Scenic spot on the slough with many interesting birds. We biked from the home to Merrick State Park and then to Prairie Moon Sculpture park (must see) The rental was well-furnished and comfortable. There was good local info plus many games. Highly recommend! Note: if you are a light sleeper, be aware that there are nearby freight trains, which were not too loud as my hubby slept through them completely.

This is a great spot located between Winona and La Crosse with so many things to do! The Airbnb is located right next to railroad tracks but the host does provide earplugs to help with the noise. The directions were very clear to get to the home. The home was very clean and aesthetic! The host provided many board games and the house had lots to do for a quiet night in. Definitely would come back!

The house was amazing and exceeded our expectations. Perfect for our needs for our daughter’s wedding near by. Highly recommend to any family gathering.

This historic house on the hill is charming, clean, well maintained, lovely views. The hosts are responsive and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay especially the great selection of books. Always a treat.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had 11 people and had so much space. The mail lever is great for a larger group and is completely open concept which was really nice! There is also games and ping pong downstairs and plenty of additional board games if needed! Overall, we really had a great time at this stay.

Beautiful location and surroundings. spectacular view with lovley sunrise. very spacious. The house was amazing, but Scott and Kendra were even more amazing as a hosts. Extremely generous and kind. I had a few special request questions which they went out of their way to accommodate and didn't have to. Always appreciate a space that has well stocked extras like kitchen appliances, condiments, extra linens, bath tissue, Ziplocks....garbage bags. You know, some of the llittle things that you may tend to forget while traveling. The honor bar was by far a favorite of our group. The generosity these hosts and this home provides far exceeds any other rental we've stayed in...and we've been renting different spot for over 15 years. Kudos to you guys. And thank you for a trip to remember!

We love the Exchange so much, we came back for another visit. It is a really cool historic building and this studio had plenty of room and felt very spacious. The unit is well furnished, has been recently remodeled, clean and feels very safe. #13 is conveniently located on the main level right by the back entrance to the parking lot. The building’s location is awesome! So many bars, restaurants, shops, breweries, movie theater, grocery store, and the Mississippi River walk at Levy Park all with in walking distance (1-4 blocks). Some of our favorites were Bubs Bar and grill next door (great food, affordable drinks), Blooming Ground coffee house (2 blocks), Peter’s Biergarten (outdoor drinks with live music, BYO food, 2 blocks away), Nate & Ally’s Ice-cream Shop (3 blocks away), and Muddled Thyme for some higher class cocktails/wine alone with some great firebrick oven pizza ( 2 blocks away). We highly recommend the Exchange and can’t wait to come back to visit.

This place is such a unique gem in the area! It is so helpful to have our entire group together in one place and this place not only accommodates our group size. I can't stress how useful this place is, and the common areas are so helpful from eating together to hanging out.
