We are only 13 minutes from beautiful Historic Lake Scott State Park. Other nearby attractions include Keystone Gallery, Monument Rocks, Little Jerusalem, and Battle Canyon. Yager Family Farmhouse. This house was built by my grandfather out on the family farmstead and then moved into town years later. It is the only double lot in the neighborhood so you will have plenty of space to park or play in the front yard. Decorated with a vintage, farmhouse flair but offers you modern amenities! Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located cottage. Two blocks from St. Catherine’s Hospital, Natures Explore Center, Library, and Walking Park. Beautiful and spotless 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom house. Two living areas for gathering. You will find a television in each room as well as a washer and dryer for your use.
