Michelle is an awesome host. Without her recommendations I think the trip would have been different. She was responsive and gave great advice and it made the trip better. We would definitely stay with her again.

Overall Jeff was great to work with. It was a last minute booking and Jeff was able to accommodate us. I have nothing bad to say about Jeff. The checkin process was a little frustrating. They try to sell you a time share to receive a “free gift.” Just saying no to the free gift wasn’t enough. They proceeded to call us later on to try again. Otherwise the resort room is huge and has everything you need. I would stay here again. Be aware you can only use the one pool and not any of the other pools, which wasn’t a huge deal. Would recommend to others.

This place was in a southern location from Napa Valley and a convenient point from which to visit the area. The unit is in a resort setting with many amenities and a beautiful spa. Nothing to do with the hosts, but we had trouble communicating with housekeeping-- them showing up when we asked them to skip cleaning because we had a zoom meeting that day, then asking for service the next day but they didn't show up, room service came in the day before we left and, finally, they stopped by 3 times the morning we had a late check out. Still a very good choice. I'd visit again. 👍🏻

Great resort spot in Napa with lots to do around the area. Although my visit during winter was short, it was very nice. I now cant wait to visit during summer when the grapes are abundant and the weather is amazing. Michelle is a kind host and I felt she was looking out for my best interest giving us good tips and ideas. Thank you so much!

Amazing location with lots to do. 30 minutes from best wineries in Napa. Apartment was huge and clean and worked perfectly. We had an amazing experience thank you

This place exceeded our expectations. The resort room was comfortable, spacious and very clean. I loved the deep soaking tub. At check-in we were given a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine since we were celebrating our anniversary. We also received a complimentary bottle of red wine in our room. The room had a small refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishes, silverware,glasses, washer and dryer. The resort has two restaurant, a bar, pools, and bowling alley on property. We ate at one of the restaurants. The waiters were very friendly and the food was good. The pool was beautiful with lots of towels. Also we were able to take the free shuttle to downtown Napa. This place was very convenient to wineries in Napa. I would definitely book this place again.

Always a pleasure staying at Vino Bello. I’ve rented from several owners there and really appreciate Bruce’s responsiveness and working with me on a unique travel situation in the beginning. Great owner, would definitely rent from him again. Fun stay, especially during the Merry Meritage Christmas events! My only not so positive comment has **nothing** to do with the owner, it’s a warning on the check-in process. While the front desk team was friendly and quick getting our room key, we then had to go over to the concierge area where they ask you sign up for a timeshare presentation. These are the same people that give you your parking pass… so you can’t skip them. Sneaky! So just be aware that you might have to say no several times, depending on how eager your rep is. Ours was pretty relentless. Would definitely not deter me from staying again though!

Michelle is a great and responsible host, very responsive and provides detailed information that made our stay very comfortable. We went to a wine and cheese tasting that Michelle recommended and it was one of my favorites of the trip! Though not in downtown, there is a convenient shuttle that takes you to and back. We had a very enjoyable stay!

We celebrated our 48th wedding anniversary here. A free glass of champagne or two at the check-in. A bottle of wine that was delicious in the room. Refreshingly, clean and tastefully decorated. Very relaxing vibe in the room. The pool and hot tub in the complex were wonderful. And downtown Napa has so many interesting places for window, Shopping,… lunch, and dinner. And a fantastic bookstore. If I had a question that I texted Michelle. She answered within 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

GREAT location and full service resort amenities.

Staying at Michelle’s studio space was very comfortable and convenient for our weekend! The welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch! Our balcony made the room feel bigger and I really enjoyed having a fridge and microwave too. The resort has great amenities which we loved having available. The tasting rooms across the street were nice as well, you can get a 2 for 1 tasting if you mention you are staying there!!

Beautiful place inside well kept, clean and family friendly resort. Quick drive to downtown Napa. Suite was very clean and spacious.

We booked on the fly as we drove into Napa. Kavlen was very responsive. It’s a great property, great location and the room is perfect for 2. We will choose to stay here again.

Got upgraded to a presidential suite, which was a nice surprise!

Such a beautiful room, so much room for all Of us (2 adults, 4 kids), the best place we stayed during our time in America! Exceeded our expectations. We loved our time in San Francisco. Would recommend & will stay again!!

We were very happy with our two bedroom suite. The hotel was on a busy man Street in the city of San Francisco however the rooms were extremely quiet. We could walk to restaurants Superette Chinatown union Square to catch the hop on hop off bus so very convenient location.
