A rare find in such a convenient location. Perfect property for my needs on this trip. Loved Rhonda’s attention to detail with staple pantry items, breakfast items in the fridge, washing powder, etc. All those details make for a smooth transition from home to away. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. The place was very tidy, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the large yard—our dogs absolutely loved running around and exploring! The check-in and check-out times were very generous, especially compared to many other places, which made our stay even more stress-free. Both we and our dogs thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and we’d definitely love to come back. Highly recommended for anyone traveling with pets!

We had the most beautiful weekend. Evi's place is AMAZING and so is Evi! Nothing was too much trouble. The Tiny House was just beautiful and exactly as it was described and pictured. Little touches everywhere you look. You can see that Evi has put a lot of love into this place. The birdlife was great and varied. Even got to hand feed a few of the tame ones!!! The Fire Pit was amazing and kept us warm and so comfy! We would highly recommend The Tiny Home, and we will certainly be back Deb and Mal Clark

We had a fabulous holiday at The Bird’s Nest. There was lots of space for everyone to either be together or on their own, as they wished. The beautiful pool was the focal point of our days which was thoroughly enjoyed by the adults and kids alike. The large, well-appointed kitchen, complete with coffee machine, made meal prep easy. We would like to return next time we want to go to Thirroul, which is a well located village with all you need for a fun time.

I booked the day of check-in & it was ready in the afternoon. Check-in & was super easy & we were greeted on arrival. We had everything we needed. Comfortable, cosy, clean, a home away from home. Parking was undercover at the doorstep which was very convenient. Belinda was a great host and very responsive. We loved our stay and will be back.

Lovely place to stay, peaceful area. House was clean and well-kept and everything we needed was provided. Thank you, Nick, for being a great host!

The property ( a 2Bdr granny flat) was big enough for two people with everything supplied by the host. It used bottom sheets and a covered quilt on the beds, no top sheet, ( not my fav way of making a bed) but it was only for 3 weeks. For a couple there was only one side table/drawer on each bed instead of two. The kitchen was basically resourced, and what was not there, I gladly supplied and left for the next person. Even added wine glasses and teatowels and saucepan and a baking tray. The driveway was too narrow for an SUV but there was plenty of parking space at the front of top house. It was comfortable, clean but previous guests toiletries had not been removed. A washer & dryer for use which was easy to use. The lawns were overgrown but we took care of that for the host as he was a busy man. We mowed the whole property to make Prestons great again. We had a dishwasher flood at the beginning of our stay but the host had it fixed immediately.
