Place was just as pictured-very cute. Beds were comfortable and place was clean and new. There are upstairs neighbors-didn’t bother us but you can hear walking around above. Just something to be aware of. We were pleased with our stay here in New Haven.

We have previously stayed at another one of Eddy's properties, so we already had high expectations and they were all definitely met! Everything is exactly as described and lots of amenities available. We like how stocked the kitchen and bathroom is - it's super convenient and helpful to not have to think of those details. few mentions for future stays - we came on an unseasonably cold day and had to turn the heat up (all works perfectly) and benefitted from bringing our slippers/warm socks because the floor is a bit cold. Thoughtfully, there were rubber slides available for use! Also, getting in got a little confusing in the dark - our GPS told us we arrived when we were on the opposite side of the house. So just a heads up to anyone coming in, take a look at the map before driving in the dark :D

We stayed 4 months with family and it was really a great stay! Good location in the center of everything, lots of space, well equipted, comfortable beds. Great communication with a host. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay if you are ever visiting or traveling I would highly recommend this place everything about this stay makes you feel at home !! Host very respectful and responsive anything you need (if needed ) she’s right there to guide you and another thing is this place is very convenient around shopping centers , grocery stores, Planet fitness, etc !! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ‼️‼️‼️‼️

We had such a nice stay at Brian’s! The place was very large and comfortable. Brian was very responsive and helpful multiple times. The area was nice and we always felt safe. I would definitely recommend Brian and this location!

This is the second time and property we’ve stayed at. Shelley and Colin’s locations are not only comfortable but they’re considerable thoughtful. I will continue to book wit them as they’ve set a consistent standers akin to being at a hotel.

My friends and I watched a PEZ documentary, then found this bnb and decided to make a weekend of it. The bnb was everything we expected and a little extra. We loved the personality and how our trip turned into a pizza weekend! Would for sure stay here again, perfect little getaway and in a great location to walk many places.

This apartment is beautiful decorated, comfortable, and exactly as pictured! It is such a cozy spot to rest and relax, with everything you could ask for, when not out exploring New Haven and surrounding areas. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with Edgewood Park within walking distance. There is a wide variety of coffee shops & food options as well as only being a few minutes away from Yale and many cultural experiences. We really enjoyed our weekend before traveling on to Hartford for our daughter’s choral performance. Thank you so much to Barbara, Patty & Jonah for providing such a wonderful home away from home!

This is my 3rd stay here. I sometimes come on my own to visit my daughter at Yamaha and I pay extra per night to stay at this comfy relaxing spot so I feel at home. I have private parking, easy entry, close to downtown Yale shopping and minutes from raved Whooster Villlage. Don’t be hesitate because it is on the corner of the busy street, it allows for spreading out of family and each bedroom with own bathroom/TV sitting area. The upstairs room can get warm but use the AC unit in room and it is cool in no time! This will be my home away from home for my daughter’s next 3 years at UNH. My only suggestion is the main floor bedroom does not have King size bed but the room Itself is gorgeous! Enjoy and highly recommend this spot!

This place is amazing to say the least, you feel right at home and safe. The space is very clean, in a safe neighborhood, and comfortable. Ryan is the best host and is a very nice person helping out with any needs and is very responsive. I would definitely recommend! Looking forward to more stays here next time I’m in the area.

Kettly and Peter's place is clean, peaceful, and private -- the suite has a separate outer staircase and entrance. We enjoyed being able to come and go without disrupting the owners. Kettly and Peter were gracious to receive our two Amazon packages during our stay. We highly recommend their place for its location. It was close to the village of Wading River, the local beach, and several historical sites. Several wonderful restaurant options were a short drive away. Wildwood State Park is within 15 minutes by car and well worth a visit; likewise for the North Fork communities located farther East on the Island. BTW, the Fall scenery and local wildlife (i.e., wild turkey, white-tail deer, and pheasant) were abundant and delightfully unexpected. We highly recommend Kettly and Peter's place as a comfortable base -- Thanks, Kettly and Peter! We'll book again on our next trip to LI!

Place was nice, exactly what was listed. Cozy space, cute red theme. Small but very clean bathroom. Air conditioner provided for room. I was happy with my stay! Door to get into the airbnb was annoying, it is a storm door, rather than a regular door with steps down. The ceiling is made only of wood above the bed, so you will hear EVERYTHING from upstairs, including footsteps, sitting on the bed, etc. and it sounds amplified. S.P’s initial message seemed very strict, but I asked questions and realized it is just a copy and paste message that she sends to everyone. Her instructions were very clear, could be warmer and more welcoming. WiFi was not provided until I asked. Over all, it really is a no-frills place and it gave me what I needed. Fees are high, though.

Miriam was a pleasure as a host. on a quiet road but immediately adjacent to the mall and other things to do. clean room, pristine bathroom, perfect instructions for check in.

We had a wonderful stay with our 3 kids. The place was clean and had many of the items you would need while away from home (bathroom fully stocked). We communicated our arrival and check in was easy. Directions for the hot tub were sent also. The entire home was clean and fresh. The kitchen was stocked with everything even though we didn’t cook there. Two coffee makers, water kettle, toaster…The living room was enjoyed by all, as the TV is huge! We loved the backyard with seating, fire pit, and hot tub. The area was quiet and peaceful. The decor is very calming with some pops of color. We loved all the rooms. Beautiful closets and laundry bin provided. The washing machine and dryer were so helpful as well, with detergent available. It was easy to dispose of the trash and check out. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay. Communication was clear and efficient!

Tammy helped me and my boyfriend out when we were in such a pinch. due to our apartment not being ready in time she was ready on short notice and such an amazing host and was so wonderfully kind. I had such an amazing stay and would come back again. I can only imagine how beautiful it would be in the summertime so close to the beach and amazing restaurants nearby Tammy‘s place is a 10 out of 10 and felt just like home. 🤍

Kisha's place was an oasis of peace and calm. There isn't much to do in the area (I was rained in the whole week) but there's so much to do at the airbnb (like using the hot tub, reading/working, or watching TV). The most notable thing was that everything was so clean and I was able to use the hot tub enjoyably. This listing is BEAUTIFUL and spacious (basically the whole top floor to yourself) and I hope to be back again!! The cute puppy was a great bonus.
