My family and I stayed in the gorgeous cabin for Easter. We had a TON of unexpected snow and it was beautiful! Sitting in the spotless hot tub surrounded by snow is *chefs kiss*. Carissa was a fantastic host; super proactive/communicative and provides everything you could need for a weekend away in the pines! The game room phenomenal and came in clutch while being snowed in. We will definitely be staying here again, with one of our kiddos on the way to NAU! ❤️❄️

I would recommend this home for everyone if you’d love a beautiful getaway. Walking distance to some nice trails and very peaceful and quiet.

Wendy's Airbnb was a great little place to stay in Prescott. Hot tub was absolutely awesome. We will be back again!

Cabin was in excellent condition and exceptionally clean. For a cabin, it was spacious and the furniture complimented the space very well. The only issue, that wasn’t really an issue per se was that the upstairs sleeping area was a little warm despite having two AC units in the cabin. However, it was not so warm that made it uncomfortable to sleep in. As far as the amenities/activities made available to the guests were great. There’s things for kids and adults to enjoy. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoy our stay, the house is super spacious, we had everything that we needed there, we arrived during a winter storm and the moment we stepped into the house it was warm and cozy, it has some nice features like the playroom, hot tub, the living room drapes open by remote, you have a lot of outdoor space, lots of board games also, the kitchen it’s fully equipped, and everything was really clean, and it’s just 4 min away from the shuttle to Snowbowl.

We had a lovely stay at WillowPoint Creek Casita . The setting was peaceful and scenic, with easy access to trails, town, and nature. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, grill, and the pool—even though it was too cold to swim. The dirt road leading into the property, including a couple of creek crossings, made getting there feel like a fun little adventure. The house was well-equipped with all the kitchen essentials, and the hosts were responsive and welcoming, even providing a helpful local guide. We loved the quiet nights, clear skies, and the chance to truly unwind. Do be prepared for spotty cell service and slow internet—but honestly, that was part of the charm. It gave us a chance to disconnect and be reminded of the pace of everyday life. The only downsides were that the house could use a deeper clean, and the front gate was broken during our stay, which gave us some safety concerns. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would recommend it for anyone looking for a getaway!

Verde ranch was perfect for our AZ/Sedona vacation. it was 20-40 minutes away from everything we wanted to do. staff and other guests were very friendly and had great recommendations for things to do and places to eat.

We had the perfect stay! The house was comfortable and well appointed. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. We spent evenings around the fire pit out front. There was easy parking for our Sprinter van and we loved how dog friendly the place was. Anna was a great host and we would definitely book again!

We loved our stay at this location. The window looking out to the trees was an incredible place to sit and watch the snow and birds and we couldn't believe how peaceful the environment was. The kids spent most of the time in the loft which had all the fun toys and games to keep them entertained. We went to Snowbowl and Williams as a day trip and both were easily accessible from the cabin. Everything was very clean and looked just as I expected from the pictures. The host was communicative and responsive and provided everything needed (including snacks!!) for a wonderful stay. I would recommend the cabin!

From start to finish, the customer service was top-notch—our host was incredibly responsive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed. The space itself was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable—exactly what we were hoping for during our time in such a beautiful place. Every little detail was thought through, and it really felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this gem if you're visiting Sedona!

The Quail Cottage was the perfect location for the various areas we planned to visit. This is a well-styled, incredibly clean space that is cozy and had everything we needed. We especially loved the game room!

We enjoyed our stay at Season’s Getaway! We felt at home and the owners were very responsive to our needs. We recommend this place and will stay again in the future!

Wonderful, clean, cozy! Such an amazing stay!! This cozy cottage had all we needed and more. Beautiful kitchen and comfy beds, prime location! The beautiful forest behind the home with the trail was absolutely amazing. 10/10 will stay again!

Chelsea’s place is absolutely adorable. In addition to being a very safe, efficient, and comfortable space, it is filled with artistic and creative touches that make it very homey and fun. You’ll discover something new at every turn! Bring your own bar soap, shampoo, and Kleenex but Chelsea provides everything else you need. Not as walkable as we typically like, but restaurants and shopping are just a short drive away, as well as fabulous hiking trails. Chelsea is very proactive in her communication and had a binder filled with fabulous recommendations. We took several and were not disappointed. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. I was a bit surprised to find that the home was located in a mobile & manufactured home park, but it really ended up being such a great location. So close to a great many trails and right next to the creek and also very quiet and peaceful. We would rent here again!

What a great, beautiful little place! You can tell they put a lot of love was put into it. Everything was perfect! Mimosas and drinks were very generous. My daughters (and I) loved playing Just Dance on the Wii, and the toys in the toy box kept my youngest busy for hours! Although chilly, sitting on the deck under the blankets on the rocking chair was just the best! We'll be back!

Denise’s place was perfect for what we needed. It was very clean and well equipped (even had detergent and dryer sheets for the washer/dryer). Clarksdale and Cottonwood were great small towns, and they offered a very relaxing setting as we finished our adventurous days in the surrounding area. If I’m ever in this region again, Denise’s place will be my first choice.

We loved our stay in Eric’s place. The cottage is so peaceful and we loved the outside space to enjoy breakfast outside listening to the birds. The bed was super comfortable and bathroom was high spec. Everything had been completed to a high standard and we enjoyed relaxing in the cottage of an evening. Kitchen had everything we needed for prepping breakfast and lunch. Would recommend for any stay in Sedona, worth the money.

Our stay here was fantastic! The place was perfect for us as it had beautiful surroundings and yet was close to the Sedona area. We enjoyed great hikes and great places to eat. The guide book provided is very helpful. Sandi and Bill are very friendly and great hosts who communicate well with their guests. One of our favorite parts of the place were the decks! Easy to sit outside to see the stars at night! A beautiful place!

The Marshall cottage was very cozy and felt like home away from home. Hope was very helpful, she even had the lights on when we arrived late in the evening. This was very welcoming. If I get a chance to return to Flagstaff I would love to stay at the Marshall Cottage again. The neighborhood was wonderful, very peaceful and easy to get around. Thank you Hope for a lovely relaxing place to stay.
