This unique apartment was built in 1925 and is located behind the main house that was built for a Kell sister, which is a well known name in Wichita. You will have to go up stairs to get to the unit. The apartment is upstairs with a spacious sitting area and bedroom all in one. It has a large kitchen area with all the cooking amenities needed. Bathroom has a tub/ shower and is set up for all your needs. This Rustic Ranch is in a nice neighborhood and close to downtown, Sheppard Air Force.

Comfortable Guest House

Welcome to a comfortable guest house that is just a few miles from I-44, United Regional and Kell West Regional Hospitals, Sheppard AFB, and downtown Wichita Falls and MPEC.
