We loved the cottage feel and felt so cozy there! Beds were so comfortable and it was exactly as described. The hosts were very responsive and had someone come fix the lock mechanism right away. We really appreciated a place where our dog was welcome. The hosts were friendly and so helpful. The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly. It’s a beautiful area, and we were able to walk to downtown for the festival. We hope to stay here again!

This is our second timing staying at this place. We love it and will be back again in the fall!!

This airbnb was fantastic! This was my parents first time staying in an airbnb and they are now insisting they only stay at this home when they come to visit the Nashville area! The home was well stocked upon arrival and everything was labeled helpfully- including light switches, outlets, remotes, etc.

Spacious house worked well for our family of 7. Fenced back yard was perfect for kids and dog. We would stay again.

We had a wonderful time. I love this place for its charm and comfort. Not far from downtown Franklin, which is also charming. We will be back to stay again. The hosts were great and very responsive!

This Airbnb was truly a slice of heaven for my family and I. Butch is a great host and created a peaceful space. The house is extremely clean and well stocked. Leiper’s Fork has a tiny downtown that is an 8 minute walk away!! Great live music, great food…and even better people watching. We have all already decided that we will definitely come back.

Our family had such a lovely Easter here! The location being so close to downtown Leipers Fork made for a great experience. Great shopping, restaurants and live music all in a perfect setting. The house was gorgeous, we made good use of the porch and reading nook and they looked just as advertised. Free standing tub in master, lovely living room and front porch swing were well loved and appreciated. But the music room upstairs was the biggest hit! Such a fun touch.

My family stayed at Thomas' house for 10 days in April. I really can't say enough about the house. I do admit that I did no cooking (I'm on vacation), but the kitchen was very well appointed and had every utensil that we needed. The beds were very comfortable and I especially loved the master bathroom with all of the shelves and closet areas and, the shower was great. The weather was fantastic when we were there, so we spent a lot of time on the deck and on the screened in porch. It was also in a great neighborhood, very quiet, and nice neighbors. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in yard and walking in the neighborhood. Thomas advised me of some great neighborhood parks to walk the dog and ourselves so we did that every day of our visit. We enjoyed eating at Hattie B's in Franklin and a restaurant called Puckett's in downtown Franklin. Everyone needs to go to the Grand Ole Opry and the bars downtown Nashville for live music. We will definitely stay at Thomas' house again. Enjoy!!!

Derek and Tara's apartment was perfect for our visit to Spring Hill to see a friend. It was close to groceries and more restaurants than you can shake a stick at. Yet removed from most of the hustle and bustle. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen and bath were stocked with everything thing you need to have a comfortable stay. It is close to a busy road so there is some noise. We enjoyed out stay and recommend it.

Located in a beautiful, private, quiet wooded setting. Spacious and a great outdoor deck. Unique location in the you have the enjoyment of pleasant drives in a scenic area as well as only a few minutes to Franklin and all the area has to offer. Would stay here again!

When visiting Leipers Fork area with dogs, this place is perfect! Michelle is a superhost, and we absolutely would stay again if in the area. Super comfortable king bed in bedroom, well appointed kitchen, and a lovely living room. Wonderful stay:)

The Farm is absolutely amazing! Tina and her family were very hospitable and welcoming. We loved spending time with the animals and waking up everyday to gorgeous views. The location is perfect to all things that you want to see. We definitely recommend staying here and we will be back to visit again.

Such a great place and you can’t beat the location. I was able to go for a run on the far every morning and enjoy some peace before a busy day. It’s exactly what I needed and I’ll be coming back.

We got into town earlier than check in time and since they had the space ready, they allowed us to check in sooner. The space was very homey and comfortable and perfect for our stay. The location was great for visiting downtown Franklin and also easy access to Nashville. Highly recommended this place and host!

Place is outstanding. In a great area with much to do and has great views. Host is responsive, provides great recommendations and clear instructions. Highly recommend this place.

The instructions on getting to the house were helpful. We arrived at night so it was a little spooky for me, but once morning time came I could see how beautiful the area was and i loved how private it was. We only stayed for the night to sleep pretty much so we didnt get to use much of the house, but we loved what we did use/see. I would definitely stay here again. The nearby town was quaint. Wish we couldve stayed longer!

We stayed here for a women’s retreat that I hosted. There was plenty of comfortable sleeping room for all 15 of our guests. The house was more than equipped with everything we needed for seating, cooking all of our meals and plenty of towels and linens. The setting was so beautiful and scenery to die for whether it was a cozy, rainy day inside or a beautiful, sunny hike outdoors. Make sure you read the directional instructions thoroughly as the driveway is a bit confusing, especially in the dark or the rain!

We had a wonderful experience at this cabin during our Thanksgiving holiday! The cabin was spotlessly clean and had everything our family needed to feel right at home. Tammi went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, even checking in with us to make sure everything was perfect. She also treated us to some delicious goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch! The space itself was lovely—charming decor, cozy atmosphere, and all the resort-like amenities made our stay feel extra special. The property was peaceful and serene, offering the perfect setting for a relaxing family getaway. We truly felt spoiled and appreciated every moment of our stay. We can't wait to return to the area and would love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend this beautiful cabin for anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to stay!

Gorgeous cabin getaway sitting literally in the forest. Had many cute tranquil spots to view nature outside. The two decks were amazing! Gorgeous downstairs master suite! Nice scenic drive to Franklin!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Chanin is an amazing hostess and we got to meet her and her husband on our way out. They were extremely friendly and I am glad we got to meet them. It was great timing. Anyway the Mountain High Cabin is such a nice place to stay. Great private location yet a close drive to Leiper’s Fork, Franklin, Spring Hill and downtown Columbia. Chanin is extremely proactive, generous and kind. She is probably one of the best hosts we’ve had. The decor is great and grounds are peaceful. A great place for a romantic getaway! But you could also have fun with family or friends here too. I can’t think of anything negative to say at all. It was probably one of my all time favorite getaways with my husband. They had a horseshoe pit, corn hole game and some games in the “pantry.” We didn’t even need the TV! Also the internet was great too. Can’t say that about all of the rural areas in TN. If you want to explore the areas west of Nashville this is the place!
