Lovely quiet area. The accommodation is a guest suite beneath our home. We live above the property. We offer privacy to our guests. Bnb has its own entry/exit,Free parking, air conditioned Bedroom and private bathroom, ( not en-suite.)It is located through the kitchenette, approximately 5 metres away from the bedroom. Short walk to Kings beach, surf, and 12-15 mins walk to Shelly or Moffat, and to all of the eateries and bars. 2 mins drive. We use lovely hotel quality bed linen and towels.

Our apartment is part of a small complex on the canal in the heart of Mooloolaba. It is on the Ground Floor with a magnificent north-facing canal outlook. This is enhanced by the canal being very wide at this point. It is located an easy walk from the main beach and all the cafes and restaurants that Mooloolaba is famous for. It is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of that strip to provide peace and quietness, but close enough for you to walk there should you want to.

Our fully self-contained Guest Wing includes a queen-sized bedroom, lounge with an additional queen-sized leather sofa bed, and dining room/kitchenette. A portable single bed and/or cot for young children are also available. Our 2 small dogs can interact with guests if you wish, but usually live upstairs in the main house, separate from the Guest Wing area. Open plan lounge, kitchen to first bedroom. Has walk through bedroom/bathroom to the second bedroom. Can accommodate 4 adults but better suited to families.
