Cabin was located about 20 minutes from Hochatown, just far enough to be private and enjoy nature. Cabin was clean And in great condition. Host was very responsive and helpful when needed.

My family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens) stayed at the house over Spring break and had plenty of space. The cabin was located perfect for our crystal digging adventures. After digging, we would come back and clean the crystals on the back porch watching the sun set. The hot tub was small, but it worked out. We rotated small groups at a time. The inside of the house was open and inviting. We could all be in the same space or retreat to our rooms if needed. It had everything that we needed, minus food, which helps when traveling.

Quaint little space perfect for a couple or small family. Everything you need and peaceful! Hot tub was spot nightly after riding atvs all day! Highly recommend!!!

Very clean. We loved all of the amenities. We went fishing, kayaking, grilled, went in the hot tub, and played pool. Weather was perfect and took a trip into town to visit restaurants, stores, and casino. Will definitely be back again. Perfect married couples get away for my birthday weekend.

This was our second time staying at Cathy's property. We love that we can ride from the property to the trails and that it is very close to town. It is always peaceful and a beautiful area!!

We absolutely loved our time at your cabin. Beautiful, comfortable, and clean. Very well stocked. The river added fun for the kiddos and was so relaxing to listen to while in the hot tub. A short drive over the mountain and there is horseback riding. Drive a few extra miles into Broken Bow for great restaurants, the lake, and fun activities.

We had a great time! Wish we could have stayed longer!

The cabin was a great stay! The area was peaceful and only a 10 min drive to town. The bed was comfy and the shower temp/water pressure was very good. There’s no tv but that’s perfect for a getaway. Rita was very helpful with directions and had great recommendations. Would love to come back!

These hosts were amazing! Great experience they really went above and beyond. Our stay was 2 weeks and they even offered laundry access. Very accommodating and responsive. We highly recommend.

Tucked into beautiful and secluded area. Cabin was a great way to escape the city life. My kids and dog loved the space and the ability to venture around in the area. Laura had great communication. Loved it! Thanks again!

Nice clean small group of cabins with nice drive to crater of diamonds state park. Quiet and close to the lake. Would stay again.

We had a great stay at the coon cabin . It ls a no frills place but thats what made it nice for us. Just being able to be sculded and enjoy a new area was excatly what we were looking for. DOC the dog could be a little intimidating just due to his size! Upon arrival he guided us to the cabin and was super friendly from the start. He hung around most of the time we were home. He got along great with us and our dog wonderfully. I would definitely recommend this place for someone that likes the cabin vibe!

A gorgeous gem of a location, a cozy and peaceful cabin with a beautiful creek, sandpit for kids, and lovely romantic firepit area. The screened in back porch was perfect for dinner outside. Close to the crystal mines and some great hiking areas. The crystal cleaning station was so helpful! We can't wait for another long weekend here. 🙌 Host was so responsive and helpful to ensure we had a great time.

Absolutely loved it here! We just needed somewhere quiet and clean to stay while we spent our days hanging out at Broken Bow Lake, and this was the perfect location with direct access to the lakefront. Very clean and well-kept cabin, although the lights were very dim, especially in the bathroom, but that wasn't very important to us. Was very impressed by how well the heater and A/C worked! What a place to stay!! Even with rain, we still had the BEST weekend! We had 3 couples & kids & were so comfortable! Every area was roomy, clean, & dsng near perfect! Love the older charm of the house while being modernized, spacious, & comfortable. So many aminities too! we hardly needed to buy a thing :) Perfect spot for families with kids! From books & games to beanbag, bunk beds, & multiple playrooms. If you have kids. don't skip this place! Not to mention all the fenced in land for the kids to ride/explore! Best part, Walmart does deliver to the house! Just be sure to add "624" on the end of the road for the delivery & getting directions there. We didn't have that & got lost a few times lol. We 100% plan to make a trip back soon!!

You think you need 3 days away? You need 5 and you need them right here in this tranquil, deeply restorative, quaint, rustic cabin. This cabin is overflowing with unique touches and extreme hospitality, so many little decorative touches and treats we couldn't enjoy them all in our 3 day stay. Which brings me back to you MUST book 5 days minimum! LOL From the porch swing naps to the Hot Tub soaks, everything was in perfect order. We had a small problem with the hot plate and a replacement was immediately provided. Do you know how incredible that was? You are literally in the middle of NOWHERE and POOF, instant response. Incredible. We were already in love with this little place, but that kind of attention takes it to the next level. I can't recommend Fancy Hills highly enough. We hope to stay again and again and again.

Hill top Hideaway Cabin was perfect! short ride to all trails. The caretaker was very helpful, our oven element was out called, we got back from our trail ride a few hours later, we had a brand new stove. It was very clean and the washer and dryer was awesome to have. It was a wonderful place to stay! I will say it was a bit tight turning a 40 ft trailer, but shorter there will be no issues! HIGHLY recommend staying

The Magnolia Cabin at Ouachita River Haven was incredible! The peaceful environment is just what our family was looking for. There is lots to do on the property, such as fishing, hiking, kayak and canoes, as well as exploring and checking out the owners animals. My kids loved Thomas the Turkey. It was nice that the owners live there in the property, once we needed something, although we had everything we needed. Great place!! Also, not too far of a drive to some great crystal mines and Lake Ouachita, about 20-30 minutes.

The place was perfect! Location for ATV riding was outstanding. A wood fireplace made the environment cozy and warm. The hot tub was clean and it had powerful jets. The cabin was very clean and the decor was on point. Overall, I give it a 10 out of 10!

There were 8 of us, and we were able to all sleep comfortably in the house without using the bunkhouse. The bunkhouse was super adorable, and it was nice to have another quiet space for a phone call. Everything was super clean. Our family was very comfortable here. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, everything we needed for the weekend. Comfy beds, pillows and plenty of blankets, towels, toiletpaper etc. Love the fire pit and Adirondack chairs. The whole place is beautifully done. Checked out the mountain bike trails and had some brew(☕️ & 🍺) at The Ouachita's.

Wow! This place exceeded our expectations. It is the first time I’ve stayed at an Airbnb that looked even better than the pictures. So clean, new, beautiful finishes and furniture. The views and river were incredible. The hot tub was so nice, clean, and fun. And the front and back porch were huge and so relaxing. Thank you for making it an incredible vacation for us. Also, random, but I appreciate the normal toilet paper and not the super thin, cheap stuff.
