Loved this place. So peaceful and quiet. The house was so nice and clean. Everything in the descriptions was accurate. Stayed for a weekend with my family and pets. We really couldn’t spend time outside in the backyard because of the rain, but the when it stopped raining for a bit we did go out and saw how pretty it was. It has a nice grass area and lots of trees. I would stay in this house when I visit Sacramento again.

Very responsive and attentive hosts. Made sure we had everything we needed. We stayed over Christmas and were able to host our kids and grandbabies. Sacramento is a fun city with lots to do. This home was perfectly located, less than 10 minutes from downtown.

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was extremely kid friendly, which was so nice. My 3 year old felt right at home. Check in was super easy and everything was clean. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd be happy to stay again!

Brittany’s place was the perfect home base for our stay in Sacramento. Clean and tastefully decorated, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was quiet, private, and felt very safe. We’d absolutely stay here again if it’s available!

Our stay was very comfortable. We ended up having 8 people stay over. There was room for more people. We walked to Patwin Park to BBQ and enjoy the beautiful day with family. It was a great place to gather and visit with family. Any questions we had were answered quickly and kindly

We were happy to find Henry’s property available. It’s in a good neighborhood, very cozy, and comfortable. The house was clean with comfortable beds. Plenty of space and amenities. We’re glad we found this place for our trip. Thanks again.

Eli’s Wanderlost house was very nice to stay at. We had plenty of room and everything you could think of was there at the house. It had an enclosed backyard, which was wonderful since we have two corgis. Overall it was a pleasant place to stay in a perfect location. Loved staying at this condo in Napa! It was peaceful and beautiful! Everything we wanted was within close proximity, about 10 minutes from most places in Napa, then 30 to Sonoma or St Helena. This was an amazing stay!! It is a beautiful little peaceful getaway! Has what you need to be right at home. The bed was also so comfy! I was sad to leave. Stephanie is very responsive and keeps a very clean and nice space. Absolutely recommend if you are staying near the Nappa area. Great stay and great location.

Would overall give a 4.5. House is spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, not far from downtown. Showers are good and beds are comfy. Taking down half star because it's a bit sparsely furnished: it has beds for 12, but dining table for 8, living room for 8, outside deck with seating for 6... Even our group of 9 required someone to be always be carrying 1 of the 2 bar stools if we wanted to sit together (made for an uncomfortable meal...). Not sure how 12 would eat there. Other than that, all was great, the host was flexible, the kitchen well equipped and everything was super clean.

Best part was the kitchen was huge. Helped us with cooking next to each other but overall great place hopefully to come out during the summer, but definitely will book for next Christmas.

This is the second time we stayed at this property while visiting Sacramento to see our daughter. We love playing pool so the pool table is always a big draw for us. If you like swimming, there’s a nice pool in the backyard. The location is very close to great restaurants and other activities in downtown Sacramento

Convenient location. Beautiful landscaping and peaceful outdoor space. Large, open indoor space. Host was kind and willing to accommodate for future needs.

We - my wife, son and his wife and 16 month old daughter, along with my daughter and three boys shared this beautiful home. As written in the description, Michael's listing was very accurate, well supplied, and met the needs of our family during a very intensely hot week. The pool was the star attraction. The kitchen was well supplied and we were encouraged to use all of the amenities to enjoy our stay. It was very clean. The loft was roomy enough for two adolescent boys. We had some challenges with adjusting AC system temperature, but Michael was accessible when we needed assistance. He responded to other inquiries in a timely manner. Perhaps our only complaint was that the beds in all three bedrooms were not very comfortable. Usable closet space would have helpful as we traveled for a large wedding venue. Jessica is very clear and helpful. She responds to questions relatively quickly, and the house was clean. The house rules are straightforward and easy to follow.
