The house was perfect!!! It had everything you needed, i felt really comfortable and immediately at home. There was a fruit basket when we arrived, and she even made sure we had some simple refreshments to start the day with. Judith always answers and is really friendly and helpful. The house is in a nice and quiet environment. It's a 15 min walk to the center and it's close to plaza pozuelos, where there is a big supermarket. You can do everything on foot, only to return back to the house, i recommend a taxi. But it has it's advantages, you have a nice view here, and no noise from the city at all, it's really quiet and peaceful, what is hard to get in Guanajuato centro. So if you want to be close to the center but still want to live quiet and super clean... I definitely recommend this place. Thank you Judith!!! You're an amazing host, i hope to see you soon again!!! Un lugar súper limpio, que para mí es muy importante, la localización muy bien ubicada para llegar ama cualquier lugar ya sean restaurantes y lugares que visitar. Excelente lugar!!! Volveríamos seguramente.

Un lugar muy bonito, agradable, espacioso y con una excelente ubicación. Sin duda, una gran opción para quedarse en Guanajuato.

Todo excelente, tiene una ubicación buena, está súper ordenado y limpio, definitivamente me volveré a hospedar ahí. Cabe reseñar que el anfitrión siempre estuvo al pendiente.

We chose Dave's place because of the size and location, plus his pictures were amazing. I had been to Guanajuato once before with friends but this time I wanted to share the city with my family. My husband and I, plus our 2 sons and their partners along with an adult grandson, were very comfortable. Our favorite spot to get together was the terrace - what an incredible view! Our last night was a fun family dinner; the kitchen fully equipped with a spacious dining table both inside and outside. There is so much to do and see in Guanajuato. Mario, the house manager and his nephew, were very responsive and always available to provide rides to the airport and for a day trip to San Miguel. I definitely recommend this house and would be very happy to stay again. We had 3 people who worked remote and the WIFI was great throughout the property. Thank you Dave and Mario for a great stay!

This home is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views of the entire city of Guanajuato. Aaron was an exceptional host, and I’ll definitely be booking again for my next visit!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Maritere and Rodrigo’s place! While it is located a short walk from the center of town, and all of the activities and restaurants there, it at the same time was a tranquil respite from all the bustle and noise. The home itself is beautifully designed and decorated, and it is very well stocked with everything you might need to be comfortable for a few days, or much longer. Maritere and Rodrigo were excellent hosts, as well; they were always responsive and friendly, and we very much appreciated their flexibility with our reservation when we had to unexpectedly change our plans shortly before our arrival. We highly recommend staying there for your visit to Guanajuato!

Excelente lugar pra descansar, tranquilo, limpio y con todo los servicios. Tienen un gatito 😺 como mascota un buen anfitrión.

Beautiful spot with an amazing view over Guanajuato — just like the photos. It’s up on a mountain, so getting there isn’t the easiest, and the entrances are a bit confusing. But once you’re in, it’s peaceful and the view makes it all worth it.

el alojamiento es exactamente igual al anuncio, mostraron mucha flexibilidad para recibirme y la atención de la sra Socorro excelente. el lugar es muy bonito la cama muy cómoda, el único detalle es el sillón un poco incómodo para estar algún tiempo en el. todo muy limpio, realmente vale la pena quedarse en su estancia

This place was everything you see in the pictures plus more! We really enjoyed our stay in Guanajuato. Alex made us feel right at home and was very accommodating.

Dermot was super helpful and provided clear instructions on location, like many places In Guanajuato his house is not that easy to find. He also found us somewhere to store our luggage which was really useful! The home itself was perfect, and what a view!

Staying at Mery’s place was great. Everything you need for a couple or a single person is there. It’s super cozy and the view is spectacular. Every morning we were able to sit outside to have coffee and breakfast while watching the morning light change. In the evenings we enjoyed a night cap with the city’s twinking lights. Beware that the incline down to Centro is a little steep. Walking down isn’t bad, but you may want to budget in an Uber or taxi coming back up.

This studio was just perfect for what I needed. My wife and friend had stayed in the larger home that is on the same property. Great for a couple or one person. Not fancy but very practical. Comfortable bed. Nice Bathroom. Excellent Shower. The kitchen area again not fancy but very clean and serves the purpose of A STUDIO! The proximity to the Main Street of Presa makes life easy. Across the street are great coffee cafes. Up a ways are really great restaurants like Citric which I had the best Chilaquiles Rojos of any in Mexico. Across from Citric is Amantxi a Fine Dining steakhouse that is magnificent under the watchful eyes of Chef Domingo Marteniz and his wife. Great and talented staff. A BARGAIN at each of these restaurants for the quality they provide… Back to Christel and her listing. Since we had the privilege of staying there 2x in a short period. We had the full experience of excellent above and beyond communication. The home delivered more than promised.Highest recommendation!

Great Host . Place was spectacular. If i come to Guanajuato in the future, this would be the first place i will look into booking again. View was beautiful & the swing is great especially to look at the night view of the city.

El lugar es muy bonito, inclusive mejor que las fotos!! Excelente para pasar un rato en familia o con amigos, todo está planeado para que tengas una estancia maravillosa y sin inconvenientes. La comunicación con el host fue rápida, amable y muy atenta. Recomiendo 100%

Excellent service, Erika surpassed assisting us in every way! We stayed in the Villa and it’s super spacious, and really nice. At night there is such a beautiful view to the city. The town is only a 10 min drive and the staff can coordinate rides into town. (Only $5) honestly the town gets pretty loud with the musical festivities so Casa Estrellas location is ideal so you can relax when you’re not in town. Definitely recommend, and would return.

Jonas was very friendly. He was very attentive to what we needed and also ver accommodating. The place was beautiful and cozy. The amenities were great and I really enjoyed how easy it was to access the unit. 10/10 would recommend

El gas se termino al segundo dia, pero en un par de horas nos resolvieron el problema, y todo quedo bien. muy buena ubicacion aunque algo cansado y enrredoso. pero con maps estaras bien. todo excelente.

Lugar céntrico y seguro, excelente la comunicación, si llevan vehículo les recomiendo el estacionamiento Juárez esta más alejado del alojamiento sin embargo si manejan pensión y pague alrededor de $300 por día. Les recomiendo la comida del restaurant Valadez, los desayunoss y comida excelente!! y la vista al teatro Juarez inigualable, el alojamiento super cómoda, la sala y después de los tours descansar!!! se agradece que cada habitación tenga su propio baño!!
