TWO MINUTE WALK to the beach. After purchasing this lake home in 2024 we carefully renovated it. The kitchen, dining room and living room (with wood-burning fireplace) are open-concept. A large 3-season sunroom spans the front of the house. Each bedroom has fresh linens, down comforters and electric heat control. The back yard is private, well-treed and fully fenced, with a firepit. Sandy beaches, miles of walking trails and in winter, ice fishing. Our beach town is a perfect vacation spot!

During the summer, the guest cottage also sleeps two guests (unless extreme temperatures). Enjoy relaxing in a screened gazebo, bbq dining on the large sunny deck, or enjoying an evening around the firepit. The cottage is wifi-enabled with Roku TV, a full kitchen and linens.

The closest pier is only an 8 minutes walk away. It is a 5 minute drive to Winnipeg Beach & Matlock Beach and a 20 minute drive to Gimli. Great location for ice fishing, hunting and snow mobiles.
