Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Tao’s home is a charming entire house with a private entrance, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood. If you're a fan of Orhan Pamuk's novels, you'll recognize the area, and you'll be pleased to know that the Museum of Innocence actually exists and is located nearby. The house itself is full of character and unique details. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed traveling with a young child. There are three floors to navigate: the kitchen, dining area, and a shower are located on the ground floor, while the entrance, two bedrooms and a toilet are on the first floor. The second floor features the third bedroom with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Additionally, the entrance has a few steps as well. Tao is a very sweet, friendly and thoughtful host, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Communication was seamless, and he provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadım! Ev son derece temiz ve düzenliydi, kendimi çok rahat hissettim. Ev sahibi iletişim konusunda oldukça ilgiliydi ve her konuda yardımcı oldu. Genel olarak beklentilerimi fazlasıyla karşılayan bir konaklamaydı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

كانت تجربتنا في المنزل الأبيض الصغير تجربة مثالية حقًا وبدون مجاملات، ابتداءا من بدء الحجز الى نهاية تسليمه، المنزل اعجب فيه اسرتي ، كان مرتبا ومنظما بطريقة احترافية، كان نظيفا منسقا، متكامل الخدمات جدا، لو عدت الى اسطنبول سيكون هو خياري الأول، وسأنصح به أصدقائي بلا شك، شكر خالص للسيد المحترم Suha على اهتمامه و مرونته وشكر لفريقه الذي ينفذ تعليماته كما يجب.

Levent’s place is a cozy little nook in the lovely neighborhood of Kuzguncuk. It was newly renovated and very clean. He was very kind and accommodating with a late check in, accidentally locking myself out and a late check out. I had no trouble and he was great about allowing me to have my privacy during an extended stay. Would recommend!

Genialt sted at bo! Meget charmerende og cool sted midt i Balat. Tagterrassen er helt fantastisk med flot udsigt over byen og Det Gyldne Horn.

Gorgeous apartment in a fantastic location. We went to Istanbul to walk/explore and eat and this beautiful place was in a very quiet, yet central location. James was extremely helpful and gave us loads of recommendations which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this place.

Ev sahibi Ayten hanım bizi oldukça sıcak ve samimi bir şekilde karşıladı. Ev, fotoğraflardakinden çok daha güzeldi; ihtiyacımız olabilecek tüm malzemeler, çay kahve olanakları her şey vardı. Balkon manzaları harikaydı😍 Ayten hanıma bu güzel evini bizimle paylaştığı için teşekkür ederim.

Eine sehr schöne ,große und toll ausgestattete Wohnung .Man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause .Die Lage ist perfekt - der Hafen von Kadiköy ist quasi vor der Tür und in der Nähe sind so viele Cafés und Restaurants. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr angenehm ,schnell und freundlich. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt. Alles in einem eine klare Weiterempfehlung für einen Istanbul Besuch.

We hebben een super verblijf gehad. Tuba was super behulpzaam, betrokken en reageerde snel. Het was een perfect appartement met een super mooi uitzicht. We hebben een super goede tijd gehad!

Eine schöne sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung mit Meerblick von der Terrasse aus. Nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt von Hagia Sofia und Sultanahmet Moscheen. Die Wohnung grenzt an die alte historische Stadtmauer und byzantinischen Palast der 1600 Jahre alt ist. Die Kommunikation mit Ali verlief einwandfrei. Wir hatten alles in der Wohnung was wir brauchten. Wichtig zu wissen, dass die Zimmern nicht groß sind und keine Türen haben, was wahrscheinlich einfach typisch ist. Zudem ist die Wohnung etwas hellhörig und in der Nähe verlaufen die Zugschienen. Uns hat das alles aber nicht wirklich gestört. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten und weiter empfehlen. 엄마랑 둘이서 사용하기에 부족함 없었고 친구랑 와도 참 괜찮은 숙소입니다. 호텔처럼 엄청 넓지는 않아도 욕실이 넓고 깨끗해서 좋았고 근처에 교통시설도 있기에 편하게 여행을 즐길 수 있었습니다

This was our first trip to Istanbul and will not be our last, and Ali’s beautiful flat made this trip so much better. It is comfortable with a gorgeous view, we felt right at home. But what really stood out was Ali himself- he was so responsive, helpful, and had plenty of recommendations that were amazing. He set up a taxi for us upon arrival and also let us check out late due to a later flight. We will absolutely come back to this flat for our next stay. Thank you Ali for contributing to our wonderful trip to Istanbul!

Cosy place to stay near Galata tower for the whole family. Great host, flexible check-in.

Apartment is located very close to galata tower. The location is perfect with sunset view from the roof. Lots of restaurants, cafe and bars around. Apartment is located on4th floor and building doesn’t have elevator so a good source of workout. Warm, quiet space with loads of windows. I felt at home. Fully equipped with amenities.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful two-level apartment. The space is thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and a cozy yet modern feel. One of the highlights was the lush garden—perfect for morning coffee or just relaxing in a peaceful, green setting. The balcony upstairs offered lovely views and added a great touch of privacy. The location is very secluded and quiet, ideal for anyone looking to unwind, but also felt incredibly safe and secure throughout my stay. It truly felt like a little hidden oasis. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway.

Habe für 7 Tage gebucht und wäre am liebsten länger geblieben. Leider sind wir die letzte Nacht auch raus da wir einen Erdbeben hatten und doch schon ganz schön Angst hatten im 13ten Stock ansonsten Mega schön und sehr sauber

Ramazan tatili boyunca ailecek kaldık. Her şey resimde gösterildiği gibiydi evin içi çok güzel ayrı bir otoparkın olması da gayet iyiydi. Ev sahibi çok güleryüzlü bir abiydi, Seda Hanım da sorduğumuz sorulara hemen hızlıca dönüş yaptı. Tek olumsuz olarak TV de uydu yok sadece YouTube ve netflix vardı. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz.

C’est avec grand plaisir que nous avons séjourné une semaine chez Erhan. L’appartement est au calme et agréable à vivre. Nous avons adoré la vue depuis les chambres ! Le quartier est populaire, pas tellement de touristes et c’est ce que nous recherchions. Vous trouverez facilement boulangerie, supérettes à proximité et nous vous recommandons l’épicerie en haut de la rue Tepabasi (la rue lorsque vous sortez à droite de l’appartement) qui a ouvert sa table : c’est délicieux ! Erhan est aux petits soins, extrêmement proactif il vous donnera multitudes d’informations très utiles avant votre arrivée et aussi pendant votre séjour. Merci pour tout Erhan, nous reviendrons !

Второй раз останавливаемся у мистера Nuri в его уютных апартаментах, Апартаменты точно соответствуют описанию, чистые и комфортабельные, недавно был сделан ремонт. Есть все неоходимые вещи для комфортабельного проживания, включая приятные мелочи, которые говорят о том, что Nuri заботливо относится к своим постояльцам. Апартаменты находятся в 3-х минутах от станции легкого метро линии М1 и остановки метробуса. в 7 минутах есть станция трамвая Т1, который идет прямо в центр исторической части Стамбула. В шаговой доступности есть большой супермаркет 3М Мигрос. Nuri всегда готов оказать помощь и ответить на все вопросы. Мы провели замечательные каникулы и рекомендуем данные апартаменты

This was one of my favorite Istanbul stays! Both the location & the house were amazing & so we enjoyed going out & staying in in our cozy space. Very stylish & smart design. The host is super responsive & very helpful. We truly enjoyed this stay & definitely coming back ✨
