Absolutely LOVED the Big D Ranch for our daughter's birthday weekend. The awe that came over our carload as we drove up the dirt road and the house came into view! The neighbor's animals were a HUGE selling point for us. He is a super kind and welcoming neighbor and lets you and your family visit with the animals. The surrounding views are amazingly beautiful and the supplied binoculars were so much fun to look around and explore with! The property has so much to walk around and find! Benches, hammocks, tetherball, horseshoes, swings, trails....kids LOVED! The kids made the nap shack like their clubhouse. The outdoor bbq fireplace area was our favorite spot to relax. Beautiful lights! The kitchen is stocked extremely well to make anything. The house decor is so thoughtful in each room. The staircase decor was our favorite. Very cozy homey feel. The beds are super comfy. The master jacuzzi tub is excellent for one person and very relaxing. Plenty of beds and space for larger families.

Very cute cabin, located close to all of Williams shops/restaurants and Bearizona. Was a quick one-hour drive to the Grand Canyon, so enjoyed the best of both locations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet little getaway.

Steve’s place was perfect. My cousin and I stayed there so we could hike Sedona. His place is very clean, and well stocked. The location was perfect for what we needed and plenty of roomy for 2 people. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again if the opportunity ever came up.

absolutely adorable on the inside, love the cabin in the woods feel of it. host was super helpful and we really enjoyed our stay. we hope to try the other homes this host has to offer.

Kimberly's place was beyond magical. The space had exactly everything one needs with AMAZING views of the red rocks. Kimberly gave me advice on how to navigate like the locals. I booked time with Kimberly and her horses for a meditation session built just for me - this was priceless. Spending time with the horses was truly healing. Kimberly is so personable and the love she has for Sedona and her horses radiates in what she does. I would definitely come back again. I came to Sedona on a solo trip with little expectations, and I left blown away! 10/10 recommend.

Fue un tiempo excelente, Mark nos dió la mejor atención, tenía varias cosas básicas para la cocina y mucho más extras, que también en nuestra salida dejamos algunas cosas para los demás, es un lugar pequeño pero perfecto para 4 personas, los animales de la granja son amigables, aún que es un poco lejos de la ciudad es lo que realmente necesitabamos para descansar.

Fue una experiencia muy buena. Todo en su lugar. Me encantó que tiene. Todos para no preocuparte y de más. Muchas gracias por todo lo recomiendo. En mis 8 años rentando casas es la primera cas que está de 5. Estrellas. Espero regresar el año que biene. 🙏☺️

Beautiful and cozy cottage!!! My family loved the stay and personal touches throughout the cottage. The horse stable part of cottage is great add on and we loved feeding them. The place is great if you are planning for Grand Canyon trip!!!

Our stay at Mountain View Villa was great, particularly the sunset view of Humphreys Peak! This villa is an excellent starting point for visiting everything northern and central Arizona has to offer! We loved having a kitchen so we didn't have to eat out for every meal. We ate five meals there during our stay! Our host, Josh, was incredibly responsive at all hours of the day, even leading up to our trip. I was so impressed with how quickly and thoughtfully he answered questions. We are thinking of staying here again next year!

We had a birthday girls weekend at Sunset Ranch, and every one of us thought it was our favorite Airbnb gathering ever! The house was comfortable, well laid out with thoughtful designs, and a perfect kitchen to cook in. We used all the outdoor areas and loved having a fire at night while some were in the hot tub. The “party barn “was even more magical than the photos. We enjoyed the horses, chickens, and turkeys. Roosters too. The camper is adorable, and such a bonus to see the red rocks from its porch. Stephanie was so kind and thoughtful. She really made an effort to make sure we were all right and having fun. I would recommend this incredible listing to anyone looking for a gathering spot near Sedona. We had a great visit to DA Ranch as well for a couple bottles of wine.

