We were moving our son back to Florida and their house was less than 2 miles away so it was super convient! We had to stay an extra day and Mia was very understanding about letting us stay and even offered the studio apartment attached to the main house. Our host were very friendly and told us about all the Hollywood memorabilia in the house. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house to family and friends.

Sogand’d place was perfect. The location, space and everything about it was perfect. The kitchen is fully equipped for whatever you need. The washer/dryer were also very useful as we were traveling with 2 babies. We already want to book again for next year!

Had a great stay at this property with my family (4 Adults 2 Teenagers). All the rooms were very spacious and made us feel very relaxed we all had plenty of room to spread out. Parking in the underground car park was fairly easy we had a chevy suburban (which for non U.S. people is enormous) normal sized vehicles would be even easier. Views from the property were great. Henry was very quick to respond to questions we had before travelling and instructions were very clear so we didn't need to query anything afterwards. The property was easy to find and was within walking distance to glendale galleria shopping area. It's location meant getting to the various studio tours such as Universal and Warner bros were only a 20-30 mins drive away. Would happily stay here again if I come back to L.A. Our only regret was not being at this property longer as we needed to move on to next part of our tour of california. Thank you Henry!

Dream은 매우 친절했고 질문에 대한 응답 속도도 빠릅니다. 숙소 역시 사진과 똑같습니다! 세탁기, 건조기, 수건 등등 다 있습니다. 위치도 관광 중심지에서는 멀지만 평화롭고 깨끗하며 도보로 이동 가능한 상점들이 많아서 좋았어요. 다만 숙소 사진에서 잘 보여지지 않았지만 샤워기는 벽에 위쪽에 고정되어 있습니다(물론 방향변경은 가능해요). 그리고 수압이 생각보다 약해서 아쉬웠습니다. 방문 당시 요리용 오일이나 양념류?들이 잘 갖춰져있지 않아서 아쉬웠습니다. 또한 부엌 환풍기가 없다보니 요리하다 태우거나 연기가 많이나면 경보가 울려요.(이건 경보기 수건으로 열심히 부채질 해주면 해결 됩니다ㅎㅎ) 덕분에 첫 la 여행을 편안하고 안전하게 즐기다 갔습니다.

Great place and location wise to use as home base to explore the city. Extremely close to Griffith observatory and Glendale Galleria too. Instructions and videos were provided to find the entrance upon arrival and a tour of the inside. The bathroom is a little small but it was made very clear by the host from before we even booked the home. Would love to book here again the next time I visit SoCal.

Duane is a wonderful host and a good communicator. Thoughtful touches are everywhere. The apartment is in a well-established, quiet area.

We had a great time at Naomi's place, plenty of space for all eight of us and beds were very comfortable. Host was quick to respond to my questions, I missed the WiFi login informtion but she quickly told me where to find it. And everything in the home was just as it looked online. From check in to check out it was a great experience.

where do I start. this place was incredible. but that’s not even the best part about it. the service was impeccable. any time I had any kind of issue whether it was asking for extra set of keys, or asking where something was, I would get a reply, and a very detailed and helpful one within minutes. we also realised we left our HDMI cable at home so I thought I’d be cheeky and ask if they had any somewhere, they delivered one the next day. one of the best experiences I have had staying abroad. thank you so much Maimon Group! Forever & always will stay at Chunjiang’s home!! Every time I stay here it’s a 10/10. Love Chunjiang as a person & her home is amazing. Absolutely no complaints. Property was clean, well kept. The yard was nice. The separate bathrooms really help with getting everyone ready for the day or for bed. The host was responsive and very easy to deal with. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Sometimes it’s tough to get a feel for the area from photos or google maps. We did not worry about our cars, or kids running in the yard. A lot of places very close by for easy grab and go groceries or other needs. Towels and other basic amenities provided which makes travel much easier. One thing that may be small but shows attention to detail is the dispenser of Q-Tips in the bathroom. They may not have been needed when I first noticed but turned out to be handy to get a piece of dirt stuck in my fiancées ring. This would not have been noticed or thought of if it wasn’t provided. But it shows the host puts a bit of effort that jot every host does. Would stay here and plan on staying here again in the future!
