Ron was very responsive to our messages. He was always very kind and patient. Had trouble with the elevator a few times during our long stay but Ron was very proactive trying to get it resolved. This was something he couldn’t control except to contact those that were responsible for fixing, which he did quickly. It was quiet and relaxing. The balcony is a wonderful place to sit late afternoon. Close to anything you made need. Beds were very comfortable. Would highly recommend. It was our third stay.

Great place to stay for vacation. Knowing that your belongings are within a private area helps keep your mind at ease. Beautiful apartment, great restaurants in the area. The host was fantastic and friendly. Would recommend staying.

This property is very clean with great decor. It is relatively close to area attractions, but feels set apart with the lovely water views. Of note the pool area is staffed with lifeguards for the waterslides(at least it was during spring break.)They also had a bar/snack bar, so outside food and floaties aren't allowed. Questions were answered in a very timely fashion, and our one unexpected maintaince issue was even handled on a Sunday. We would stay here again!

Very very clean and comfortable place to stay. We loved the space and how nice and large the bedrooms were! Bathrooms were very nice as well. The living space was super big. The marsh outside was a nice touch to the neighborhood, made a new turtle friend and saw a few fish.

This place was just what we needed for a quick weekend getaway. The house was comfortable, the beds were great and everything was extremely clean! The kitchen had all necessary equipment for meals and the home had just enough space for my family of five. My kids love the clubhouse “waterpark”. We would definitely stay again!

Where do we start! I booked this beautiful space for our family of 5 to stay while on spring break. When I booked back jn October, we didn’t exactly have our departure date set. Fast forward to a week before our trip, I realized I booked the wrong trip start date. I reached out right away and Rita added the date needed! We were wow’ed already! The apartment was better than expected! The decor and cleanliness was exceptional, even the smaller appliances we expected would have been used the most. Rita was extremely responsive and proactive with site security and the check-in process. Throughout our trip, she would check into how our visit was going and if we needed anything else during our stay. Everything was well stocked and instructions were available for all electronics we used. Her location was walking distance to the community pool and dining area. Our kids loved the basketball and tennis courts too! We’re already planning our next trip to this beautiful home away from home!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! I was reluctant to book at first because there weren't many reviews, but I am so glad that we took a chance and did--everything was just as pictured, if not better. And so conveniently located to everything. The property is clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated throughout (our kids loved the Disney decor and bunk beds in their bedroom!). And it is a very large 3BR unit with an open kitchen/Dining/Living Room--plenty of room for your group to spread out. A huge bonus is the fact that it's a first floor unit so you can park right outside the front door. Back door opens to a ground level patio with a lake view. We booked this trip at the very last minute and the host could not have been more accommodating. We had confirmation, check-in instructions and everything we needed within minutes. Host checked in on us and quickly answered any questions we had. We would definitely book this property again on our next Disney trip!

I will say this is my second time booking through Airbnb and my first trip I hosted with my partner. I booked this for my boyfriend’s birthday and he absolutely loved the place. We loved how the apartment is like designed in a way where each door is like a little surprise to finding everything, meaning when you walk in your like woah this can’t be it but behind every door there is more lol the bed very comfortable even the pull out couch ! Felt very very homey if we were to move to FL would definitely be in that area as the location is very nice close to soooo many things we kept going back and fourth between Orlando and Kissimmee. If you know anything about Kissimmee it’s like a mini PR so it was just all so nice. Ana even let me know of some good restaurants etc things to do when I asked ! For the price i paid and the amount of days i stayed everything was just great ! Thank you !

Vanessa was very helpful and responded in a timely manner. Her place looks exactly like the pictures. Great location around everything. It only took 16 minutes to get to Disney. I would recommend this place to family and friends. I would book again when I come back.

Samuel has been a great host to us. He is very responsive and kind. The condo has literally anything you need to spend a great time, in an awesome place. We really loved our stay in Sam's place.

Lyvick was a great host, always responded to my questions and very accommodating when we had to reschedule our stay. I would recommend Lyvick to the future guests. The place also felt very cozy and nice.

Perfect scenery for a getaway and close to everything. If you have any concerns he will respond quickly.

El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para la estadía, el barrio es tranquilo, residencial Estuvimos 10 días en Orlando haciendo distintas actividades, todas estaban en un radio de 10 a 30 minutos en auto. El único detalle que tuvimos fue que en el condominio estuvieron haciendo arreglos todos los días desde primera hora del día, por lo que el ruido se escuchaba muy fuerte y no pudimos descansar cómodamente, el aislamiento del apartamento no es bueno, se escuchan fuerte los ruidos del piso de arriba y de afuera.

Apartamento maravilhoso! Exatamente como nas fotos. Limpo, organizado, novo e moderno. Perto de supermercados e restaurantes. Localização é muito boa mesmo.

Todo excelente , algún detallito de limpieza en la Cocina pero nada muy grave , el lugar muy tranquilo , disfrutamos mucho de la estadía , muchas gracias

Denver was friendly, responded very quickly to any questions I had. Was very helpful with navigating around the resort. The accommodations were clean, very spacious, and exactly as described. If I am ever back in the area I will definitely stay there again. Denver also checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. I couldn't have asked for a better host.

This was the perfect place to stay for our first time in Florida. Clean cozy, lots of amenities and definitely worth the price! Centrally located so it wasn't too far away from food and shopping!!

Gladis and Paulina were wonderful hosts always replying promptly. Prior to arrival clear instructions were sent over which made self check in effortless. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, even had a kettle, blender and toaster. Lots of towels, linen and blankets and noticed that there was a pushchair, travel cot, highchair and car seat in cupboard. Apartment was spotless and looks just like photos in listing. Lots of tv channels including Disney and Netflix.The apartment was in a gated development and felt safe. The water park was an added bonus and my children were always able to get a tube. Apartment was centrally located, Disney 12 mins drive away and countless restaurants within a few mins drive. Walmart was 2 mins away. My family and I were sorry to leave but will definitely return.

Das Wasser im Pool war angenehm warm . Ich war positiv überrascht. Schöne Anlage. An der Rezeption gibt es es einen kleinen Kiosk.

Erick's condo was very comfortable and spacious. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We happened to be going to a conference at the Rosen across the street and it was super convenient to walk over there. It was nice to have a Publix and several restaurants so close as well. I texted Erick a few times and he was very responsive and helpful. We would stay there again anytime.
