was a great stay for the whole family.

I can't believe that we received such a massive space for the price we paid! We received two adjoining condos and each of us had their own bed! I was traveling with my mom and my three kids and their jaws dropped. The location was also perfect - free video games for the kids, indoor and outdoor pool, pool bar, small restaurant, mini golf, pickle ball, etc. We were not pressured to do a time share or any presentation whatsoever. Within 15-20 min. you are at Busch Gardens, Yorktown, Williamsburg, etc. What a great place!

We loved the large space and all of the amenities! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again in the future!

Michael's place was not as described in the listing ... IT WAS EVEN BETTER!!! Instead of queen beds, we had all King beds and the building we were in was recently renovated and BEAUTIFUL!! The game rooms and common areas were renovated as well - everything was even better than the photos provided. (Not all buildings have completed renovations, but they are getting there). Very close to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg as described. Michael's communication and directions were perfect. The heated pool was a great option for our sunny but not-yet-too-hot days and mini golf was a great little course!

We had an excellent stay. There were lots to do for entertainment for the whole family. Shopping was close by and the kiddos loved the on-site theater and video game room.

I have nothing but positives to say about this place, the location, and Merlyn, it was all just perfect! From the clear, friendly and helpful instructions prior to arrival, the sign greeting us in the parking lot saying "Welcome Teigre family", to discovering that there was coffee in the kitchen for us in the morning (we weren't sure about this, but that's really great when you get in really late the night before), to our boys playing ball on the beach (beach toys available in the gym), my wife and I enjoying our coffee on the beach in the morning, to our friendly chat as we bumped into Rick & Merlyn, the hosts, all through to our check-out. Driving downtown was a 20 minute easy drive, we spent quite a bit of our time there, so it was nice to stay at a place on the beach. If we ever come back to Norfolk, VA, we would love to stay here again and we can highly recommend it and its wonderful hosts for anyone who comes to the area!

The stay overall was really good. Very fast response times. The kitchen was really nice along with having a washer and dryer. the location was great. It was 30-45 minutes from anywhere you'd want to visit and only a few minutes from shoping and eating. The cleanliness was just okay. The handrail at the bottom of the stairs was also loose though it looked like an attempt to repair it had been made.

Great place to stay and enjoy the Virginia Beach area! The suite was spotless and very well decorated. Nice outdoor space, and even a balcony to enjoy the sunshine. Loved the quick walk to the beach (She even had some great books available that we took advantage of)!The host was very gracious and kind and our stay was seamless . Just a helpful suggestion: it needed a few more basic items like additional hand towels/kitchen towel ( one was not enough for us three girls), and another accessible mirror for getting ready would be super helpful! Besides that, we all agreed that we would come back for sure! Thank you for a great stay!

The house is in an amazing location with lots to do and the host is very communicative and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Mina’s condo! She was an amazing host—always quick to respond and very accommodating. The home was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout was perfect, and we especially appreciated the clean, modern bathrooms and cozy living space. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway. Thanks, Mina!

We had a great stay at the colonies. It was a very convenient location close to lots of things to do. The pool area was super fun for all ages! The condo itself was set up nice and worked well for our group of 9

Mike’s place was great for our annual Easter vacation. Mike was attentive and informative. The place was clean and spacious. It gave great views of the beach, and the back landing walk right on top the private beach that was a plus.

A very spacious condo!! We really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub! We would definitely stay here again!

The condo is well appointed with everything I needed. Kingsmill is a special place. Rodica was very quick to reply when I had a few different questions. Very comfortable bed and reading chairs. Top notch.

I appreciate Brooke for her very timely customer service & response time. I originally tried to book with another host within the same resort and he was so nasty, that I wasn't going to look again within this resort. I looked again and it was GOD who guided my fingers to her listing. I'm glad I didn't give up and So glad Brooke was the Angel to respond IMMEDIATELY! Amazing stay. We were right across from the activity center where there was a cinema, heated indoor & outdoor pool, mini golf, arcade, restaurant. Activities for kids and adults every day. My kids would have been happy never leaving the grounds. Not really walkable to Colonial Williamsburg. It’s almost a 2 mile walk, and then you walk so much at Williamsburg— just drive. And there is a washer and dryer in the unit! Big help if you hate taking home tons of dirty laundry. We will definitely stay again.

I cannot rave about this place enough. Perfect for our family of five. Host is very responsive and incredibly sweet.

was kind of nervous about not actually seeing the place we were getting but it was great. very clean, comfortable beds. I appreciated it was a first floor until upstairs people checked in. They were heavy footed. Overall it was a good trip.

Great condo for our family of 4. Appreciated the extra space, full kitchen and 3 full baths. Great location. Michael was extremely responsive to our last minute booking request. Highly recommend.
