Stephen's home was absolutely beautiful and truly exceeded our expectations! The balcony space was incredible, with stunning views of the mountains & gondola, a perfect backdrop for our stay. The location was ideal for skiers, just a quick less-than-5-minute drive to Peak 7 and 8. While walking to the gondolas in ski gear would be challenging due to the uphill gravel road in winter, it'd be walkable during the summer. The entire home was cozy and impeccably clean. We felt super cozy in the beds, finally an airbnb with firm and comfortable mattresses! The longer pillows were a nice touch. The multiple living room spaces were perfect for relaxing, and the downstairs area could easily be a separate space. The hot tub was sparkling clean, a perfect end to each day. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend, especially during non-peak seasons for an even more relaxing experience. P.S. Stephen was an exceptional host, graciously accommodating our early/late check-in requests.

Allison was a great host and always very responsive. We came into town for a ski trip, so often came back home very tired. But the home felt so cozy and relaxing, we felt no regrets about the booking and look forward to staying there again on our 2026 ski trip.

Highly recommend staying at this home in Breckenridge! The space is very well setup, the hot tub is lovely, the view from the living room and hot tub is stunning, kitchen is well setup and stocked with everything you need to cook the food you bring. It’s outside of downtown Breck so you don’t get the noise and you have privacy, but it’s easy to get there as well as other mountains to the north. Check in/out were easy and the place was easy to find. Having garage space in the winter was awesome, especially with space to put ski gear without messing up the house. Andrea was a fantastic host, very responsive to questions and helping us feel right at home. Every day our group went “this house was a fantastic choice” (and we’ve been coming to this part of CO for years)

Our stay here for a group ski trip was everything we had imagined. The house was very easy to check into and very clean upon arrival. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance and silverware/pots that we needed throughout the week. There were 10 of us staying there and we all had plenty of room. The house was very spacious, we felt like we were in a hallmark Christmas movie! It was a short 3 minute drive to Main Street in Breck which was very convenient for shopping, restaurants and going skiing. The hot tub was fabulous and the pool table downstairs was great to all hang around when we got home for the evening. The only problem we had was that the shower in the Jack and Jill bath did not work, however the host was very accommodating and immediately gave us some money back for the issue. We would definitely stay in this home again and would recommend to anyone traveling to Breck.

We LOVED this place! Comfortable and everything you need for people and dogs alike. Backyard is fantastic for dogs - secure fence and a lot of room to play. Interior has everything you need and a lot of ice touches - comfy beds, fireplace, great kitchen, etc. This was one of our top places to stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Rae is an extremely responsive host. Extremely easy to communicate with. The house is cozy and easy to walk downtown (it is uphill on the way back). The basement was relatively cold; however, there were space heaters in the closets. Also, found a railing in the closet to use as a barrier to the top bunk if you have a kid up top and are worries they may roll off. Deck and hot tub were fantastic. It seems like Rae has done a nice job with a lot of small, meaningful touches like towels for the hot tub and an extra fridge.

Beautiful place in a central location for our daily rides out at Breck and Vail. Spacious garage, all the amenities you could ask for, clean and well furnished living space, and the rooftop hottub is the perfect way to end the day. Reese was an incredible host, very responsive, and I highly recommend this place for your next trip to CO!

This is a truly lovely unit. The photos on the website don't do it justice. The rooms are actually quite bright (vs the dark photo). The huge window enhanced the whole ambiance by bringing the trees inside. It was wonderful to not feel crowded - we had space to spread out and by having a basement level, it gave us all a chance to retreat. This area of Keystone was new to us and it made for lovely walks, as well as walking to River Run. The kitchen is spacious, where 2 or 3 people can be working at the same time. Furniture is very comfortable. Absolutely wonderful to have TWO parking spaces -- in a garage! This made unloading/reloading our belongings so easy. We will definitely consider this unit next year!

Great place to stay for a ski trip to Keystone and the surrounding mountains. Well maintained, nice layout, good location.

