Absolutely loved our stay here, the cottage its self was gorgeous and the space inside was a really great lay out and very spacious! The cottage had everything we needed as-well as the little extras that were complimentary, and overall Sheila has been a great host and I would recommend this place, we had an amazing stay here! We had an amazing stay. Spotlessly clean with quality furnishings and comfy beds. The location is beautiful and being enclosed is ideal for pets and children. We would love to stay again

The photos don’t do this place justice. It really is beautiful. Quaint, spacious, clean and tidy. Plenty of facilities such as vac, mop, washing machine, dryer, cleaning products etc. Kitchen is a lovely space to all sit together. Bedrooms were very spacious and room for clothes etc. Lovely nights sleep in comfortable beds. Central heating worked a treat with log fire in the room (we didn’t need to use) including other heaters. It is lovely and warm and cosy. The views and surrounding areas are lovely. We used the hot tub which was a lovely addition and worked well been outside the conservatory part. We were a family group of mixed ages and we would absolutely stay here again. Host was great with contact prior to arrival with flexible check in/out. Overall a brilliant stay and we’ve also said we would return.

The second we put the key in the door we knew we were in for a treat. Walking into the huge kitchen with a table fit for The Waltons and the highest kitchen ceiling we’ve ever seen. Then on into the wonderfully spacious living room with beams and a log burner and sofas so comfy and roomy, we felt immediately relaxed. Beautiful fields with cows, horse riders passing by and the only sounds were birdsong. One of our favourite air bnbs to date. We didn’t want to leave! Our old boy pooch was very contented pottering round the lovely garden and sunbathing. Thank you Victoria for letting us stay

This was perfect for me, my sisters and my mum. Parking directly outside the house. Fabulous restaurants within a short walk (less than 5 minutes). Views straight onto the bay. Never stayed in saltburn by sea before and it had so much to offer. Great base for visiting Whitby, robin hoods bay, Staithes. Dog friendly beach on your doorstep and surfing! Brilliant weekend.

Great, quiet location within walking distance of local attractions. Great host - clear and straight forward check in details and quick, responsive and helpful throughout stay.

First class . Superbly presented apartment, clean and tidy with stunning views overlooking the marina. Thanks for making our stay a special one , we couldn't fault it. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone, 100% . We will hopefully be returning soon .

Great facilities, shower is amazing, comfy bed, washing machine, tumble dryer and dish washer, great location for walking to shops and great walks for dogs.

Wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless and very well maintained, with very good cleaning attention to detail. It was clean, cozy, and perfectly located. We loved our stay in Carlton and will definitely be returning. John and Amanda are great hosts - they made us feel so welcome; there was even homemade cake and beautiful homemade soap on arrival! They made a point of welcoming us at the start, and saying goodbye at the end. Carlton is a great place - we are even considering a move there!

We were looking for a base to explore North Yorkshire and Riverside Cottage delivered it all - easy distance to York and the coast, as well as so many other wonderful villages and attractions. The cottage was perfect for our family of four and easily accommodated other friends and family who stayed for various parts of our visit. The setting was perfect - beautiful and peaceful. We loved eating outside and communing with the sheep and chickens! Trevor was an amazing host. He made us feel incredibly welcome - providing great local recommendations, bed changeovers when needed, and even a bottle of bubbly for my birthday! We loved every minute of our stay at Riverside Cottage and can’t recommend it highly enough!!

Sarah is by far the best host we have ever had. we have used Air b and b for 5 years. Sarah is very accomadating to any issue arising and communicates very well. Saltburn is a lovelly place to go and the house is within a few minutes walk into the centre so very convenient We have been 4 times and always a pleasure to stay at her house.

The accommodation was absolutely perfect for our weekend stay in Redcar for a a family wedding! Very clean and tidy through out with all the amenities that we needed. The downstairs double bedroom was ideal for my mum who has mobility issues and the house itself is very accessible with lots of space and wide doorways. The beds were very comfortable and we even ended buying the same pillows when we got home because we loved them so much! Thank you Jan for a lovely stay. Kind regards Steffan
