OMG what a beautiful home! It was perfectly clean and generously equipped. The master bedroom was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. Exquisite view from the back deck, very relaxing. We will book this home again. It is the nicest place we have ever booked in Big Bear. We have booked in Big Bear several times before, for a bit cheaper, but they weren’t nearly as nice and impressive. Worth the price that was asked. Thank you Bryan. An awesome host. Steven & Michelle’s place was beyond amazing. My husband and myself wanted to enjoy some peace and quiet time for our anniversary and that is what we got. The directions to the house were very easy to follow. The house itself is so beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed how quiet it was. The little creek that runs behind the house was nice to listen to while sitting out on one of the many decks. The hot tub was very relaxing and clean. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfy. We loved how the house was tucked away from others and it was a short drive to stores. We had no issues at all with our stay and we will hopefully be staying at their house again in the future.

We’ve stayed here numerous times and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when we’re in Arrowhead! Gorgeous house and the best hosts! The Village is literally around the corner too.

This tranquil retreat was exactly what we hoped it would be. Peaceful, quiet, private (except the atv that randomly drove through the property and startled us a bit Easter afternoon). Enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, relaxing by the fire, hiking in the forest and soaking in the hot tub. This property is fantastic, the house is comfortable - I would definitely recommend and hope to return again in the future!

Great place! Had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner. Quiet spot in the mountains. If I had to come up with something constructive- it was a bit dry inside in Nov and the heating vents were a little intense in the bedrooms, but nitpicky stuff and other than that quite amazing. Tyler was also extremely helpful and responsive. Will definitely be back!

You won’t be disappointed booking this amazing house. The house is very spacious and is located at a great location. We were walking distance to Snow Summit and other shops. The place came with nice amenities and we had a great time.

We had a great two days With our little dogs. It was accommodating for our dogs and for us. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi and enjoyed cooking together in the kitchen. All in all it was exactly what it said it was and we would book again

My girlfriend and I loved this place as soon as we stepped in the door. Scott’s place was super clean and very spacious. The view is very beautiful and peaceful. You have a view of the lake and also ducks. My girlfriend and I were pretty cold but the heater and fireplace warmed us up really quick. We were 5 minutes without traffic from the village and 10 minutes with traffic. We would definitely come back!

На кухне были все необходимые принадлежности. Очень много зон для отдыха всей семьей, играли в различные игры и было удобно. В доме не было посторонних запахов и было чисто. Вся техника была, лишнего с собой не пришлось ничего вести с дома. Вся семья осталась безумно довольна отдыхом!!! вечером у бассейна зажигали камин, бассейн большой, немного неудобства с включением джакузи возникло, но хозяин все предельно ясно объяснил. территория большая , есть где посидеть и побегать детям)) проблем с соседями и ничем остальным не было , в окрестностях есть койоты (вечером ходил около входной двери) . Никаких негативных моментов мы не обнаружили и не хотели их найти )) если бы цена дома была немного ниже, приезжали бы чаще, а так спасибо за столь чудесный отдых, обязательно вернёмся ещё раз.

Christine went beyond my expectations by treating me like family. Super friendly and the accommodations were clean, quiet and comfortable. The extras were top notch. Blow dryer, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, soaps, bottles of water, snacks, and even bowls of ramen. The room not only has a private bathroom but it has a mini fridge and a microwave. I’d give her and the room an A+. Excellent!!

I’ve stayed in apple valley many times since I go to the race track there. This was my favorite location and it had a lot of space! There were 10 of us and we all had more than enough privacy at this location. Esther was extremely helpful and very responsive to my messages. I would definitely book with Esther again the next time I do a race event out there.

Jubin’s place was in a very nice neighborhood with EZ parking. Our room & bed were comfy and cozy right next to the shared bathroom. We really appreciated the comfy bed, as we had stayed at a Days Inn the night before with the worst mattress, which really hurt my husband’s back. Jubin provided specialty coffee drinks and a lovely milk tea from Hong Kong. This was a great stay at a great price! We highly recommend Jubin’s place!

Beautiful home, with tons of details! Would definitely book again in the future.

The unit was clean and spacious. It was very cozy and quaint and larger than expected. Two fireplaces and a sweet kitchen with all the utensils and cookware. The Staff is very courteous and helpful. We will most definitely stay there again if we find ourselves in big bear again. Thank you Scott for such a wonderful suite to enjoy.

Shayne was an excellent host and Sook’s Perch was a peaceful and serene mountain getaway.

Great place to stay very quiet and peaceful. Right outside of town but not too far from everything.

We had 3 families with kids and the place was perfect! Lots of space for everyone. Bunk bed room was fun for all the kids. Very close to ski area. Would stay here again.

Loved the place, it was very cozy and relaxing. It’s exactly what you see in the photos. Riley was always responsive if we had any questions and he made it easy to check in and out of the place. Would love to stay again on our next visit.