I stayed with my husband and brother’s family of four; this property was comfortable for all of us and we enjoyed sitting outside in the morning. While we originally slated to be in a different listing, the property management let us know the other property was unavailable due to a maintenance issue. They provided two additional listings and we chose this one~ we were pleased with the choice and enjoyed our stay in Keystone.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb gem, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my birthday. The attention to detail in the design and decor was impeccable, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The attention to cleanliness throughout the entire apartment was evident, and I felt at ease knowing that the host took great care in maintaining a spotless space. One of the highlights of this Airbnb was its prime location. My stay at this Airbnb exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a five-star experience in the heart of Frisco.

The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we could’ve thought we needed. Clean, nice, and in the middle of everything to visit.

We loved our stay here! The cabin was beautiful and located in such a peaceful area. Jay was incredibly helpful and proactive in making sure we found it okay, telling us to use Google maps instead, and even put Christmas lights out on the sign to make it even easier for us. The booklet inside had lots of great recommendations as well. We stayed her to ski at Breck and it was a great location, only a 25-30 minute drive to the hill. Also close to a few small towns where you can get a good bite to eat or grab groceries. absolutely LOVED everything about this place it was a steal.

We stayed for a few days after getting married in Estes...and we absolutely loved this beautiful, private, scenic, unique cabin. It had everything we needed, and the hot tub and views really made this an unforgettable getaway. Jill was wonderful and we will most certainly be back to stay!! Lovely place!!

I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Not only is it super cute and cozy, but it is a mere 10 minutes from Keystone and 20 minutes to A-Basin. Lisa was incredibly communicative and flexible, especially when we needed to unexpectedly extend our stay by a night. There is also a strong sense of community in the area, as lots of the neighbors greeted us while we were out walking our dog. Overall, I’d absolutely stay again. Thanks, Lisa!

Beautiful cabin just far enough off the main road but not too far up the mountain. Very quiet neighborhood with very little traffic. The hot tub was amazing! The house was perfect, we loved the fireplace! Super excited to see a fox walk across the back porch and lots of tracks along the property! Definitely need 4WD if you’re going when it snows, especially if you are going to Breckenridge.

A wonderful stay at a beautiful place! The hot tub was amazing after a long day of snowboarding. The fireplace was the perfect place to convene and enjoy the warmth together. Five stars!!

This was the perfect stay for our weekend birthday trip in Colorado. The cabin was very cozy, and it had all the amenities you might leave at home, such as toiletries, seasonings, and plenty of cook ware. The appliances were all gorgeous. The hot tub made the nights relaxing. We saw a ton of wildlife. We definitely love to come back!

We loved the easy drive to Breckenridge—it was so nice to step away from the busy town and unwind in a peaceful, private retreat. The cabin had everything we needed and more: plush towels, a well-equipped kitchen, coffee, teas, hot chocolate, games, and plenty of hooks for gear. The dog bowls, treats, and bed were such a thoughtful touch. The little notes around the home gave us a laugh and added charm. It was perfect for me, my husband, and our dogs—cozy and comfortable. We were especially excited for the hot tub and sauna after snowboarding. On night one, we only used the sauna—it was relaxing but didn’t get as hot as others we’ve used. The next night, we returned to find a heater running to the hot tub that wasn't there before and the jets not working. I messaged Amy, who responded quickly and let us know the hot tub had broken and the service team hadn’t told her. She offered a remedy, which we appreciated. Still had a lovely time—just wish the amenities had worked as expected.

Christopher's place was just wonderful! We went as a family of four to celebrate our two children's birthdays. The house was cozy, peaceful, relaxing and had everything we needed to prepare meals the entire 4 nights we were there, I was even able to make two birthday cakes! I did bring my own cake pans and just in case but this house is so well stocked- air fryer Crock-Pot, hand mixer, blender, toaster coffee maker French press... you name it, it's there. Christopher is a very responsive and helpful host, we thoroughly enjoyed our time, my children were sad to leave and for me one of the highlights was the cute little fox visitor we had hang out on our deck for 15 minutes. if you're thinking about booking this place just book it, you'll be glad you did.
