Its a very clean and nice 2 bedroom home, it has everything you need for your stay in the kitchen and even the necessities to wash your clothes for a long stay, its in a very quiet area, and has an amazing view of the mountains, and no need to worry about neighbors since both lots next to the house are empty.

We had a great stay at Karen’s place! First time in Kernville - but certainly not the last. Would stay at this place again!!

We had a wonderful stay. The place was very comfortable, private and in a beautiful setting. Daniels's place was the perfect peaceful homebase to return to after spending the day at the river during peak summer crowds. Would definitely return!

Our Thanksgiving by the Kern was a dream, A perfect place for our little family team. Quail danced in the yard, deer roamed at night, And the river’s song brought pure delight. Ty’s kindness made check-in a breeze, A home filled with love, so easy to please. The setup was perfect for a father of three, A 9, 5, and 3-year-old, happy as can be. The backyard was magic, the views serene, Nature’s beauty, like a living scene. Laughter and memories, joy in the air, A trip to remember, beyond compare. This place is so special! We had a truly wonderful stay at Amelia’s property! The cottage was peaceful, charming, and well-stocked — it made for such a relaxing getaway. Amelia was incredibly kind and welcoming, and it was a pleasure meeting her in person. The cedar hot tub and the fresh creek made for a refreshing and relaxing experience. It's quiet at night and the birds are singing in the morning. Let Amelias feeling so energised and excited about the next chapter of my life! Really felt so balanced and lifted after visiting Kernville Ranch! The kitchen was well-equipped, and we enjoyed cooking most of our meals there. We loved having a BBQ and eating outside — the outdoor space was such a great bonus. The bed was super comfortable, and we slept really well. The stars at night were incredible — being out of the city made for the perfect stargazing. I would highly recommend staying here and we will certainly return! Thank you Amelia!

Wish we had been able to stay here longer! We found this gem as we were looking for a pit stop on our road trip. The instructions are so clear, that even in the pitch black of 11pm, we had no problem finding this home. Waking up to the beautiful landscape in the morning was a pleasant surprise and had us wishing we could have enjoyed this home longer. Thanks for being a great pit stop and host!

We visit Kernville one to two times a a year. This was my favorite place so far out of the places my family and I have stayed. We have a family of 5 (3 kids) and they absolutely had a blast, plenty of games and activities for them to do at the house including swimming. We also had some friends and family visit us and the place was great for entertaining guests. I highly recommend staying here the host is very responsive and friendly. We look forward to visiting again. Thank you!