The Place in Sedona was located in a peaceful area that was perfect location to visit areas of interest in Sedona. The hosts were so accommodating and responsive and were gracious to give us wine from the area. The amenities and house was a perfect for relaxation and opportunity to view the stars away from city life. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway with amazing hosts

We loved our stay in this cabin! It was clean, well stocked, and so cozy! The bed was very comfortable, which is always a plus. We loved the location as well. Very easy to get into downtown Flagstaff, maybe 10 minutes away from the snow bowl, and the cabin itself had a very quiet surrounding neighborhood despite there being neighbors. Only one thing to note, I wish the burning stove in the living room was cleaned out prior to our arrival. I love using one but could not because it was so full of ash the vent wasn’t working properly even after I cleaned it out. Nonetheless, this place is 100% worth the stay and I wish we booked more nights!

Although we only stayed at Kellae's place for 1 night, we had a great experience. It was very conveniently located on the way from Phoenix to Sedona and was very easy to find. The check-in process was seamless. The house was very clean, spacious, and include all the amenities listed. We really enjoyed out stay and would definitely stay there again!

Laura and Steve are very responsive and the bunk house at their beautiful ranch is clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Comfortable beds and high quality sheets and towels are extra nice details. The kitchen is also well-equipped! This was a special place from which to launch our visits to the Grand Canyon, Walnut Canyon, and other area attractions. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Staying at this lodge was amazing. The place is beautiful and cozy, and the views from the backyard are amazing. It was fun to meet all the animals and the folks working at the sanctuary. Lots of great hikes, restaurants, and activities near the house.

Sheep’s cattle ranch is a great home base for your Grand Canyon adventure. Our family took the Grand Canyon Railway which was so close and easy. We also like how close the ranch was to the local restaurants. Kevin and Sylvie were proactive and good communicators. The pictures are accurate and the ranch is comfortable overall. We wish the washer/dryer were working, but they did offer to pay for laundry service. We would recommend the ranch if you need a place to stay in Williams.

The Flagstaff house is sweet, cozy, and accommodating. Our family was comfortable and entertained. We had everything we needed for our short stay and loved it. If you plan of visiting in northern Arizona you will love this place. There are so so many things to do outdoors around this area. And lots of local shops and tourist stops.

One of the best ones I’ve had the pleasure of staying. The animals next door really did it for me. The turkey and I were laughing all night. Highly recommend staying here. Doesn’t get much better than that.

AMAZING ALL THE WAY! Just an amazing place in beautiful Arizona. We felt right at home. A++++ and our best experience yet!

Linda was very hospitable and friendly; we felt like we were visiting family. She was very responsive if we had any questions, and showed us around the property and her beautiful crystal room. We loved watching hummingbirds in a garden nook or reading by the pool. It is a beautiful, special place and we are very fortunate to have experienced it. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. It is 20-30 mins from Sedona, and also close to Jerome, Montezumas Castle and Tuzigoot. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and beauty after a busy day being tourists. We will stay here next time we visit Sedona!

We loved staying here! We did not get a chance to meet Steve but Neesa was there and was so helpful. The place was so cozy and friendly, we felt right at home. I hate to say I'm picky... but I am... LOL. Some hosts just don't think of the little things that make your stay more comfortable... like comfy sheets and warm lighting etc. Neesa thought of EVERYTHING. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of staying here. We were originally going to stay in Sedona but found this and figured it was so close to Sedona we would give it a shot. Once we were there we were super happy with our decision and actually ate all our meals in Cottonwood and only ventured to Sedona for some hikes and a jeep tour. Cottonwood is a friendly little town with great restaurants and is near everything. Also, we loved the fact that while this place is truly "in the country", you are only 5 min to Safeway!!!

Our family of four had a great stay here. The kids loved the tire swing and running around in the yard. Very short drive into town where there were great restaurants (Colt , Tavern grille and Bocce were all delicious!!) easy drive to Sedona- we did Slide rock park , soldiers pass and even side the horseback riding. The Airbnb had everything we needed and we loved the easy propane fire pit on the chilly April nights. Thanks for hosting us !
