Exclusive use with aircon, includes 3brms, bathroom, kitchen/dining/lounge plus countyard the lovely alfresco, outside is the shared yard. Access to my separate upstairs apartment includeis from outside through the garage via the outside stairs. We are located within the bustling seaside town of Yanchep, the beach and shops are both within walking distance. The Yanchep national park is just a short drive away.
