Well located to town and right next door to a great breakfast/lunch spot! Plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to hang out in. Very clean and finely appointed with a New England coastal feel. TV was easy to use and basics were provided (sugar and creamers). Instructions were clear and response time excellent. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends/family. Thanks so much!

It’s not always easy finding a house large enough to host our group. This house exceeded our expectations and we had plenty of room to accommodate. The large dining room table and bar seating was great for eating and playing games. The highlight was most definitely the rooftop hot tub!!! The nearby beach was a bonus…wish we had a bit better weather to enjoy it while we were there but a bonus nonetheless. Jason was very quick to answer or respond to any questions or concerns during our stay. If our annual cornhole tournament ends up in Portland again next year, we’ll definitely stay here again.

The place was fantastic! Looked just as pictured/described. We were a group of 8 adults and 4 kids and were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great, clean, and heated as promised. It felt private even though there were other units on site. The space is large and winding - a kids hide and seek dream :) lots of gathering spaces to hang out. John was super responsive and helpful. Large, bright, spacious beach house just steps from the beach and a short walk from the more bustling areas of OOB. Ocean views from all floors. Spacious enough for groups to be together but also to have some privacy if need be. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Lovely patio with spacious hot tub, outdoor dining area and small yard. A great spot with a responsive host!

Clean, quiet, and quaint cottage with everything we needed for a weekend getaway with our two kids.

We rented John’s place the end of March for a basketball tournament and it was perfect!! It’s a quick walk to the beach, close to shops, restaurants and stores with plenty of room for family and the kids loved the hot tub after a day of basketball! Definitely will rent again, preferably in the summer!!

The house was beautiful, clean and there was plenty of space. We really enjoyed our time there and Kate was so helpful. The only thing that didn’t cooperate was the weather. I wish we had been able to enjoy the lake and local hiking trails. I would stay again!

My husband and I took a quick trip to the cottage with our dog. The house had so many amazing amenities and we thoroughly enjoyed the spa-like experience! The hot tub was wonderful, and the massage chair and sauna were SO relaxing! Just what we needed for a little pampering! The house was equipped with all the needs for our dog and we loved the fenced in yard so we could let her out and not have to worry! The bed was super comfy, sheets and towels of luxury quality! Camille was a stellar host...if I could give 10 starts, I would. Made a great restaurant recommendation and my husband and I had a lovely dinner out! Thank you for everything!

This was our second stay at this absolute gem in the woods of southern Maine. New screened in deck allowed us to enjoy thunderstorms from a comfy day bed. The pond's wildlife-peepers, wood frogs and owls made for the perfect soundtrack while we enjoyed a fire and soaking in the hot tub. All of the amenities are top notch. From the soft robes, to the little bathroom touches and snacks, it truly feels luxurious. Perfect for a couple to reset, celebrate and relax. I look forward to returning for years to come.

This is my second stay at one of Audrey and Seb's location. Both experiences have been above and beyond, from check-in to check-out. My husband and I booked the cabin for a little unplugged weekend getaway, and this location was perfect to relax and escape. From the reading nook, to the beautifully furnished rooms, to the hot tub with the sound of the spring "peepers" in the background, the whole experience was exactly what we were looking for. The location is wonderfully close to town where we enjoyed our morning runs along Parson's Way. Highly recommend the buttermilk biscuits and chai latte at Boulangerie bakery, and dinner at Wandby's Landing!

We had a really nice stay in this cabin. We enjoyed the hot tub in the cold evenings very much and also the gaming room is very nice. You should not get bored here ;-) The beds were good and we slept well. The front view is really nice and when the weather is nice the outdoor space must be great!

I stayed here with my 4 nephews from 6-12 years old and 8 adults for a family vacation. If you are looking for a great place to relax with family this is ideal. Also the fishing was phenomenal.

the Nest was a perfect getaway! It was beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. We loved it so much.
