I would say that this has to be one of the most surreal Airbnbs that I have ever stayed in my entire life. Our staying experience was elevated at its maximum comfort because of the amenities of the apartment, the cleanliness, the friendly and responsive host and overall, the homey-view of the city. Definitely worth we paid for, especially we participated an event for a fun run near Taipei City Hall. Walkable distance to a lot of major attractions as well. Kris is truly a one of a kind host, and we would most definitely love to book again.

We were a family of four visiting from the US. The apartment was comfortable and very convenient. Although Taipei 101 looks like it is tucked in a corner of the sprawl of Taipei, there is a lot going on in the neighborhood, both glitzy and more local in flavor. Ryan’s place is three minutes from the Taipei 101 MRT station and across the busy boulevard from the 101 Tower, yet because there is a large building between the street and the apartment, the apartment was quiet throughout the day. Note that the halls and common spaces are very much to traditional Taiwan standards of condition; the apartment itself is very clean. We removed our shoes at the door and were very comfortable in the apartment. We were in Taiwan in December so we used the heat on occasion. We were able to keep the temperature comfortable throughout the night without an issue. Beds are firm as usual for Asia.

房子新，空間大亦清潔明亮，有兒童玩具及嬰兒床等、設備亦齊全，很適合家庭入住，有3間睡房，2間浴室連廁所(其中一間帶浴缸)。地理位置亦四通八達，去那裡都很方便，樓下街角左轉整條街有很多小餐館、奶茶店，我們每天開始行程前都先在這裡覓食，大廈門口左轉行8-10分鐘便是臨江夜市，右轉走約6分鐘便是101/世貿捷運站，房子能看到101。我們入住當天因航班delay，凌晨才到達，，Shih-Yun 很耐心的等候我們，亦很熱情地介紹屋內設施及及房子周邊的環境，遇到問題亦很快回覆，優質房源，下次來台北會再入住

We had a great stay at Bob’s place. It was comfy and clean, and had every stuffs there. Location is good as near bus stops and other sights. Yan was very helpful too with the pickup from airport and checkin. Actually the space is considered small and there’s not much natural air flowing in out, relying on the air-conditioning most of the time. This place is recommended if you don’t mind the space and the walking 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Host were responsive and answered all questions in a timely manner. Location was excellent, very convenient and centrally located. Next to a playground/park and lots of eateries. There were a few drawbacks. The bathroom light/exhaust fan combination is extremely loud. The shower temperature fluctuates and is hard to control. Also, there is little natural light (only window with natural light is from the living room). Overall I think this place is a good value for the price.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb — perfect for a business trip! The workspace was clean, quiet, and super comfortable, making it easy to stay productive. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which was a huge plus for video calls and getting work done. The location is unbeatable — surrounded by awesome restaurants, cozy cafes, and lively bars, all within walking distance. It was the perfect mix of work and play. Highly recommend for anyone traveling for business or just looking for a well-located, well-equipped place to stay!
