Six of us stayed at this cottage for a weekend; it was great! Very spacious, and had everything we needed for a convenient stay, and then some. Nancy was a fantastic host; very responsive and friendly. Worth mentioning that the fireplaces weren’t working; not a deal breaker for us whatsoever, but if the weekend would have been romantic in nature, it may have been slightly disappointing for some. No TV’s in the bedrooms either; worth mentioning since some pictures in the listing may be out of date. Hot tub was a great add on! Washer and dryer on both levels too! We did find the bedrooms a bit cold. Nancy responded to me quickly on this issue, even though we didn’t ask her to do anything about it… I’m sure she would have. She even offered to bring us blankets; very kind! Overall, I highly recommend staying here. The views are stunning and it’s absolutely serene. Will definitely be back!

It's a cute little cottage. Holly was very helpful and very responsive to all our questions. She is very friendly and made us feel very welcome. She has a wagon and chairs for the beach. Going to the beach was a very quick walk. Walking to the dog friendly beach is only an extra couple of minutes (beach entrance H). Holly even provided washing tabs and dryer sheets. The cottage is perfect for two people and can accommodate guests. The patio is a great place to relax in the evening after a day at the beach. Their is a large network of bike and walking trails starting from the beach parking lot.

Superb spot on the Bouctouche river with beautiful sunsets on clear evenings. We found it very peaceful and relaxing, we enjoyed the deck overlooking the river and the fire pit with Adirondack chairs down the bottom of the garden. The chalet was comfortable for three adults and one kid for a week with everything that you need to relax and have a good time. The place is also very close to Bouctouche with plenty of amenities, the beaches nearby were great and we even made it down to Hopewell Rocks for the day. Recommended! We would love to go back. PS Visit le pays de la Sagouin if you can, it’s very cool.

Great spot to stay! Was clean when we walked in and definitely a well respected place! Overall great experience with the place and the owner! Would recommend to anyone to go because of how peaceful and nice of a spot and home it is! Was missing paper towel and she answered asap and dropped it asap at a location where we weren’t bothered, absolutely zero things bad to say about our stay!!

Was a great find at the last minute. Enjoyed the hot tub and a nice evening bon fire. My son loved the beach and tried to help a few neighbours dig clams We will return

Je n’ai rien de négatif à dire! Magnifique logement avec vue incroyable. Parfait pour les amoureux de la nature. Super tranquille et chaleureux. L’hôte est très sympathique et à l’écoute de nos besoins. Je recommande absolument!

This place was spacious and lovely. I don’t know how it is in the summer but for fall, you feel like you have the whole beach to yourself! We roasted marshmallows and enjoyed the sunsets. It was perfect quiet retreat for my family and I.

Wes is an very responsive and helpful host! This was our second time staying at the Perch. We love this cottage for our family!! It's private, quiet, clean and spacious. We love eating our dinners or playing a board game together outside in a totally mosquito free environment in the screened in porch. The kitchen is beautiful and eqipped with everything you need and there is comfortable seating to enjoy a movie together, too. Hands down our favourite part of this spacious climate controlled cottage is the private beach access..a short drive away (maybe 2 min). The beach is like a post card picture of PEI! We will hopefully see you next year!

Emplacement et chalet parfait pour un séjour en famille, près de la Plage Parlee, de Pointe-du-chêne et le centre-ville de Shédiac, et c’est sans parler des hôtes qui sont formidables! Ils ont répondu à toutes nos demandes
