Had a wonderful weekend at Maryalice's place. The apartment is well apointed and welcoming. We enjoyed the hot tub, and extra snacks and drinks that our host generously provided. A very quick drive to local attractions in Kittery and Portsmouth Highly reccomend.

Perfect stay and weekend. Michele is an ideal host and the space is exactly what we were after.

She brought the concept of Southern hospitality up north. Value for the place was excellent. Couldn't ask for a more responsive and kind host. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Your home was the perfect fit for me, my niece and great niece. It was nice to each have our own comfy bed on scent free sheets. We loved the funky, unique feel of the place and really enjoyed all the art work. We appreciated the snacks, coffee, tea and 1/2 n 1/2 provided. UNE was only one mile down the road which was really convenient. We enjoyed eating at Jewel of India and Coco’s Bar and Grill. Our favorite place in town was Elements where you can have a coffee, tea or beer while you browse the bookstore. Ian and Suzen were great hosts!! I would definitely book this space again!! UNE is still my great-niece’s 1st choice.

Petr’s place was as described. Very comfortable and hosts were super responsive to any questions or concerns. They have a super friendly cat who’s not shy and loves to be petted. Off street dedicated parking was great. Private entrance. A few things to know: 1. If you’re staying for less than 5 days they charge $10 per load to use the laundry machines. I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnb and this was the first time I’ve seen a host charge to use laundry machines. No charge if you’re staying more than 5 days. 2. Internet connection is fine for the most part but you may run into issues if you’re trying to stream something live like YouTube TV. I had no issues with things like Netflix but had some issues when trying to live stream things like NFL games. 3. The bathroom ceiling is suuuuupppper low. I’m 6’0” and my head could touch the ceiling when on my tip toes. No big deal if you’re under 6’4” or so. But if you’re on the taller end of the spectrum I suspect this would be annoying.

Sweet, charming, well-appointed, comfortable and clean converted garage right on the water. Nautical decor. Has all the basic kitchen stuff you would need. Steve and Cathy were helpful and very responsive. We were there over Thanksgiving 2024. Kittery and Portsmouth are fun places to visit.

I stayed here with my partner and two children for a weekend get away to Portland. Check in and out was effortless, and the unit was well stocked with everything we needed to feel comfortable. There was even Half and Half already in the fridge and excellent freshly ground coffee in stock! The home was an easy walk to many local amenities. I appreciated the good quality linens, lovely woodwork, and Nancy’s attentive and helpful communication. We would absolutely stay here again for a weekend.

Clorinda and Dick were spectacular. From the moment we arrived they were extremely accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. If we are ever back in the Portland area, we will definitely be staying here. Highly recommend!

Loved John’s place in Cape Neddick! Convenient to multiple seaside towns making sightseeing a breeze and loved being a short easy walk to the beach for beautiful beach days. Listening to the ocean each night was a dream. Don’t sleep on his restaurant recommendations, they were all amazing. Would love to visit again!

We had a great stay at Doug’s studio in Portland! The location was extremely convenient, being less than a 10 minute drive to the cross insurance arena even on a busy Saturday evening! Check in and check out was extremely easy. The king sized bed was very amazing, but take note that the other bed is a slightly stiff, small pullout ottoman that will only fit a smaller person/child. Although there was no stove or kitchen sink, the hosts provide a microwave, toaster, coffee machine (with coffee), and toaster oven. The water in the bathroom sink and shower work very well, and the shower head has multiple settings that are very nice. I would definitely stay here again!

The Retreat on Rogers was clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet, and walkable to downtown Dover. Matt was the ultimate host, and went above and beyond with all the little things… plenty of coffee and multiple ways to brew it, lots of kitchen supplies for cooking and eating, more paper products than you’ll need, etc. We’d definitely stay with Matt again!

Bob and Judy's place is a real gem. Great location and super clean! Quiet/beautiful setting. Be sure to glance at the stars as they are a sight to see due to the low light pollution. Tip - Google maps does not pick up the address but Bob/Judy were thankfully readily available to help navigate us to their home. Location was centrally located to all of our adventures. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Amazing place to stay, beautiful property surrounded by nature. Comfortable hot tub and sauna. steam shower was also great. it was clean and had robes, towels, slippers, comfortable big bed. I would definitely stay here again for my next visit.

Katherine was the perfect host. Super responsive and accommodating with check in-check out times which was so appreciated. This was my second stay here and I am sure I will be back. Clean and cozy!

I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs and this is definitely one of the best! The unit has a large, full kitchen open to the living room, a comfortable bedroom, a very nice bathroom, and an outdoor patio overlooking a gorgeous backyard. The entire unit was pristine and decorated with quality furniture. A private entrance on a very beautiful property just seven minutes from Kennebunkport. The hosts were proactive in all communications and incredibly kind. I hope to come back!

This was the perfect home away from home for us- such a peaceful place and close to many areas of interest. There were legos, puzzles, coloring supplies and books for my five year old granddaughter. There was a cutely decorated Christmas tree in the living area, which was nice to turn on and enjoy in the evenings. The home was clean, cozy and had everything we needed while on our trip. It snowed while we were there and they were up early and clearing our walkway and parking space. We appreciated this being promptly taken care of for us. I would definitely stay here again. This was our third time at this property, and we just love it! Beautiful views, convenient location, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped. The hosts are very helpful and responsive, too. We will be back!

Cindy and Jack's place was amazing! Better than described, extremely clean, well planned, bright apartment. The kitchen was the most well appointed of any rental we've stayed in. The attention to detail continued in the bath and laundry areas. We would definitely stay there again!

Quiet, secluded woodsy getaway. Very relaxing, LOVED THE SAUNA. COMFY COMFY COUCH! Memory foam bed was a little rough. But overall had a great stay.

We stayed at Brittany’s place for a quick weekend away to see friends in Portsmouth. The price and location were perfect (10 min drive to Portsmouth)! Her place was thoughtfully stocked with what we needed as well as a few extra touches. We wished the weather had been a bit nicer so we could enjoy the nice deck! Great stay overall. Thank you!
