The 16 century cottage has been in my husbands family since Elizabethan times . It has a private south facing garden .Beautifully furnished with antique furniture It’s a truly magical little cottage and feels like you have stepped back in time . A deep bath . Log burning stove . Period furniture . What’s not to like. Situated just outside Hawes a 5 minute walk ! Or walk over the field in less time . River walks from the door step . The 1855 Wash House is a studio cottage, located within a minutes walk from Skipton High Street. It is on one level apart from one step down into the kitchen. The studio is situated at the rear of a Victorian terrace within the owners garden. There is an outdoor flagged area for guests with sheltered seating for 2. There is a permit parking space at the front of the cottage. Several early morning opening cafes are close by and Marks and Spencers Simply food is just around the corner.

Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.
