This was an amazing find! Maria was very nice and helpful, always responding to messages and helping out. The place was beautiful and in a great location, close to many beaches and restaurants. A real gem!

Η διαμονή μας ήταν άψογη στο Κατάλυμα όλα ήταν υπεροχα πεντακάθαρος χώρος! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!!

Είχαμε μια πολύ όμορφη και ξεκούραστη εμπειρία διαμονής! Η οικοδέσποινα πάντα διαθέσιμη για να μας εξυπηρετήσει. Θα το ξαναεπιλεγαμε για τη διαμονή μας στη Χαλκίδα!

Ideal Lage, gute Restaurants und das Meer gleich in der Umgebung. Late Check in wurde gegen Aufpreis organisiert 😊 Flughafentransfer wurde organisiert 😊 Idealer Ort um eine Rundreise zu starten oder zu beenden, da nur 10-15 Min vom Flughafen.

Le logement répondait parfaitement au besoin d’être près de l’aéroport pour un vol très tôt le matin. L’hôte Eleana a réservé le taxi pour moi. Elle m’a fait un accueil des plus chaleureux et s’est assuré que tout était parfait en plus de sa grande disponibilité. Je reviendrais certainement.

The place was incredible. Had some trouble finding a trash can so we just put our things in bags for the time. If you require an experience with a responsive host then I would suggest looking elsewhere as the host wasn’t really the greatest with response time. However the place, location & everything else was top tier. The top room is loft style and doesn’t have much privacy as it sits right over the living room and entrance. Location location location! You are walking distance from the water and walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. I only spent 36 hours in Athens but when I come back I’d love to come here again.

To σπίτι είναι εξαιρετικό. Όμορφο, ευχάριστο και πλήρες. Είναι καλύτερο από τις φωτογραφίες κατά την άποψη μου. Και οι οικοδεσπότες ευγενέστατοι και εξυπηρετικότατοι. Η τοποθεσία του σπιτιού είναι τέλεια γιατί είναι ήσυχο και μακριά από θόρυβο και κίνηση αλλά ταυτόχρονα πολύ κοντά με τα πόδια σε εστιατόρια καφέ και την παραλία. Αν το πλάνο σας είναι η επίσκεψη στην περιοχή μπορώ με σιγουριά να σας συστήσω τον χώρο. Θα μείνετε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι

huisje ligt op 5 minuten lopen van het strand. Kleine winkel in de buurt waar je prima je eten en bers ontbijtje kan halen. Makkelijke plek om met de auto naar Athene te rijden. Auto kan op eigen terrein. Lekkere plek met terras voor n ontbijt in de zon. Leuk om ook het strand naast Athene te kunnen bezoeken. Wij hebben er genoten.

Wir hatten bei besten Oktober-Wetter einen unvergesslichen Urlaub im Haus von Kostas. Die direkte Lage am Meer und der unfassbar schöne Blick, die gute Austattung des Hauses und das gesamte Ambiente haben für einen perfekten Urlaub gesorgt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es ist geräumig, schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders haben uns der Pool und die Grillecke mit Steinofen gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Kostas war immer sehr nett. Er hat uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben. Eine der besten Unterkünfte, die wir je hatten. Wir kommen gern wieder und freuen uns auf das nächste Mal.

Our stay was amazing,the house is comfortable,close to airport and the sea. Georgia was always ready to help and advice. I have nothing bad to say.

Beautiful condo with a gorgeous view of the vivid sea waters. Located in an up and coming neighborhood, there are plenty of waterfront restaurants and beaches within waking distance and a quick 15 min drive to the airport. Our host, Maria, reached out and offered to arrange airport transportation for us which was incredibly helpful as it was one detail I had overlooked when planning our trip to Greece.

Nice, clean apartment with a spacious balcony and plenty of parking spaces right outside the door. The host was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there.

This place is perfect, the absolute perfect spot. You can see the Acropolis Parthenon on the left AND the Olympian Zeus temple on the right from the balcony. A few minutes walk to tasty restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner. The large living room is spacious for relaxing and watching the sunset. Two bed rooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. Being in the corner of city center, yet away from the crazy, a taxi ride was cheap to anywhere in Athens (€4-8). The host was super helpful and everything was as expected. Thank you.

Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα, πολύ καθαρό, πολύ κεντρικό με πρόσβαση σε όλα τα κεντρικά μέρη της Χαλκίδας με τα πόδια και πόλη καλή πρόσβαση με αστικές συγκοινωνίες. Πόλη φιλική και ουσιαστική επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Pavlos place was terrific , I was heading back from holidays and needed somewhere close to the airport . He has 2 apartments beside each other . It’s on the coast ,the beach is practically across the road and many shops restaurant ,bars nearby to choose from. Very comfortable bed and great facilities. He communicated very well .

Great cozy place for two couples. Nice balcony to hang around. Everything you need is in the house. 7 minutes walk from very nice beach and taverns

The stay was great! The place was clean and comfortable. Though was a bit nosier than expected, all day you could hear loud motorcycles going by even at 2am. The host did provide earplugs which was nice and very appreciative. Would definitely stay here again though. Also best overhead shower I’ve been in amazing pressure.

Angela was responsive, kind, and helpful. The place was perfect for 3 and just a 15 minute walk from plenty of restaurants and sights. Plenty of food and cafes nearby as well. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We loved our stay and would recommend!

Everything and more. Would book again . Only wish I had more time in Athens but 20/10 Recommend.
