A perfect place for an overnight catchup between two couples - halfway between Somerset and Lincolnshire! Lesley was a great host - quick to respond, helpful and friendly, and The Annexe was immaculate. It was well-equipped, with thoughtful touches such as eggs and milk in the fridge, and it was great to have access to a couple of outdoor spaces for Rupert the Labrador to stretch his legs. We could have stayed for much longer (thank you for doing one-night stays though, Lesley!) and will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay at The Lodge! It was cosy, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Sue and Kevin were wonderful hosts - so welcoming and full of great recommendations that really made our trip special. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and the breakfast basket had the best brownies in the world! They were also incredibly accommodating when it came to charging our electric car, which made things so much easier for us. We really appreciated their hospitality and would love to come back one day. Highly recommend!

We stayed at 7 Harpers Yard between Christmas and New Year. The location is perfect, it’s a stones throw away from all the shops, cafes and restaurants. Parking was super handy onsite and the property felt safe and secure. Very clean and looks as per the pictures. Steve was super quick at responding. I would 100% book here again

What beautiful apartments! Truly a home from home. Probably one of the nicest airbnbs I have ever stayed in. Host was brilliant too, very responsive and helped us really quickly with any questions. Thank you so much for a great stay. We will definitely stay again.

Super Freundliche Familie, wir haben uns gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Sehr ruhige und idyllischen Gegend. Die Wohnung hat auf jeden Fall unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir haben sogar die Lämmer mit Flaschen gefüttert. Werden auf jeden Fall wieder hingehen und freuen uns schon drauf.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Poolhouse. John and his team gave clear instructions on how to find the property, and even included photos. We loved the fact that it had private, off road parking. Main entrance to the property is accessible and the property is on one level. John was great to work with and even came over to show us how to work the heating and cooling system. This is an ideal property for a couple and just like the photos.

We really enjoyed the setting snd loved the land that our dogs were allowed to explore. Would highly recommend for family with dogs

That extra mile that Gabriella and Phil goes makes you instantly feel both at home and excited, to be somewhere fresh and new. We had a brilliant weekend in this Airb&B as a group of friends. The house had everything you could need and more. Communication with hosts was faultless. I would definitely recommend and stay again in the future.

Barry was a great host and responded very quickly to all questions. The house was lovely and perfect for our family get together.

Excellent location with plenty of parking. Everything is walkable from the house. The property is in really good condition, with a wonderful sun-trap bit of outdoor space. Kitchen is well equipped and the host kindly provided extra cooking utensils we had asked for. Lashings of hot water for all four bathrooms. There is a real homely feel to the property. Can't recommend it or the host more highly.

Wow! You couldn’t wish to find a more beautiful setting for a cosy break in the Cotswolds! We had the most amazing time at the Barn. We stayed for just the weekend but wish we could have stayed for longer. The barn is a stunning renovation in a picturesque setting, immaculately tidy, spacious, beautifully dressed throughout, a little slice of English paradise. Our hosts Becky & Tom were so helpful and lovely, they gave us a host of recommendations, from restaurants, pubs and bars to local farm shops and walks. We were greeted with a variety of local treats on arrival. Communication was fantastic and they made us feel so at home. If you’re looking for a romantic break or a little peaceful getaway, you must visit the barn! We will definitely be returning and can’t thank Becky & Tom enough for making our stay so special. Can’t wait to go back x

This is a very well equipped, comfortable, well appointed house, and scrupulously clean. Sean very kindly provided breakfast materials for us and was an extremely pleasant and responsive host. I highly recommend this place if you are staying in Painswick.

This is a really lovely place to stay in a beautiful village. Chris has thought of everything - the attention to detail and the design of the space is spot on for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Everything you need and a fantastically equipped kitchen. We really loved it and had a great 3 night break welcoming in 2025. Very good and quiet location and the 5 minute walk to The Lamb Inn was icing on the cake. Chris gave us lots of really useful information about local amenities. It’s also a great spot for getting to all the main Cotswolds sights very easily and quickly. Highly recommend

the stable block was beautifully decorated throughout. and very clean. Very peaceful location yet in easy access of Stratford upon Avon, leamington and warick. Bill was very helpful and friendly but gave us privacy too, the accomodation being close to the main house.

Het was me in eerste instantie niet duidelijk dat het om een ruimte bij Kevin en Teresa in huis is, maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken. Fijne ruimte en mooie omgeving.

Nigel and Emma were lovely hosts. Great communication and respectful of space. The space itself is very tastefully done and provided everything I needed plus nice touches of breakfast and nibbles items. The location is perfect to explore this beautiful town. I recommend this stay and the hosts very highly.

Another wonderful stay with Pam and Paul as always. Everything is perfect from the beautiful apartment to the surrounding fields and views. It is a lovely place to totally wind down and relax and Pam and Paul go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and have all you need. Beautiful space outside to sit and just switch off. A great stay in the Annex, it was perfect for what we needed whilst visiting to watch a band in Wolverhampton. The annex was very clean and cosy. Very comfortable and had everything we needed, it was a walkable distance to the venue which was great. Met the description on the listing. Very clear instructions on how to get into the property and we felt safe and secure. Thank you Lyndsay and Scott, I would highly recommend to anyone who is visiting :)

We had a wonderful time at Nicky’s place for New Years. The flat had everything we could possibly need, and more, and we felt spoiled. The kitchen was fully stocked, we had plenty of towels and blankets and the fridge even had some milk in for our arrival. Nicky was helpful, responsive and provided clear instructions for us to find the place amidst temporary road works, and everything went very smoothly. Would thoroughly recommend this stay. We had a lovely stay in the courtyard. We happened to visit Cheltenham on a gorgeous weekend. We enjoyed the courtyard, and found the kitchen extremely well equipped. The apartment was immaculate and beautifully decorated and there were lots of little extras such as pillow spray that made us stand out. Sally was fabulous with her response to messages, the checkin was easy and smooth and the recommendations of restaurants were fabulous (so thank you!) Unfortunately my partner is allergic to feather pillows so our sleep wasn’t great - but that is no reflection on the host and the accommodation! We’d 100% be back and will just bring our own.
