Imogen was extremely helpful when I was having train difficulties in reaching Lincoln. The house is very close to the city centre and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and travel hubs. The area where the house is situated is a quiet street with no overnight noise. The room is as described in the listing and was very comfortable. Overall it was a perfect stay and I have no hesitation in recommending Imogen’s home for a stay in Lincoln. On another note, her dog is gorgeous and very friendly.

The property was immaculately maintained and presented. Amazing amount of little touches (after a really long drive) were hugely appreciated. The property was amazing and perfectly spacious...and when we had a couple of questions , Tracey responded in a very timely manner...we couldn't fault any element of the property and will definitely be back...Thanks Tracey...Jason &Julie

Superb AirBNB. Very clean, uncluttered, thoughtfully decorated and extremely spacious. A great base for my 3 day work stint. Thoughtful and generous catering provision. On it with the parking arrangements. A host who takes real care but allows guests to come and go as they please.

I had another wonderful stay with lovely Karen. She really is the best host, and I always feel right at home as soon as I step through the door. Her house is so clean, comfortable and full of quirky art. The bedroom is at the back of the house so is very peaceful and the bathroom is such a high standard, it's great to have your own lounge to relax in, so much better than staying in a hotel. Karen is such a friendly and interesting person, so much fun to chat to, I love staying with her, highly recommend to anyone staying in Grantham.

a lovely place to stay,ownwer Alison very helpful and only needed to phone if any issues,very clean ,could put heating on if needed items for breakfast, toilet roll, milk ,tea coffee sugar and bathroom toiletries were provided,as was towels and bedding , so close to town ,shops and restaurants but also close to slot if historical buildings and could have a quite walk down the quayside, a lovely apartment too , highly recommended place to stay ,great value for money too 😁 x

Absolutely loved our stay, Perfect for a “romantic” child free night, Was extremely clean and even left us coffee, tea, milk etc to make a drink on arrival. Was very private and even had a fire work display sitting on our balcony, hehe. Highly recommend 5*

I spent a comfortable night at Ian’s home in Bourne. Enjoyed a splendid dinner at the town’s Italian restaurant.

Lesley's house was easy to find and parking on the drive convenient. She was very welcoming, easy to contact and very helpful with the local area. Her home was well presented and clean throughout. The bedroom was spacious and the large bed very comfortable with good quality bedding and pillows. The private bathroom was immaculately clean with bath and shower again with quality shower gel, soap and towels provided. There was plenty on offer for breakfast with an excellent range of branded cereals, yogurt, bread, spreads, eggs and more. I was there for the parkrun at the Yarborough Leisure Centre (Alphabet "Y") and the Lincoln 10k so the location was perfect for this. The walk to the Cathedral at the top of Steep Hill took me around 30 minutes and did involve some steps initially. This would be something to consider if you were wanting to spend time in the centre of Lincoln.

AirBnB started with the premise that hosts would welcome travelers into their homes. It was/is a nice ideal: we travel the world to encounter people with experiences that may differ from ours. Miranda and Mark exemplify that notion. They clearly enjoy meeting people from all lands and provide a beautiful and comfortable place for them to stay. Stamford is a charming town. Just walking around the center is great entertainment. We only made an overnight stay while passing through but would have liked to spend more time.

Stayed here for two nights for a wedding close by. Lovely hosts, excellent accommodation in a converted barn, modern with character, spotless bathroom, lovely bedroom with all the amenities, sofa, super comfy bed and absolutely amazing air con! Private parking to top it off and a great breakfast selection.

We had a great stay here whilst in the area for the Boston marathon. The property was as described and we felt both that Kevin was on hand should we need anything but also that we had complete privacy. Being able to return for a quick shower after the race (after check out time) was much appreciated too. thank you!

The B&B was easy to find and perfectly located. We were met by Yosita upon arrival, despite our delays. Yosita made us feel at home immediately and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were exactly as described and totally met our needs. The breakfast was excellent, no matter what was ordered. We would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

Lovely two night stay at Knighton Lodge. Dog friendly, lovely room spacious and newly refurbished. Immaculately clean. Comfy bed, snuggliest duvet ever. Little extras tea, coffee, milk, water, biscuits & toiletries. Amazing freshly cooked breakfast. And Richard & Jason are brilliant hosts, so welcoming and friendly. Cut through to beach at end of road and 5 min walk to Skeg. Can’t fault the place and will def be back later in the year!
