Great place to stay! Convenient to Kansas City and Lawrence.

Our group had a great stay while attending a teen event at MidAmerica Nazarene University. It was close enough to walk when needed or to relax between events. There was plenty of space for our group to spread out. We look forward to staying again!

We have stayed here before and it was as great as before. Location is great. There is a park across the street and restaurants close by. The road has little traffic. The bed is very comfy and the house is wonderfully functional and furnished.

William's place was a wonderful house to come with my grandkids. they lived in the heated pool while we enjoyed the hot tub immensely. the beds are comfortable the kitchen well stocked there was plenty of space for 8 of us, we felt very much at home. William was so great with communication which I really appreciated. I can't say enough good things about both the house and the host. thank you so much for a great trip to Lenexa, can't wait to return.

We visit KC twice a year to visit in-town family and with our own family size having grown in recent years, we need the extra space and quiet that hotels can't really provide. Lisa's home more than fit the criteria for space, spacious bedrooms, quiet neighborhood, etc. She was professional, responsive and timely in her communication and made the check-in and check-out straightforward. We will absolutely check her place's availability on our next planned visit.

We had the pleasure of stay at Zachary's airbnb and it was more than we could have expected. He was extremely friendly and helpful. The house was absolutely beautiful and more than we could have asked for. We will definitely be staying with him again!

Absolute perfection. It had everything imaginable and was super-clean, comfortable and had such an intuitive kitchen which made it so easy for us to prepare our meals. Whether watching a sunset on the deck with a glass of wine or having breakfast watching the sunrise surrounded by horses, this was exactly what we were hoping for in our getaway. We also loved hanging downstairs in the open and airy mega game room to play some pool, ski ball or air hockey to name just a few! We did not have a single issue and host-Angela was proactive and very helpful. We felt relaxed and safe, and we are looking forward to returning to this country gem during summer so we can get into that fabulous pool!

We have probably stayed in this property half a dozen times, a fact that may be the best summary review. The pros: professionally managed, always clean, good neighborhood with dedicated parking, big TV, fast internet and a nice covered porch. Walking distance to restaurants, and just a mile from Loose Park, a lovely urban park. The cons: the house is not very big, with two bedrooms and one bath. It is an older home and the wood floors creak when you walk on them. Our party is two adults and two canines, and it works fine for us. Overall, it is our go-to place when visiting Kansas City.

A lovely place to stay within short driving distance of Country Club Plaza. I would love to stay there again. It’s perfect for two couples and kids. The neighborhood is shockingly quiet for being so close to so many KC areas. Street parking was easy to come by.

Sara’s place was great for a quick weekend stay! She was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

Emily was very responsive and accommodating! Her home was beautiful and very clean, which made us feel right at home. It is located in a very quiet area, but just a short drive from downtown restaurants. I would recommend this to anyone visiting the area!

We had a great stay! It was nice and quiet—just what we needed. We really enjoyed our time at the farmhouse and would definitely come back.

Perfect place to stay for 5 adults. Each room had its own king bed that was comfortable to sleep on. I will stay here again.

This house was perfect for our girls get away. Sarah paid close attention to all the little details that made this space feel like home. Comfortable beds, soft towels, and thick blankets for snuggles! The whole coffee beans were a nice touch too! It’s obvious she didn’t skimp on cheap items and put a lot of thought, care, and good quality into the house. The house felt so solid and well cared for. Sarah responded immediately to all of our needs as well! We would absolutely stay here again!

Great space for a weekend in Waldo!! We were just 3 guests, but could see how you could easily house 5 or 6 people in the space. Having three bathrooms was amazing. The beds are comfy, the thermostats work, and the wifi is fast! FYI the driveway is pretty steep, so don't forget to use your parking brakes! Great hosts, super informative messaging at all times.

I had a wonderful stay! The space was exactly as described — spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was spotless and clearly well cared for, which made it easy to settle in right away. Communication was also excellent; the host was attentive and responsive throughout my stay, making sure I had everything I needed without being intrusive. I truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and clear effort to create a welcoming environment. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

This was a GREAT deal for the # of bedrooms. The location was PERFECT! This place has alot of character (inspite of the inconsistency in decor). I loved the exposed brick and cooper ceiling. Casey's instructions were very thorough; from entry, thermostat location, security and restaurant suggestion. It had everything you will need from snacks, ear swabs, ibuprofen, etc. It needs further updating, but this really was and AWESOME place, and TREMENDOUS value.

Good place to enjoy the city then come home and watch a movie to decompress from the city

Had a great experience! Place was as advertised and very convenient for places we needed to go. Restaurants in the surrounding area were terrific with a lot of variety to meet anyone's fancy. Would definitely stay again if visiting KC in the future!
